    Fed up with these customer care calls where they won't care about customers. Joi Fiber's worst service expected better service this is not at all acceptable charging double money and still no service giving excuses on every call. @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare We are facing too much intermittent drop of connectivity and slow network from past one week. Unable to raise a request via My Jio too as the app hung after sometime. This is so pathetic

    @JioCare Internet was down from 8 Apr to 21 Apr (~13 days). SR: SR000033OJK9. Issue resolved now, but this delay was unacceptable. As per policy, I’m eligible for 15 days rebate—requesting compensation and confirmation ASAP.

    @JioCare This is highly disappointing. My brother’s eSIM activation (9838180940) got interrupted and there has been no network since then.

    @JioCare guy is demanding money to deliver my SIM. I haven’t even received it yet! What kind of service is this? It’s been 8+ days and your customer care is completely useless no response, no solution. This is pathetic. Deliver my SIM immediately or I will take strict action.

    @JioCare 4days of complete JioFibre outage, multiple engineer visits, repeated rescheduling and still ZERO resolution. Your IVR traps us in a loop due to the service request with no way to speak to an actual agent. This is unacceptable service and beyond FRUSTRATING! #jiofibre

    @JioCare Dear Jio Team , I am asking about my refund, please do not ignore . Three SRs are pending, 21 days passed but not solution, why it is ?
