    @reliancejio @JioCare really disappointed with the service at the Jio store in Panjim, Goa. Only one of the 3 customer executives have the knowledge of number port/new sim. Pathetic! No place for customers to sit

    It is one thing if the complaint remains unsolved, but @JioCare simply chose to observe silence. Already sent my port request, I don't have any obligation to use a network which doesn't even acknowledge my messages. Quiting @reliancejio at the earliest

    @reliancejio Hello, I would like to bring to your notice that there is a severe break down of Jio network service at my native place. Almost all villagers are Jio users so please recitfy the issue on topmost priority. Location: Malhad Village, District Supaul, Bihar Regards

    @JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

    @reliancejio people enjoying 5 g and we don't have 4 g network well in our area also have network issues.4 g speed is only 50 kb/s. Post office area ,Calangute Goa .

    @reliancejio as been providing terrible internet speed at Calangute Goa for the past few days... Kindly look into it...Or even though it may not matter much to u...U may end up loosing some customers

    WTF @reliancejio @JioCare your 4g network in Goa is so horrible I cant even open the jio app. It took me 10 mins to post this tweet. This issue has been from pre lockdown before your'll start using too many users online as an excuse. Stop cheating us. We pay for 4g we demand 4g

    @JioCare I am not able to get OTP from JioCall app, to my alternate number which is also JIO. Can I get some help please. I am trying to use the JioFi which has the Jio Sim inserted for calling using JioCall App.

    @reliancejio hi ,Just few days before I switched to Jio for better network and internet as it advertising . I live in Merces village near to Panaji and facing this problem . No strong network , no powerful internet . Worst service . Even i cant make a voice call from my room.

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelnews @JioCare all this network so bad hope bsnl come faster with 4g network or even 3g network is fine better then losing wasting money network all this 3 network pay tax but not get network which is bad for customers n trai is not helping in our country

    It’s been over 1 week and my Jioairfibre is not even working worst experience.its just been 20 days of the connection and not working from past one week. No resolution constantly saying one thing "backend issue". If it's not getting resolved just close it. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am sharing screenshot of speedtest are you serious about website? if speed is slow it means I can't access any website, please take it on priority otherwise I will port to other network I can't complain like this everyday

    Got JioBharat phone for dadaji and recharged for 91 and now that recharge is not supporting and also not able to recharge Bharat plan, no where gives option to talk to its customer executive, why so much of shady practices @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare Service Request number SR****35HEKF is not being attended for 3 days despite several reminders. Your services has been degraded to the worst in Delhi. Same issues experienced in past too but nobody sitting up there in your management listens to it. Worst service. Worst redressal

    @JioCare , tired of calling your customer care. Couldn't get the help that I wanted. I bought a basic LAVA mobile for my other number but couldn't use my SIM in it. What is the procedure to use my current JIO sim in it?

    @JioCare This type of poor service not expecting from Jio👎. First of all the service engineer behaviour was too rude & wrong information provided, misguide for new connection. After submit cancellation request now after 10 day's not resolved the issue after follow-up regularly👎👎👎👎

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberCentral Order NO0001DBT33M is a mess. 1. Multiple reschedules (10-May/11-May) but agents are ghosting. 2. Now system claims "payment unsuccessful" after 3 days of confirmed appointments. 3. Neighbor on the same floor has active service. Fix it plz
