@JioCare @reliancejio Now it's high time, we are facing huge problem related to internet bandwidth, please look into the matter, other wise a serious legal action has to be taken. Worst Telecom Company experience in entire world, it's better to Auction JIO.

I am not able to attend online lectures due to low network speed at my area due to a huge network traffic. And despite of complaining about the same to @Idea there was no positive response and the closed my complain without resolving it. @reliancejio speed is the worst in my area

@JioCare My jio fiber is getting disconnected very frequently from last one week. No support no is attending the call. Call is on machine based which only speaks about the plan and data balance and when we choose to connect to their support staff, it disconnect..

@JioCare Pathetic service. @JioCare If you can't resolve the issue immediately, please accept that. In WFH environment, we can't live with these issue. I can go for other available options. Today again facing the same issue and no one is picking up the call for engineer visit.

@JioCare @reliancejio I shifted from another service provider to Jio and within very first day the internet is down. And there is no support available to fix the issue. It has been 3 hours. Pathetic! Seems like I made a wrong decision.
