I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

@ViCustomerCare Already contacted them(@jiocare) 14 times, they told you need to clear pending from Vodafone. Already recharge 3 times but after visiting store they told you need to do a recharge with RN(143776217), and now when I am trying, I am not able to recharge. Please Help.

@JioCare @phirozeshroff88 I am Jio pre-paid customer. Issue is internet connectivity is intermissive and after it to resolve this issue to always mode of network i.e 4g to 3g and same time 3g to 4g to resolve it but this is very worst process. I port in from airtel to Jio for same issue.
