    @JioCare I had changed my post paid plan to non OTT post paid plan of Rs 199 but hotstar mobile is still active. I want to deactivate my hotstar mobile plan so that I can activate better OTT plan offered by my broadband service provider.

    @ANI Until we had Jio, we had to pay for incoming + internet of 1 Gb per month + std calls, these companies were minting money back then…now 2 gb per day + unlimited calls pan india and boss, no one can compare with @reliancejio international service & tariff..:blessed to have Jio

    @JioCare It’s been addressed yesterday after hundreds of email and phone calls. Finally router has been changed. You guys need to be more customer centric . Customer service is an alien concept to Reliance group. If you want to succeed in retail and service you need to pay more attention

    If you are planning to go for @reliancejio fiber, i would recommend you to think thousands times before subscribing. They have the worst customer support I have ever expirenced. It's been 3 days since it's not working and they have no answer to it. @JioCare #jiofiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio error in both facetime and iMessage activation. Also unable to add mobile data plan in watch. Customer care says its an issue many are facing since yesterday. Jio shoukd do something about it before customers start migrating to Airtel.

    @motorolaindia hey! When are you releasing latest 13 update so we can use 5G band. I've got the 12 update and started using 5G but network is so stuck. Even due to that I can't use my 4G data too. Am totally doing flight mode ON/OFF +100 times a day. My 5G network is by @JioCare
