    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    Never ever try to buy airtel prepaid esim again.worst customer service & literally can't reach a human to narrate your problem all you got is bot or Ivr voice.ditching my plan to get esim now. More than 8 yrs im using airtel soon port to #BSNL or @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @iSaumya @Cloudflare @reliancejio Thanks for sharing! I can confidently say that the team is looking into this. Unfortunately, I don’t have any ETA on the resolution. I also don’t have a lot of information on the actual cause of this problem, but the right folks are aware and are actively looking into it.

    @Jeetuburdak @reliancejio @JioCare Yes, their service is very poor. In the name of 5G, we're providing 2G service. Where I live, 5G doesn't work, and 4G doesn't work properly. Whenever I get time, I will get my SIM ported to BSNL.
