    @JioCare 4 days now. Nobody has done anything about my issue. Never recommending anyone to opt for JioFiber. My entire society's internet is down and literally nobody bothers to do something about it from Jio's side. I have examinations going on and need internet desperately(1/2)

    @reliancejio @Vivo_India Today i recharge with 598 But i haven't get hotstar subscription. And my recharge validity just for 56 days and for 599 plan its 84 days. Then what is use of this recharge. Is this a scam to the customer. Refund my money else extend hotstar subscription. #jio_fraud

    @VisheshSinha786 @reliancejio True!! My jiofiber is not working since 11th May and everyday they are giving fake promise of it'll be fixed in top priority. It's been 10 days for god sake total waste of money. jio has worst customer service. #shameonjio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jiofiber is not working since 3pm. Tried to contact jio customer service but couldn't connect. Facing problem because we are working from home. So try to resolve the issue ASAP.

    @reliancejio Sir JIO fibre not working since 21.05.21 from 19.47 onwords. Whether the monthly plans expiry will get extended as the sms says connectivity will be restored by 22.05.21.

    @JioCare useless customer service provider they doesn't have perfect process for refunding of security deposit I'm really very much frustrated your site your team no one is working they doesn't have any knowledge and didn't even try to help me to resolve the query
