@reliancejio @JioCare no network in Kharadi Pune from last 14 hours. Called customer care 7 times no resolution, no information when it will get resolved. Pathetic service, never happened in past.

@JioCare I think enough time was given to resolve the issue..your regional heads,local authorities, technicians( can specify their names too )have purposely troubled us..what do u really mean by some time ,soon?? U revert back after the customer is really screwed up ..is it of any use?

@JioCare Reminder :- Probably a jio tower has been built and commissioned within 1 km of our address so there is a network now but why is the full network not coming despite the tower being so close.The Jio network needs to be further improved, even though the tower is so close(1/2)

@JioCare Unable to relocate jio fiber connection as online platform,the only mode to raise request,is down since five days. Why should customer suffer due to inefficiency of Jio team. Pathetic customer support.
