    @reliancejio waiting for refund since 6th oct, no response, chasing the jio team. Dear Customer,refund of Rs.8846.46 has been initiated for your JioFiber connection with Order no. NO0000N3BFNH. This amount will be auto credited to the original payment mode within 7 business days

    @JioCare Really stunned from service guy of jiofiber,I called him because of the internet issue, after fixing it he says we won't be able to come and fix your connection again, so better cancel your jiofiber else no one will come service you.#JioFiber @JioFiberVoice

    @reliancejio @JioCare when I have call 2time in jio customer care service then they disconnected my call without any reason. After 3rd when I call the jio executive vikash Kumar threatened me and disconnect my.thats why i am changing my jio sim .

    @JioCare Yes, this will not solve, untill you install a tower in my building, or some wired connection from your tower. Cc is not at all responsive and evry time their recorder says we are looking faster resolution for net speed. Without speedy net, nobody is hero

    @JioCare is down 3 days a week without fail withina week of taking their fiber connection. Today same thing happened since morning. When engineer visited, I chose to accompany him to their box. Shockingly in their 16 ports box they had 19 active connections and my cable was hanging without being connected. What kinda scam these guys are running at Mira Road 401107 pin code is - They have issued more connection than the capacity, not adding or upgrading their switch/box but simply remove 3 connections from the box wait for 2 days then remove other connection when they complain plug it back and remove other 3 connections. Refer the image.

    @JioCare Instead of fixing your own shortcomings, you are busy explaining phone settings to me in DM,telling me to put the SIM in Slot 1,as if I were a child. The fact is, the SIM in Slot 2 actually performs better than your network does; this proves that both slots are fine,

    @JioCare My Jio eSIM is stuck on a locked iPhone, so I can't receive OTPs for Apple Account Recovery. Visited a Jio Store for eSIM/physical SIM replacement, but staff refused service and directed me to Jodhpur. Please investigate and help urgently. #JioCare

    @JioCare Most hopeless customer care assistance I have had so far.Really Sorry to say this but experiencing first time that too from reputed firm like JIO.God knows what’s happening backend but unable to setup one net connection since a week in proper manner really means hopeless service.

    @JioCare I am requesting a full refund of my ₹1,200. I am completely unable to reach your support team. When I try calling the Jio AirFiber customer care number, an automated system states that since I am no longer an active customer, I cannot speak with an executive.
