@JioCare improve your network in My Village , both the other provider Idea and Airtel improved their network in this area only Jio is lacking . I ported from Idea because I heard that Jio is comparably better than other. Now I am regretting my decision . Village Merces , Goa

Jio prepaid fiber connection I'd 299059240619, surrender request placed since we took post paid connection believing jio fiber sales team on assured return of deposit in a week. Nothing after that & Jiocare closes request without attending it or taking confirmation from customer

@JioCare My Jio Fiber has been down since yesterday night. And although I submitted a service request, slots are available only from 6th October. I can't work with 2 days of no broadband internet. Please send someone to fix this today.
