    @JioCare For service request no SR000018EPZY, Technician Shiv ( from Bareilly) came and told me that you will face problem because due to fiber reallocation and added that I should buy new connection from him and 2 month will be free. Instead of solving my problem.

    @JioCare even the calls are not connecting let alone the Internet. Paying a huge amount of money per month but the service is getting pathetic.

    @JioCare Booked jio fiber connection on 7th Jan but after 11 days installation has not been done. I call everyday to jio fiber service providers of my area Shastri Nagar, Kanpur,UP pincode 208005 but they only making fool everyday by saying we are coming within one hour. Pathetic

    @JioCare what is wrong with jio services. My jio fiber has been down since a full day and no help from either customer care or any service technician has been received. My jio app doesn't connect half the time. My service request SR000018EZ93.

    @JioCare SR000018FBOI : Got SMS that engineer will visit between 5 pm to 6 pm today. No one has contacted yet. Trying to contact area manager and no response. Really pathetic service and all false claims of Customer satisfaction.

    JioFiber Order Id- NO0000K396K6 Your Field team is not responding .If you are not interested to install Jio Fiber pls let me know so that i can get any other broadband provider. From jaipur @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Jio this wasn't expected. Worst Service.
