@reliancejio @JioCare you have no option on the jio app for feedback on jio fiber service requests. Service requests gets closed without resolution and customer is requested to call customer care again. And this repetitive.

@reliancejio 7 days passed out the payment for connection of jio fiber but no connection till now, and no customer care responce no executive responding my phone, no refund of money, very bad experience with Jio, I never recomend any other for Jio in future...@JioCare
