    @JioCare We the people of ward no 6, Dhubri are facing network issues and hardly any kind of speed is available in our area since the beginning of Jio Services ... please resolve my complain earlier I have complained to Jio toll free nos, but no resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

    @reliancejio from last week , jio 4g network became slower than even 3g network. I request u to kindly solve this problem. Otherwise i have to opt to some other network

    @JioCare Since there is no positive response from your side after all private conversations with the support team, I believe that JIO is unable to relocate my connection. Now watch how easily can I get a NEW connection within 24hrs of application.

    @reliancejio @JioCare hi, i am from kulpahar , uttar pradesh pin 210426, jio internet never works here people are not able to consume their daily limit data due to poor internet speed.. nobody listens in reliance customer care.

    @JioCare your services really sucks, made a rech on 30 nov , ₹599 amt debited, plan not active yet. Your customer support is not helping. I have all the transaction details as well, still no resolution provided

    @reliancejio the worst and pathetic service ever experienced, have Opt for JIO Postpaid Family Plan and when I upgraded the plan the outgoing call service of my family member who were added in family plan were blocked.They are not able to do calls even after complaining.

    Now the time has come when we should give up @reliancejio network. Jio's charges are increasing and the service is getting worse. The area (272155) we live in can't even watch videos online. we already complaint more time regarding to this.

    @JioCare Disappointed with the service of Jio Care, we had requested for cancelling the service . It has been more than 10 days since our request & even after several reminders the Jio team has not picked up their device & have not refunded the deposit. CC seems clueless
