    @reliancejio @JioCare you are talking about jio 5G, here in my locality we are facing very very poor network issue from last 7 days ,no outgoing calls ,no incoming calls , all my family members are having jiosims ,total 7 sims are of jio ,we are not able to call anyone ,nor recieving calls

    @JioCare It was automatically restored after taking gap of 2 hrs. Also Network and call drops are becoming normal while I use 5G network.

    @JioCare As such there is no network problem and many people I know in Riyadh Saudi Arabia are facing the same problem. It seems STC diesnt support jio. I have been using jio for so many years and this is first time I am facing such problem. The reason I shifted from Airtel jio was roamng

    @JioCare I am facing issue in internet connectivity from last 2 weeks continuously. Tried reaching customer service not resolved as expected. This is very disappointing from Jio who has so larger network.

    @JioCare The requested informations are provided to Anusha but no response so far so please have a look at this @JioCare @reliancejio It's related to a 5G trial and many more people may get into the similar issues if you are not addressing it on time.
