    I have made more than a dozen attempts to customer care each worse than the last. If this continues I cannot continue. 7 customer care personnel disconnected my call today so I am frustrated. @JioCare take note. Your chat service is useless either in Myjio app or whatsApp.

    @JioCare @consumerforum_ Returned jio fiber connection accesories more than a month ago, called customer care 4-5 times. Still haven't received my refund. Company policy for refund is 7-14 days. All false promises.Pathetic customer service. #CustomerExperience #fraud #JioFiber

    @Airtel_Presence And @airtelindia says it takes 45 days from now to solve the issue..just a data issue. Recharge is not reflecting..did 2nd round of recharge still not working..what else you want me to do? Any responsibility? @JioCare is it possible to retain the same no with jio n move fwd?

    @JioCare @reliancejio The customer support at your end is hopeless. It's been 6 months that you guys promised me of refunding my money back. There seems to be 0 response from you. The technician that collected the money refuses to accept. I've called jio care 50 times literally.
