    I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

    @JioCare I'm disappointed by jio data speed in my village. is any solution of this problem you have? I'm tweet this through wi~fi of another cellular company. So u can understand how much have speed in jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare (19.2691773, 75.0602363) this is the location 1.9km from jio tower, but still not get proper signals due to directions of antennas are wrong, as per technicians words. Plz change directions ASAP. I did lots of complaints but no response from jio #support
