Even though signal reception is good, I am not able to use Internet properly. Already lodged complaint 5 times with @JioCare, and TRAI app also!

I live in Merces village near to Panaji and facing this problem . No strong network , no powerful internet . Worst service . Even i cant make a voice call from my room.

Advance payment was taken long ago, yet the SIM is still pending. Valuable validity/reservation time is being lost due to delays attributable to Jio.
