    @JioCare @reliancejio Now it's high time, we are facing huge problem related to internet bandwidth, please look into the matter, other wise a serious legal action has to be taken. Worst Telecom Company experience in entire world, it's better to Auction JIO.

    I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

    @JioCare I have a connection at my home, and it has been facing connectivity issues. When I reached out to the person who installed it, he said that he was unavailable and would not be able to resolve the issue. This happened on Saturday, and today is Sunday. It has been two days

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio — unable to make or receive calls at my home in Bengaluru. No network, no signal, complete dead zone. Tried raising a complaint on MyJio app — useless. This is unacceptable for a paid service. Resolve this or I'm escalating to @TRAI.

    It's been 13 days since the first complaint was raised still no resolution. Isn't it a breach of SLA by @reliancejio, I think I should get resolution as well as a plan extension as per the contract. @JioCare do I need to reach out to NCH to resolve this ?

    We have been experiencing very poor network connectivity in our area for the past two months. The situation is affecting our daily communication. If the issue is not resolved promptly, we will have no option but to port our numbers to a different network provider. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have dropped all relevant details over dm,please take it seriously and help me and fellow jio users in this area can access to a basic necessity of jio network accessing internet is too far but atleast provide a fu*kin jio network indoor coverage.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio internet issue was for 12-13 days last month,Still you have sent me the full bill despite of your customer care telling me bill will be adjusted for loss of internet. If you can't fix the issue in time at least compensate in the bill.
