    @JioCare From Oct 2020 all your staff are laying everytime telling I will provide if you recharged with 999 and after recharger your staff is telling offer is ended what a service I have recording off all conversion and already send to your staff on tweeter and YouTube please cheak.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don’t understand logic when customer care person told with Jio WiFi you can watch prime, hotstar if you have own account subscriptions.

    @JioCare You find that the coverage is good in my area, but I think you have checked network at BTS but in my home or nearby network is very poor.

    Jio fibre not refund money 1500 jio fibre . User create request before trial period end and after that jio always reschedule device pickup due to lockdown after that jio customer service team told younot eligible trial advertisement is fake ..😡😡 @JioCare @reliancejio @nch14404

    .@NextraWorld one of the worse around in #CustomerService. Either they hang up on you if you try to reason out anything or better still they tell on your face they care a f**k. No wonder @reliancejio and @airtelindia are so far ahead. At least they ensure customer outreach & care
