    @JioCare Getting a poor coverage of jio network, please improve it as it has become so bad that some not even one bar is visible. Whereas airtel at the same location gives full range with super fast internet. Location as mentioned.

    Hay @XiaomiIndia i am using @reliancejio sim on mi note 7 pro .also i have redmi 7a . In my room i am able to make calls on mi 7a and on note 7 pro i am not getting signal since over a month i am facing this issue

    @JioCare purchased new jio wifi dongle and wasted my money on the device as newtwork connection in #goa #panjim pin code 403002 is pathetic. Pls look into it. Tried connecting to customer care , I'm exhausted as it is more pathetic.

    @JioCare even with full range network, I am struggling to make a simple phone call. It's like getting a tatkal ticket booked if I finally manage to connect to a call using my Jio phone.

    Hy @RedmiSupportIN i have mi note 7 pro and it getting very less network signal over @reliancejio network but on the other hand on redmi 7a getting same network but u its possible to make calls but nor on note 7 pro. Please fix with an ota update as soon as possible

    @JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelnews @JioCare all this network so bad hope bsnl come faster with 4g network or even 3g network is fine better then losing wasting money network all this 3 network pay tax but not get network which is bad for customers n trai is not helping in our country

    Since the time Jio wifi was installed, there was no connectivity but no one bothered to rectify even after multiple service requests, complaints, etc. Instead, the sales person advised to get it disconnected and get the refund.This is what you deliver @reliancejio @JioCare

    Update 2. @reliancejio is far far ahead of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in terms of speed and call quality. The best test of a network is your frustration. With airtel, there were frequent call drops & speed issues. Now, with Jio, there’s no frustration.

    @JioCare Thanks, I am able to login to my Jio profile. I have failed to make very fruitful use of my previous recharge. Competition for Income is high in both the offline and online World. There is no motivations for me for going for a quick recharge! So we need to respect-Delay

    @JioCare i am waiting from Saturday its more than 48 hours but still no engineer visit to resolve the issue only tat is given from your end from 10 am i am waiting to use data and do my work but no body responding from @JioCare please help or i have to give a written complaint to @TRAI
