@JioCare 3+ years and still network issues. Repeated requests made but nothing has happened. 4G speed 0.3KB/s. Call drop, voice cracking. Truly world class service. Keep it up.

@reliancejio very poor service 😩😩😩 I have been waiting since last Sunday to get my prepaid connection to postpaid. Two complaints later still no update and have to recharge each day just to call. I was way better off on Vodafone #badcustomerservice

@JioCare Thanks for replying, I was waiting for last 2 months and my request is keep getting closed without any reason. When I talk to customer care only they either reopen or raised a new service request. I can wait for another 2 days and if there is no resolution I have to go to court
