While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.

Please provide a permanent solution to my problem. Customers stay loyal by receiving good service, not just by paying bills.
