@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

@reliancejio @arrahman All Jio stores in kota (Raj. ) charging Rs. 180 instead of Rs. 25 for duplicate sim, forcing customers to buy phone stand or other accessories. Rude and highly unprofessional behaviour. Staff in centres are not answering customers concern.

@reliancejio @JioCare Will you confirm how many days will you take in reinstating my jio number as I haven't requested for any closure. The jio customer care team on 198 is very irresponsible & ill mannered. Moreover, it is very difficult to connect to them. Pathetic.

Most pathetic service @reliancejio they need 72 hours just to update the payment status. And followed number remaining out of service for 72 hours. And the service executives are so arrogant and rude....
