@JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

Post that considering it’s disconnected , I took up another connection with @reliancejio which was offering better service . For my shock after 2 months I get a bill of 2000 rs mentioning the charges and amazon prime subscription charges.

@reliancejio @JioCare but after connecting customer care they say there is no such transactions details at there end. They must check once in backend system logs. It's such a poor engineering that transaction is doen at payment gateway and system throwing such error i don't have

@JioCare I have asked for jio connection I guess that is mistake ,I have disconnected my old service when moving to new location I am unable to get new connection on new address which doesn't make sense , you guys nothing but pain in my life..
