    @reliancejio Having issues with Jio Router. First,doesn't easily recharges.second,gives misleading message and makes me re charge again. Finally,doesn't work. Next day it starts and abysmally slow. Upload and download speed less than 1.

    @JioCare @reliancejio #PatheticJioCustomerCare Service works ONLY where they see MONEY. A request to surrender an existing JioFiber connection does not get handled but a request to install a new connection on changing addresses, works immediately (1/2)

    @reliancejio Being one of the leading in the country, u should shame of your @JioCare service. My fibre is down for 3 days and today technician visit and told me it will take 2/3 days to fix it. That also in metro city. A hell of after sale service.

    @JioCare your internet strength is very poor, within a distance of 20 -30 metres the wifi strength goes down to 1/2. I have been trying to solve it, I have to stay in one-room to work...
