Even though signal reception is good, I am not able to use Internet properly. Already lodged complaint 5 times with @JioCare, and TRAI app also!

Field engineers are repeatedly marking ticket SR00002N75QY as 'On Hold' without fixing issue or restoration. Stop this delay tactic and fix the fiber issue by today 12:00 PM, Need a concrete ETA.

I emailed Jio on Aug 8 requesting cancellation effective from the Aug 11 billing cycle. On Aug 10, I received a call regarding request no SR00003DO8FJ and clearly confirmed that I wanted to cancel.
