@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

.@JioCare isn't really worth even a trial to be honest. Frequent Network downtime, pathetic speed as against claimed 100 or 150mbps & onwards. Customers end up blocking their money as Security Deposit towards the Router Charges apart from advance post paid charges :/

@reliancejio I have been struggling since 4 days now as not able to get IR services though I have recharged with needed pack. Continuously following up with Jio support for International roaming but no help. I am not sure why you all are fooling customers?

@JioCare Call drop problems are with all nos including helpline no 198. I may mention the nos I can't connect with Jio sim are easily available from same phone with Vi sim. What's of great regret I can't even contact 198 Jio helpline with Jio sim.
