    @JioCare Sub Division -Bonaigarh, Sundargarh district, Jio network is not providing call and data service from 17 may 2026, 12 AM now it's 18 hours passed we are not able to use SIM call and data service, I am using now BSNL from that data I am able to complaint kindly resolve.

    Very disappointed with JioAirFiber. Just days after installation, I’m facing frequent outages, unstable connectivity, and extremely poor performance. Paying for 30 Mbps plan but barely getting 1 Mbps speed in actual usage. I need a refund or do something about it !! @JioCare

    @JioCare I don't understand, why a simple task is taking too much time. You just need to activate a plan and you are calling this an "issue".

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFibreCare today again not working.Extremely poor JioFiber service in Kokar, Ranchi. Internet issues every 2nd day and delayed technician support. We run a library +office and work stops due to repeated outages.Please resolve ! JioFixedVoice+91-6513173582

    @JioCare Very disappointed with the service. It has been 7 days since I ordered Jio AirFiber, and the installation is still pending. I already mailed and called your office 3 times, but every time I only receive another promised date with no actual progress.

    @JioCare So apparently the amount has coverted into advance payment as the offer was over. Talked to someone from customer care. It looks like people working in customer care don’t have complete knowledge and merely talks garbage just to get a rating. However, it is working now

    @reliancejio It’s been a week now. How long will it take to install the broadband? Your local team is not responding at all. If there are so many issues during installation itself, I can only imagine what kind of support you’ll provide afterward @JioCare
