Hy @RedmiSupportIN i have mi note 7 pro and it getting very less network signal over @reliancejio network but on the other hand on redmi 7a getting same network but u its possible to make calls but nor on note 7 pro. Please fix with an ota update as soon as possible

@JioCare So it been 14. Days without a network I paid for I'm Moving around with a dummy jio router with no help at all in Goa Which. Has caused great damage to business too hence decided to stop your bad service and will drop all 308 jio services and jio fiber in our society thanks

@JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

@JioCare Getting a poor coverage of jio network, please improve it as it has become so bad that some not even one bar is visible. Whereas airtel at the same location gives full range with super fast internet. Location as mentioned.

Nothing is provided for free by @reliancejio. If @JioCare cannot solve the problem instantly, validity compensation should be provided. As per my experience of using #jiopostpaid, the outgoing gets barred instantly if we are late even for a single day. @TuntunY83422296

@JioCare You engineer visit was scheduled on 15th Sep at 7 pm then on 16th Sep at 12:37 pm and then on 3 pm and at last 5 pm. Till now you people are just rescheduling the visit. If today issue is not solved, I am going to throw this Jio Fiber box and will file Case against you people.

Wow super customer service, when customer is in distress none of the customer service people have courtesy to listen and straight upfront disconnecting the call am fed I don’t think my issue would be fixed and I don’t know whom to write @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima
