    @jio @reliancejio i have never seen so irrisponsible perosns sitting in the customer care.. and also m so upset wd ur services.. several times i complained against the net issue but u have nothing to do except excuses...such a shame. If u cant fix my problem say ut clearly

    I am having BSNL landline from 30+ years, having broadband connection, tarrif is increasing but speed is very slow line which may be installs before 40/50 years, just waiting for telephone number portability, will definitely change subscriber may be to @JioCare or @airtell_india

    @JioCare I told u earlier that I'm facing net problem near my house. Coz ur network tower has no generator or battery n when electric power cuts network also goes n we couldn't use jio internet. So it's enough after one week I and near me all will port sim to another network com.

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service or no service by jio! Last year they installed new fibre connection amidst lockdown and now the connection hasn't been working for more than 24 hours. Online support isn't available. Field engineers aren't taking calls. #jio

    @JioCare Using internet by many users is my problem,,increase the limits of customers. All users have their separate recharges and that's why I wish to use fast internet.

    @JioCare But how much time will you take to expand the service for just 500m. There are many jio fibre connection nearly around 500m of my area and then they are not doing connection in my area. Pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare This has been an extremely frustrating experience with the ******* customer care team. I genuinely don't understand why your customer care team assumes that every customer contacting Jio support is a Hindi speaker. India is a diverse country, and many customers are more comfortable communicating in English or other regional languages. What is even more disappointing is that instead of transferring the call to an English-speaking executive or offering an alternative, your representatives simply disconnect the call. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a company of Jio's scale. Please ensure that your customer support executives are adequately trained or that calls are routed to agents who can communicate in the customer's preferred language. Disconnecting calls because an agent is unable or unwilling to converse in English reflects very poorly on your customer service standards. I expect this issue to be addressed so that other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

    @JioCare It's been 7 days since the service request has for relocation been raised but no resolution . Not even a single call. Can't provide service. It's so frustrating to see your service and in top of that I am receiving same typical reply to my message.

    Instead of closing the account, I've now received a bill of around ₹1,800 for a service I haven't used after relocating. Kindly cancel the connection immediately, reverse these incorrect charges, and confirm the closure. @JioCare @AkashMAmbani

    @JioCare Your teams entry into the society will hence forth be stopped and we will move to other supplier and have your service stopped by our members. We have got a better tarrifs & unlimited usage with free connections & intercom facility. So it's upto you to decide and initiate action.

    @JioCare Several calls have been made, and several appointments were scheduled, but no one has visited or resolved my issue yet. It's been almost two days, and I'm extremely disappointed with the poor service. Please look into this urgently and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    @JioCare JioCare You closed my Service Request SR000039SFOB as "successfully processed," but my Jio AirFiber installation is still pending. This is an incorrect closure. Please reopen the complaint and provide the exact installation date and time.@reliancejio
