    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    I have the call log history. Number is suspended since 4 days. In that way why customer will stay with you and Thats why customer porting to @airtelindia and @reliancejio for hassle free service for which they entitled.

    @JioCare @reliancejio can't play videos (even lower quality) smoothly, even tweets & images sometimes take years to load. Fix the issue or I will switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Not giving solution of my problem by your team.And advices me to wait further. At the time of installation you guys delayed that much and not give satisfactory resolution of my concern so what about your service I think i made bad decision to select JioFibre
