@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio Since 5 days my broadband is not working. Despite multiple complaints, you guys are neglecting. There have been so many 4 hours deadline you people have already missed. Never expected such a pathetic service from JIO. Highly disappointed.

@reliancejio frequent data interruption. Very bad speed in Chhapra (Pincode 841301) Sahebganj - Mauna Chowk area. When you complain, reply comes to message in DM so that public is not reading the demerits in service. No corrective action. Clear cheating by jio.
