@reliancejio hi ,Just few days before I switched to Jio for better network and internet as it advertising . I live in Merces village near to Panaji and facing this problem . No strong network , no powerful internet . Worst service . Even i cant make a voice call from my room.

@JioCare Don't even think 🤔 in my area ur tower is almost 100 mtr away but still the speed is 70kbs 7020065686,numerous time tower 🗼 complaint and network checks but still no solution and @Airtel_Presence is picking up the network in our city

@JioCare @reliancejio I use Reliance Jio sim as my primary sim card. But network quality at Marcela Goa, especially indoors is very bad. Even Whatsapp messages remain unsent for long time. Please solve the issue ASAP.

@JioCare improve your network in My Village , both the other provider Idea and Airtel improved their network in this area only Jio is lacking . I ported from Idea because I heard that Jio is comparably better than other. Now I am regretting my decision . Village Merces , Goa

Where my Friend using @reliancejio is watching live HD match sitting next to me. Not only @airtelindiay 3rd frnd using @VodafoneIN is facing same problem like me in Airtel. @rsprasad humble request pl take d matter seriously as they've raised their rates &tariffs.

@TRAI Jio mobile internet facility is unusable in my home at Sangolda, Goa. I have availed 4G internet plans from @reliancejio. Even though signal reception is good, I am not able to use Internet properly. Already lodged complaint 5 times with @JioCare, and TRAI app also!

Actually, I want to transfer the ownership of jio fiber connection But your sales/Customer support team says that a change of ownership is not permitted and The previous connection will have to be disconnected and a new connection will have to be acquired. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare If you can not hire proper engineers to fix fiber internet issue, its better to not expand. Worst service that I can ever imagine. Engineers are liars & support staff on call has same fix answer.

In regard of JIO Fiber complaint to customer care. I had a word with CS to solve my issue @JioCare. The agent Viresh was very rude and arrogant. He was interrupting me in between again and again and when I told him let me complete he disconnected the call.
