  @JioCare Getting a poor coverage of jio network, please improve it as it has become so bad that some not even one bar is visible. Whereas airtel at the same location gives full range with super fast internet. Location as mentioned.

  @JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

  @JioCare purchased new jio wifi dongle and wasted my money on the device as newtwork connection in #goa #panjim pin code 403002 is pathetic. Pls look into it. Tried connecting to customer care , I'm exhausted as it is more pathetic.

  Hy @RedmiSupportIN i have mi note 7 pro and it getting very less network signal over @reliancejio network but on the other hand on redmi 7a getting same network but u its possible to make calls but nor on note 7 pro. Please fix with an ota update as soon as possible

  @JioCare Hi, Request id : SR000018E1UE Actually i recharge with Rs.2599 on 28-11-21. This plan activated on 15-01-22 but my hotstar subs not activated.I asked to customer care, Hotstar subs is applicable for recharged before 28 days. But this condition not mentioned anywhere.

  @JioCare Again contacted the agent. He just said schedule doesn’t matters at all its just a computer generated time. Whats all this jio ? And after this conversation again my time was rechduled. Customer representative told me and given me that 4to 5 we sent a priority notif. 1/2
