  @JioCare even with full range network, I am struggling to make a simple phone call. It's like getting a tatkal ticket booked if I finally manage to connect to a call using my Jio phone.

  @JioCare Getting a poor coverage of jio network, please improve it as it has become so bad that some not even one bar is visible. Whereas airtel at the same location gives full range with super fast internet. Location as mentioned.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia My postpaid no. is stuck on “Not Registered on Network.” eSIM failed, ₹150 SIM replacement also failed, and the new SIM was tested in another handset with the same result. if Jio fails to resolve this within 2 days, I’m porting to Airtel.

  I was in prepaid n did the recharge on 5th May for 30 days. Then decided to move to postpaid on the same day, customer service confirmed that the recharged amount will get adjusted against the postpaid bills. @JioCare @reliancejio
