    Getting a @reliancejio fiber connection was the work decision I ever made. Their customer service is pathetic. My connection hasn't been working for the past 6 days. I've called the customer care more than 50 times and all they tell me is to wait for 24hrs. @JioCare #jiofiber

    @JioCare its been 5 days i lost connectivity.. Your customer care executive refuses to take a compliant.. Says ita an area wide outage and it will be resolved on priority.. Till now no solution.. We customers have to lose money without any service provided..

    @reliancejio My Jio Fibre bre is not working since 48 hrs and they have failed to give a resolution . Even service engineer did not attend. They are least bothered .

    @JioCare Hello Team.. this is really frustrating and i am really not happy with Jio services. My official site is blocked again and i am not able to work on. It was resolved last week and again blocked. Can you pls let me know what is the issue here

    @JioCare @RelianceJio2 @NakulKNath Very poor network of jio 4g in my village...asked many times to network team but didn't got any solution. I am ITI student and during lockdown and I was depending on online classes but but due to poor network availability i couldnt join
