    I have been looking for a @reliancejio #fiberconnection for the past six months,it has been found in all areas around my house and aftr consult with compny people in a wide area of ​​our and to no avail.Thn why did @reliancejio show advertise in tv if they won't give service?

    @reliancejio @JioCare very disappointed with your service. The data speed is slower than a turtle. Contacted your help desk but they're only saying we are still working on it. Facing this issue since last year but still got no solution. I don't know what you guys are working on:(

    @JioCare it's been several months.. I'm complaining about the poor internet speed and network problem in my area. I even gave you guys speed test results, pincode.. but you guys did nothing And now the network is so poor . I can't even call properly.. this is really frustrating

    @reliancejio Jio network is doing worst job in my area at west bengal, it's been around 20 days i didn't have any internet access,jio internet only works during phone calls. I have my exam next month and i had to attend classes online (with mobile internet).Fix it @reliancejio
