@JioCare and @netflix are fooling customers. They are acting like dacoits. I opted for Rs 399 plan @JioCare in which Netflix mobile was included than they start TV subscription themselves and started charging Rs 800 per month. I never requested for TV, Tab etc. Liars, thieves

Hello team @JioCare My fiber cable is broken and I registered a complaint and was given a slot in which engineer will fix it but the timing is passed and there is no resolution for the problem and I need my internet back as I have many meetings in the evening.

Worst network @reliancejio. No proper customer service. Whenever i stuck in a gathering it immediately slows down internet speed, also travelled more than 5 states. Better to switch this time. It really sucks.
