    I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

    @JioCare @reliancejio Now it's high time, we are facing huge problem related to internet bandwidth, please look into the matter, other wise a serious legal action has to be taken. Worst Telecom Company experience in entire world, it's better to Auction JIO.

    Worst services given by @reliancejio data is slow, calls doesn't connect and JIO FIBER is of no use. No proper service too @JioCare. Had to use friend's hotspot even to tweet.

    @JioCare Till now above mention issue is not solve . You guys inaction on the issue indirectly says " We are not provide good network coverage in your area and switch to another network" . I can't complaint using your 198 number.
