    @JioCare the live streaming of cricket matches don't happen in the morning hours but still the network speed is pathetic, your work from home data packs are of no use since it is practically impossible to work with such slow speed. Can you please resolve???

    Dear Team @reliancejio @vodafone After getting extraordinary service from Vodafone ( Worst service ) I have decided to shift to Jio, everything was smooth the port process and all, after inserting new sim of jio today I am not able to receive any call from Vodafone operators.

    @JioCare Life sucks using Jio net. I use a Jio Dongle one of the worst experience I had on 2nd Nov 2020..I have recharged at 5.30pm and by 2am it says data plan exhausted and i hve not used till 2am first and 2nd any time i try to use it it's buffering.Cheater!! Company!!

    @JioCare - please fix network issues as you claim of delivering 4g speeds, but the reality is that the network speed is so bad that even myjio app is unable to function on that speed. please fix this immediately.

    @JioCare Dear Team, I took a Jio dongle 2 days back. Speed i am getting is 0.4 Mbps. I urgently need a solution if this can be improved in my area. When i call the customer care, they read the verbatim that network team is working to improve connectivity

    @reliancejio pathetic derive provided for my number 9137046975.. after making the payment twice it’s been 12 hours I’m waiting for my activation. Jio sucks and bank is much better will cancel my sim for sure and will make this a viral public issue wait and watch you jholers

    Pissed over the fact that @reliancejio doesn't allow unlocking JioFi modem. Airtel & Vi have been following global standards and allowed unlocking of their devices to use any sim card. If I have paid for a device, it belongs to me, I should be able to do whatever I want. **** Jio

    Impressed with the @reliancejio after support had a fiber cut (our building guys accidentally cut the fiber to my flat while doing some repairs) raised a complaint in the late evening. Next day afternoon Jio guys came and replaced the cut Fiber, Happy it was resolved so quickly.
