    @JioCare I am not able to get OTP from JioCall app, to my alternate number which is also JIO. Can I get some help please. I am trying to use the JioFi which has the Jio Sim inserted for calling using JioCall App.

    @reliancejio @JioCare really disappointed with the service at the Jio store in Panjim, Goa. Only one of the 3 customer executives have the knowledge of number port/new sim. Pathetic! No place for customers to sit

    @JioCare So it been 14. Days without a network I paid for I'm Moving around with a dummy jio router with no help at all in Goa Which. Has caused great damage to business too hence decided to stop your bad service and will drop all 308 jio services and jio fiber in our society thanks

    @JioCare I'm based in Goa thivim is the location just cause I'm from mumbai I have no network is it..... Every other Jio router of others are doing great for for them..... Pls help me fast so I get my network back

    You guy's never have a solution for anything at all. Imagine being a Postpaid customer and surviving on worse than 2G networks. Probably time to port to @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare recently switch to Jio . But facing same issue , no network , no internet . Even I can't make a call from my room . I live in Merces village near to Panaji ,Goa . Feeling cheated .

    @TRAI Jio mobile internet facility is unusable in my home at Sangolda, Goa. I have availed 4G internet plans from @reliancejio. Even though signal reception is good, I am not able to use Internet properly. Already lodged complaint 5 times with @JioCare, and TRAI app also!

    @reliancejio Hello, I would like to bring to your notice that there is a severe break down of Jio network service at my native place. Almost all villagers are Jio users so please recitfy the issue on topmost priority. Location: Malhad Village, District Supaul, Bihar Regards

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelnews @JioCare all this network so bad hope bsnl come faster with 4g network or even 3g network is fine better then losing wasting money network all this 3 network pay tax but not get network which is bad for customers n trai is not helping in our country

    @reliancejio hi ,Just few days before I switched to Jio for better network and internet as it advertising . I live in Merces village near to Panaji and facing this problem . No strong network , no powerful internet . Worst service . Even i cant make a voice call from my room.

    @JioCare purchased new jio wifi dongle and wasted my money on the device as newtwork connection in #goa #panjim pin code 403002 is pathetic. Pls look into it. Tried connecting to customer care , I'm exhausted as it is more pathetic.

    @JioCare facing issue with jio fixed line number 061-52796583 . service always get disrupted when there is long light cut . Kindly arrange technician visit to change my C6 device connectivity to any other Tower. As there is tower nearby which has 6 connectivity.

    @JioCare Your jiofibre does not fail to disappoint (no internet) and then your service engineer visit is a nightmare.. giving xyz reasons for cancellation at last moment.. leaving customers to favours of service engineers.. pls see my Service Request no SR00002KSQVK n expedite?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Postpaid customers should not face suspension due to premature autopay attempts before due date. Billing cycle changes without practical customer support are causing hardship. Request urgent corrective action.
