    @reliancejio But the support is not good …. It takes so much of time for them to fix the issue. I have 5 such cases of recent interactions which was really very very bad

    @JioCare Getting a poor coverage of jio network, please improve it as it has become so bad that some not even one bar is visible. Whereas airtel at the same location gives full range with super fast internet. Location as mentioned.

    @reliancejio I wouldn't trust your 4g network if my life depended on it. YOU PEOPLE ARE ******* CHEATS AND CON ARTISTS. STOP ROBBING YOUR CUSTOMERS. I PAY FOR 4G NOT SOME CRAP INTERNET WHICH TAKES ME 15 MINUTES TO UPLOAD A PIC TO SOCIAL MEDIA. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER FFS.

    @JioCare I am not able to get OTP from JioCall app, to my alternate number which is also JIO. Can I get some help please. I am trying to use the JioFi which has the Jio Sim inserted for calling using JioCall App.

    @JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

    Poor network coverage of #Jio in Chicalim, Vasco, Goa. Its difficult to do work from home in such poor network.Also Jio has removed rs 98 plan. Very unfortunate action by company of @MukeshAmba Ji during #lockdown2020 . Request restore the same. #RelianceJio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @Akash_Ambani #akashambani have been trying to get jio fiber in my area from last 1yr 6 months & there is no connection available in my location and probably the whole goa. My pincode 403804 . Please expand we need good jio service 🙏

    WTF @reliancejio @JioCare your 4g network in Goa is so horrible I cant even open the jio app. It took me 10 mins to post this tweet. This issue has been from pre lockdown before your'll start using too many users online as an excuse. Stop cheating us. We pay for 4g we demand 4g

    It is one thing if the complaint remains unsolved, but @JioCare simply chose to observe silence. Already sent my port request, I don't have any obligation to use a network which doesn't even acknowledge my messages. Quiting @reliancejio at the earliest

    @reliancejio hi ,Just few days before I switched to Jio for better network and internet as it advertising . I live in Merces village near to Panaji and facing this problem . No strong network , no powerful internet . Worst service . Even i cant make a voice call from my room.

    @JioCare Don’t teach me how to use the app and check the status of request. You should focus on fixing problem related net connectivity and better customer care where user can find the resolution and same problem do not arises again and again. Don’t want boat like reply atleast.

    @QamarAnchor @reliancejio @JioCare X need to ban these type of a accounts. Just post some fake false **** for engagement. There is NO Unlimited 5G written on the said plan like that. Unlimited 5G is applicable on eligible base pack.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have heard these same assurances for days. You have made repeated promises but delivered no resolution. My patience is exhausted. Please stop giving false hope and proceed with my cancellation request immediately. I no longer have confidence in Jio's service.

    @JioHotstar @reliancejio Hey @JioCare , my Jio plan already includes JioHotstar (For VoLTE) and the subscription is showing as active in the MyJio app until August 2026, yet the JioHotstar app is asking me to recharge again to continue watching. Please resolve this issue. #Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I told customer care I called 3 times none resolved the issue.. and this time I will also record d call.. Very admend that either you pay the incorrect bill fully to get ur connection, we will not correct the bill as this month bill already generated.

    @JioCare Also this is my first day experience into the network, i asked the technician if there are any cable cut issues in the area , or else i would prefer air fiber, he wasn't keen on providing that connection inspite of me elaborating that i cannot afford the downtime as i WFH

    @JioCare Worst service ever! Got Jio AirFiber on 11 May. It stopped working on 2 June. Raised countless complaints. After a month, the engineer said the device is faulty & needs replacement. Still no action. Paid ₹2300 for nothing. Shameful support. #JioAirFiber @TRAI
