    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio what kind of shit network u guys are proving. Can't watch a live sports . Can't scroll Facebook well. Can't play YouTube. U guys are looting us. And make fool of us. Enough of trusting this shit network. I m switching to @airtelindia or @Idea

    @reliancejio @JioCare There is a consistent dip in your network for last 4 days at the non office hours. The connectivity is getting so poor . Kindly resolve this problem .

    Hello @JioCare , @reliancejio I have serious concern about my father's number privacy after talking to ur customer care agent. Drop me number of respective person with whom I can discuss it, asap. Otherwise I have no option other than reporting it cyber crime portal.

    Have been facing a lot of @reliancejio network issues here in kuda village A Khel Dimapur (can't stream any app without buffering) for the past couple of months, is it going to upgrade or should I port the Sim?

    @JioCare I really dont understand why ur network is getting cheap is some areas, specially in mumbai locations like 400093. Requesting you to run a check for network at some areas so it would help us to resolve the issue asap.

    @reliancejio Worst service ever faced. Wifi down since 2bd, still no solution, no reply from call center, just one common reply Sorry and we escalated your complain.... Don't understand you need 5 days for solution. Better to switch out from Jio and move to Airtel...

    @reliancejio I have 1.35 gb left out of 1.5 gb but still my net is very slow and I am in delhi now....kya ghatiya service hai...tried to call 198 customer call for 5 minutes but got no response

    @Maniman75225659 @airtelindia @reliancejio is the only operator I found good at providing network all across. Just switch your number in Jio & get rid of all the network issues.
