    I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

    @JioCare @reliancejio Now it's high time, we are facing huge problem related to internet bandwidth, please look into the matter, other wise a serious legal action has to be taken. Worst Telecom Company experience in entire world, it's better to Auction JIO.

    You know what the organization is by how they treat leaving customers. Myjio app has every option in world except to cancel the subscription. You go to chatbot which gives you helpline number. The helpline number has no option for cancelling subscription. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @jio_fiber experienceing one of the worst customer care helplines and your service technicians are even worse, they fix and appointment and dont turn up nor do they even bother to answer your call. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani sir your staff has no value of time and commitment.

    @reliancejio My Jio WiFi broadband number is +913379657059 The connection is not working for 4 days now. Your technician asked me to replace the concealed cable which I did spending 800/- It’s still not working. Atrocious Service. Complaint no. SROOOO/MEGEE! Shame on you.

    @JioCare I already dm you thausand Time but anything that necessary never happen. I connection speed was just 2MB/s max. Is that your 5G speed, for this i am paying 400/month. Pathetic.....

    Hi @JioCare, I cancelled my JioFiber booking on 28th May because your team informed me that installation was not possible due to technical issues from Jio's side. Today is 11th July, and after 1.5 months, I still haven't received my refund.
