    @JioCare I have surrendered the connection in the month of Sep 8 2021 and I have not received my security deposit amount yet. Also there is no proper update given by the customer service end. Why do jio fiber not returns customer money?

    @JioCare My number has been deactivated , customer care said I have used it for telemarketing and to reduce usage. I use it for personal only . Service Request number SR000017R7ZN , please check the issue.
