@reliancejio I am a jio customer, I am having very bad experience when I joined jio. Customer care creates daily new SR when I call them. I have 5 SR request for cancelling my connection. Request got automatically closed. Till now no one has come for device pickup in last 24 days

@JioCare Greatly Disappointed. Recently moved to a new place, however unable to relocate my Jio Fiber connection. Haven't received get any assistance from Jio. Almost a weeks time, tried calling CS multiple times and sent them emails but the response is generic but no solution.

@JioCare , @RelianceJioCare , I have Jio sim and I am using prepaid service of Jio I have PURCHSED 12 GB additional data on 28th July this became 0 on 1st August . I have not consumed this data and I did recharge of Rs 149 on 2nd August. Please restore the 12 GB data.

I wanted to take Rs 399 jio fiber prepaid plan but in the process took Rs 1499 plan for which Rs 1768 were deducted. pls help us in taking the original Rs 399 plan as we do not want the Rs 1499 plan. @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare Don't get jiofiber guys there after sale service is so bad.I am tweeting and calling customer from 4 days none of them are replying correctly to solve the issue each day they say engineer come but nothing happen go with some other broadband worst service

@JioCare Requested here, contacted the area managers multiple times, customer care thrice, but a complaint I registered at 1am at night 2 days ago in hope of faster resolution is still pending. @airtelindia please start your service in our society soon. Eager to switch from @JioCare
