    @JioCare recently switch to Jio . But facing same issue , no network , no internet . Even I can't make a call from my room . I live in Merces village near to Panaji ,Goa . Feeling cheated .

    Have tried all networks wasted so much money and finally came to a conclusion @reliancejio is the best..ease of doing recharge to network the Best. Life savier during lockdown. Thank you @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare really disappointed with the service at the Jio store in Panjim, Goa. Only one of the 3 customer executives have the knowledge of number port/new sim. Pathetic! No place for customers to sit

    @JioCare improve your network in My Village , both the other provider Idea and Airtel improved their network in this area only Jio is lacking . I ported from Idea because I heard that Jio is comparably better than other. Now I am regretting my decision . Village Merces , Goa

    @reliancejio Your 4g speeds and network in Goa is absolutely pathetic. You have increased recharge rates but service quality is 0. Stop cheating your customers. 😠

    @JioCare I must say jio has become third class service in Goa , bye bye Jio , guys switch back to AIRTEL , Ambani fooled us

    @reliancejio hi ,Just few days before I switched to Jio for better network and internet as it advertising . I live in Merces village near to Panaji and facing this problem . No strong network , no powerful internet . Worst service . Even i cant make a voice call from my room.

    @JioCare . . . @reliancejio network at Porvorim Goa ( 403521) is very weak. It's inconvenient & unfair to the customers.

    @reliancejio Hello, I would like to bring to your notice that there is a severe break down of Jio network service at my native place. Almost all villagers are Jio users so please recitfy the issue on topmost priority. Location: Malhad Village, District Supaul, Bihar Regards

    Where my Friend using @reliancejio is watching live HD match sitting next to me. Not only @airtelindiay 3rd frnd using @VodafoneIN is facing same problem like me in Airtel. @rsprasad humble request pl take d matter seriously as they've raised their rates &tariffs.

    @TRAI Jio mobile internet facility is unusable in my home at Sangolda, Goa. I have availed 4G internet plans from @reliancejio. Even though signal reception is good, I am not able to use Internet properly. Already lodged complaint 5 times with @JioCare, and TRAI app also!

    WTF @reliancejio @JioCare your 4g network in Goa is so horrible I cant even open the jio app. It took me 10 mins to post this tweet. This issue has been from pre lockdown before your'll start using too many users online as an excuse. Stop cheating us. We pay for 4g we demand 4g

    It is one thing if the complaint remains unsolved, but @JioCare simply chose to observe silence. Already sent my port request, I don't have any obligation to use a network which doesn't even acknowledge my messages. Quiting @reliancejio at the earliest

    @JioCare @TRAI @Airtel_Presence We are not getting indoor and outdoor network... Forget about Internet....... Even calling is not possible......Address - H no 1141, Madel, Tiswadi, North Goa 403102....... Pls enhance capacity of nr by tower.

    @JioCare @reliancejio same problem for 4 months continuously and false assurances frm ur customer care and technical folks. Raised a ticket and no update & only change i see is the visit time update. 5pm to 5.15 pm to 8.45pm. No one is bothered to fix the issue.pathetic service

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service. my jio fiber is not working due to wire cut daily i complaint but not getting any response. I suggest everyone don't connect jio fiber.. service is very bad. Jio fiber customers support healpless.@lucknow

    @JioCare worst service i regret why I didn't get airtel fiber.. it's almost one month my jio fiber is not working due to wire cut daily i complaint not getting any response. I suggest all my neighbour and and my area people don't connect jio fiber.. service is not good .

    @JioCare Useless, First he tried over the phonecall Jio agent was not ready to listen Then through the social media he tried with snapshots of evedence, but Jio is making fool even 0.1% Jio is not ready to help/support. What type of Company is Jio? , who don't care at all their customers
