@reliancejio I wouldn't trust your 4g network if my life depended on it. YOU PEOPLE ARE ******* CHEATS AND CON ARTISTS. STOP ROBBING YOUR CUSTOMERS. I PAY FOR 4G NOT SOME CRAP INTERNET WHICH TAKES ME 15 MINUTES TO UPLOAD A PIC TO SOCIAL MEDIA. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER FFS.

WTF @reliancejio @JioCare your 4g network in Goa is so horrible I cant even open the jio app. It took me 10 mins to post this tweet. This issue has been from pre lockdown before your'll start using too many users online as an excuse. Stop cheating us. We pay for 4g we demand 4g

Yesterday @JioCare raised a SR for my issue with Amazon Prime. Today I saw it was not there while tracking. When called was told it's resolved. Asked how. Said we send the Entitlement # which I never recieved. They gave me an Entitlement # over phone.

@airtelindia Your site lists Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra as a 5G compatible UE but it doesn't work in your network. Same is with jio. Ethically you should delist the UEs from supported list till samsung fixes the issue for you. @JioCare , same goes to you.

Ever since @JioCare updated to 5G, the network on my phone is amazing but the broadband services has become pathetic. One minute of video streaming on my mac takes around 27 times of buffering. Are we in 2012 again JIO !!
