Resolution time was changed from 2 PM to 5 PM, and now to 31 July.I recharged today but couldn't use the service.I want to disconnect my JioFiber and receive a full refund. Please resolve this immediately.

And if the phone is connected to 4G, the experience is no better. Surprisingly, other operators provide much more stable and reliable service in my area.
