    Worst time spending jio service center Ballard pier. Taking 1 hour for just a sake of new battery of jiofi. Preparing of bills take that long.. worst experience.. No amenities.. no lift working.. no water to drink.. no fans.. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I believed in you but you disappointed me. My last recharge - 18th October 2021. After a week connection got disconnected, from 26th October I am continuously raising the issue, still not resolved, now tomorrow my validity gets closed. So who ate my Money? Mr. Mukesh?

    @JioCare So many subscriptions available free with the 300mbps connection - Prime Video, Netflix, Lionsgate, Sonyliv etc. But it is possible to access only Prime Video and Netflix. Access to other apps not possible. The MyJio app is a problem or the subscriptions are fake?

    @reliancejio one of my known had name Pushpa Roy Singh & bought a jio sim. Recently she had changed her name to Pushpa Roy. Unfortunately she has lost her mobile along with jio sim. Can you please help her to get her SIM back cuz here reliance digital employee
