I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

@JioCare @reliancejio Now it's high time, we are facing huge problem related to internet bandwidth, please look into the matter, other wise a serious legal action has to be taken. Worst Telecom Company experience in entire world, it's better to Auction JIO.

The most unprofessional set of technicians I've evr seen. My WiFi is nt wrkng since the last 72 hours & there's nobody at @reliancejio who cn fix this issue. Tweeting seems to be the last resort bcz your helpline is clearly nt helpful enough. FIX MY INTERNET NOW

@JioCare Still, the same issues are being faced by us for all our jio sims. No network for browsing and the regular usage. I sent a DM with a contact number and AN two days ago. You took it as just a word and nothing has been improved. Pathetic @JioCare @reliancejio I didn't expect this.
