@JioCare Hi my Jio numr being used by someone else on whatsapp.I have never activated or used my jio number on whatsapp. Suddenly came to know that its being used. How do I deactivate it on whatsapp. I tried from my end its protected by two way password and email verification.

In such times of WFH when net is vital @reliancejio Fiber goes down every few days and stays down for extended period of time. All that @JioCare representative says is we will send someone to check. But clearly problem isn't local. So what's the point in wasting time on visit?

@JioCare I am unable to subscribe hotstar vip using my jio number, although I am having jio fiber broadband 999 plan. Please help. I have logged using my jio primary number. I have tried whatsapp and email help getting automated response only, not helpful.
