This is not a website issue, because the website is accessible without any problems through Airtel, Vodafone, and BSNL networks. The issue occurs only when using your Jio network, where the website cannot be accessed.

I have tried to explain the issue but the customer service disconnected the call and and just received a call back and no voice.
