  @JioCare stops working, it becomes extremely difficult to reach customer support. Customers pay on time but are left without internet and without proper assistance. People planning a new connection should consider other ISPS with better reliability and customer Support. #ScamFiber (2/2)

  @reliancejio @JioCare Your service is a complete joke. Despite my previous complaint, nobody has bothered to contact me. Forget the installation—I am absolutely done with your pathetic service. Cancel my Jio AirFiber connection immediately and process my full refund to
