  @reliancejio @JioCare Your egineer scammed me for Rs 1000, I still do no have a ST box (6 weeks) Ser. Req. says "resolved". Now a monkey has chewed through the cable and I can't get a scheduled appointment for "technical issues" I can DM number.

  @jiocare Sweety, thank you for the update. I know from last 2+ months refund is in process but that process has never ended to give chance to the next step of transfer refund. Sadly everytime it bounce out from the refund processing. It's sad & depressing never ending fail cycle

  Shifting from @reliancejio to @airtelindia after 5 years. Jio providing worst network and their customer support system is more worst than their network.

  @JioCare I am really frustrated with this ongoing network issue. I have been facing this problem continuously, and it is causing a lot of inconvenience.If this issue is not resolved within the next 3 days, I will port my Jio SIM to Airtel. I expect a permanent solution as soon as possible

  @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic network in Kharghar Sector 35 area since morning..! Charging a bomb every month and such service?? Its happening almost every week now..! Is there anything that can be done apart from charging your customers on time?

  @JioCare @JioCare On the first day, Jio 5G worked in our area for just 2–3 hours. We were so happy that we immediately recharged with the ₹349 plan, expecting to use unlimited 5G. But after a few hours, the 5G signal disappeared and has not returned till now.
