    @reliancejio @rajasthanroyals @RanveerOfficial Problem is that jio takes the order, I made the payment but 15 days over.. no installation...really frustrated with the service from jio fiber guys..

    I'm facing network issues like calls getting dropped, no clarity in calls, internet not working (connection timed out) issues for more than the last year. I have complained many times but I haven't received any resolution. Please give me some resolutions @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I have ordered jio fiber on 6th April, still no installation. I have send email also still no action was taken.. there is no help line number where I can talk to someone to get it done..

    @reliancejio as always, reliance will not stick to their commitment. Pathetic after sales service. Charged me 1500 rs for installation of wifi with commitment of installation in less than 24 hours, now saying it will take atleast 5 days....

    @JioCare I had also contacted in morning. Now Suddenly from afternoon UNABLE to make/ receive call or any messages. Poor network and calldrops issue pending since month. Not attended All bars seen full today only then why this problem?

    @reliancejio I'm an existing user of Jio fiber for past couple of years. Recently I have started facing lot of issues with lot of apps & even with Jio TV. I'm trying to contact Jio fiber nos. but could not get through. Pl support with providing a solution.

    At a time when Corona has forced whole world to switch iver to digital platforms and prioritize work from home, my village Achoora Gurez has no 4g network yet. Not even 3G. Pathetic!! Don't know where this #Digitalindia is roaming🙄 @reliancejio @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate
