    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmba There is absolutely no jio network in our area. People are frustrated. Despite repeated complaints from many users, jio is not responding. Many people tried porting out to get the attention but that too gone fruitless. Please look into it.

    There is absolutely no jio network in our area. People are frustrated. Despite repeated complaints from many users, jio is not responding. Very-very bad services by Jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Now im in vijaywada and im experiencing the same thing for god sake...cant you detect based on my phone signals...poor service. Its time to migrate to a new service provider.

    @JioCare hi i have port my no on 23.10.2022 now it's 27.10.2022 my previous service provider (bsnl) has cleared the process of porting still no sim activation from jio side.

    @JioCare Till now the same condition ...... What the network team doing.... If you can't provide good and stable network connection then give the compensation ... Recharge cost is going high without connection.......
