@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

Having wasted more than 2hr in jio store. Just for the sim activation which usually take 2 min.Very slow process unactive and confused service provider. Giving network slow reason as redemption. Store is at barh @reliancejio @JioCare.

Approx we need 3-4 TOWER TO CONNECT EVERY CUSTOMER WITH INTERNET FACILITY WE R Recharging SAME PRICE UNLIMITED PACK WHICH CITY PEOPLE OR A GOOD NETWORK COVERAGE AREA PEOPLE DO BUT WHY WE DON'T ABLE TO USE GOOD INTERNET AS COMPARED TO OTHERS AREA @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

I do understand you have to pay me now hence all this delay but this doesn't looks good a brand like @reliancejio now my senior citizen parents are there and your support calls them and say they are coming but nobody comes. Do you think this is a good idea just to save some bucks
