    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I have raised an new Home fiber request on Tuesday (04-08-2026) and asked by jio person to pay 99 and appoinment scheduled for new connection next day 11 AM ... But I am waiting for 2 days and the person never came, but he got the OPT from me

    After switching from @ViCustomerCare , @JioCare I think Vi was more caring than you, they have better services I think. Though they have lot of problems, but you, your service just disgusting in our area. Sorry Vi😔 I will back after three months.

    @JioCare What's your SLA commitment for such user reports? The last time I had a disruption for 3 days, I was told that the issue was not considered as long outage. TRAI recommendation is 24-48 hours of disruption should be considered for reimbursement.

    @reliancejio AutoPay is broken trash. Google Pay + bank confirm payment, money hits Jio, yet your system has zero idea it came via AutoPay. Should still be in testing. Either your coders can’t code or the whole team is retarded.

    @JioCare What is the point?it is coming intermittently. So when I ask u to check, it may be coming and from ur side no issue may be the response. When I tweeted it wasn't coming for nealry 15 mins.
