    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with @JioCare. Every month I'm facing internet issues. For the last 2–3 days, the connection has been extremely poor, and at times there's no internet at all. A technician visit was promised, but nobody came. Please resolve this permanently

    @JioCare, what’s happening with your network? Across the country, users are facing slow speeds, high latency, packet loss, and unstable connections. Online gaming has become almost unplayable due to constant lag spikes. Please acknowledge the issue and fix it as soon as possible

    Hey @JioCare , it’s only automated responses from morning , it’s been more then 12 hours since the outage of WiFi and no real human response I have heard even your customer care number is full on automated and time after time they are just giving new timelines ! pathetic service

    Dear @JioCare, JioAirFiber in Baharagora, East Singhbhum, Jharkhand has become almost unusable. The internet is extremely slow and keeps disconnecting. We're paying for the service but getting a very poor experience. Please fix this issue urgently. @reliancejio
