    @jio @reliancejio i have never seen so irrisponsible perosns sitting in the customer care.. and also m so upset wd ur services.. several times i complained against the net issue but u have nothing to do except excuses...such a shame. If u cant fix my problem say ut clearly

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is really strange that such a big company who claims to be the best ISP don't provide services in major locations on agra..I checked for two different locations and got same answer 'NO SERVICE'. I guess there is no point in keeping jio number as well.

    SR00001238ZL @reliancejio I've got a new connection yesterday (27/08/20). I've faced an issue thrice in 24 hours. Today ur team came & resolved d issue but it only lasts 2 hours. Kindly check if the devices, wires are defected or not? @JioCare Ask them 2 resolve it permanently.

    I am having BSNL landline from 30+ years, having broadband connection, tarrif is increasing but speed is very slow line which may be installs before 40/50 years, just waiting for telephone number portability, will definitely change subscriber may be to @JioCare or @airtell_india

    @JioCare @reliancejio In my area jiofiber was set up last year but its being 8-10 months today but its not activated yet..... Whenever i contact jio executive he says to me everytime that it will take 1-2 months more . I am facing problem in my studies ,so please look into this

    @JioCare I told u earlier that I'm facing net problem near my house. Coz ur network tower has no generator or battery n when electric power cuts network also goes n we couldn't use jio internet. So it's enough after one week I and near me all will port sim to another network com.

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service or no service by jio! Last year they installed new fibre connection amidst lockdown and now the connection hasn't been working for more than 24 hours. Online support isn't available. Field engineers aren't taking calls. #jio

    No internet on #JioFiber for 3 days. MyJio app and WhatsApp aren't working to raise complaints. What is the use of having customer care if you can't provide any support during an outage? Demanding an immediate resolution and REFUND for these dead days. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare 24+ hours of outage and counting. Service unavailable. Work affected. Classes missed. Extra money spent on backup internet. Will @JioCare compensate customers for Jio’s failure to provide a paid service, or are customers expected to bear the loss?

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I've generated my UPC and want to port from Jio to Airtel due to ongoing network issues. Airtel, please advise how to proceed and whether I should share the UPC via DM. Jio, repeated complaints without effective resolution have led to this decision.
