@JioCare - Its been more than 6 months and I am still struggling to get my amazon prime back.. This is not the service I was expecting.. Very Very poor response from customer as they do not know any info on the issue..

@reliancejio In recent sometime noticing very bad internet speed as well as call drop on jio, request to plz look into the same and get it rectified. Sometimes get early message for data consumption which sometimes strange once I compare it with earlier experience.

@JioCare @ToAshish_ highlighted issue last month and you are least bother about customer.Getting speed of 50kbps as 4g and this is the last thing expected. No wonder why people are moving to other service providers. Tomorrow porting out 25 sims of jio to airtel. Shame on you jio

@JioCare Kindly take this feedback to Concerned Department Currently Miss Call Alert service on Jio is only available on Jio to Jio numbers only not from other operators Even Airtel have free MCA service from other operators also, Do same for Jio Please consider this feedback !
