Resolution will not happen as ur teams are not intending to. Engineer says backend issue, backend says engineers will resolve.

I've been trying to change my e-sim from old phone to new phone, ran into issues and been trying to talk to customer support from 4 days, but no use. WhatsApp bot is useless. Sent someone to store, and that associate is asking me to come to store from US. What a stupid thing is this.
