@JioCare @reliancejio Now it's high time, we are facing huge problem related to internet bandwidth, please look into the matter, other wise a serious legal action has to be taken. Worst Telecom Company experience in entire world, it's better to Auction JIO.

I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

@JioCare Hi Palak, Shared on DM. Also, I have shared the service request number. What's unacceptable is the misinformation due to which the request was put on hold that engineer visited and wasn't allowed to enter. For 2 days have mailed, called,tweeted, complained nothing happened.

Their customer care staff members come over, play around with the router, say “Madam, mein kya mar sakta hoon - upar se hi yeh log hamko guide nahi kar rahe” and then ‘closes’ the complaint without a resolution @reliancejio @JioCare #jio #JioFiber
