    I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

    @JioCare @reliancejio Now it's high time, we are facing huge problem related to internet bandwidth, please look into the matter, other wise a serious legal action has to be taken. Worst Telecom Company experience in entire world, it's better to Auction JIO.

    For Sim card replacement making me run for 1 week, I've almost visited every store and @RelianceDigital and I've been welcomed with rude responses everywhere, nobody is willing to do. Customer care always keeps on hold , this time it's 20 min @reliancejio @JioCare

    What is going on with telecom players in the country ? For eSIM verification process, @reliancejio asks you to wait for 2 hrs, then make you wait for more than 24hrs with no ETA. Business Monopoly has given them license to trouble customer? #reliancejio #Jio
