    @JioCare Where the F is your Engineer and Manager. It's the next day at 11 AM now and no installation and no cancellation either. Your manager isn't responding to the calls. @_MukeshAmbani is this the quality of service expected from @JioCare

    @reliancejio 3rd Class Chat bot doesn't help neither transfer to customer support facing issues and you guys added this **** chatbot which is another issue. We pay you to solve issues not to create one more. Will port out soon. Keep your chat bot to speak to Mr and Mrs Ambani.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection has been down since last night. I was repeatedly given different resolution timeline, nothing has been resolved. Now I'm being told there's no outage in my area, No engineer has been assigned despite a service request being raised.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI I don't know how you can allow jio to go on with IPO with such pathetic service. I see many twitter posts on customers frustrated by jio service. All I am asking is for refund of 1200 that they took from me and never provided service for it .

    @JioCare thank you for an immediate response. hoping for a solution as fast as this, sent you the requested details on your DM. kindly give an ETA pls. getting frustrated for the last 2 days. also more than 10 houses in my area are facing this issue and they need an update too.

    @JioCare But we have been getting those issues for the last 7 years & every 1-2 months issues coming back with the same reply from cheater @reliancejio . You just imagine we cannot make calls, what we do? Give me my money back

    @JioCare you guys are joking right, 48 hours of internet outage, not one way to get through to customer care. This is some kind of fraud. The customer care via call or chat just simply told me that there is an outage in my area, inconvenience is highly regretted. Ridiculous

    Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My internet has been completely down for 2 days now. Complaint raised multiple times. Engineer visits happened, but issue still unresolved. Today’s engineer confirmed the problem is from the network side. @JioCare
