    I am having BSNL landline from 30+ years, having broadband connection, tarrif is increasing but speed is very slow line which may be installs before 40/50 years, just waiting for telephone number portability, will definitely change subscriber may be to @JioCare or @airtell_india

    @JioCare Using internet by many users is my problem,,increase the limits of customers. All users have their separate recharges and that's why I wish to use fast internet.

    Switching to @reliancejio was my mistake. I thought @reliancejio has better network and internet speed but @reliancejio is worst than the Vodafone.

    @JioCare has not only reduced the cost of service but also the quality of service!! It’s actually poor experience at a cheaper price..

    @JioCare @reliancejio In my area jiofiber was set up last year but its being 8-10 months today but its not activated yet..... Whenever i contact jio executive he says to me everytime that it will take 1-2 months more . I am facing problem in my studies ,so please look into this

    @reliancejio I have ordered jio fiber (order no.- NO0000F2Q5M7) but when it came to installation the service engineer visited and said you can't get connection here the fiber is not inserted in your home row. What should i do. When i will be able to use.

    SR00001238ZL @reliancejio I've got a new connection yesterday (27/08/20). I've faced an issue thrice in 24 hours. Today ur team came & resolved d issue but it only lasts 2 hours. Kindly check if the devices, wires are defected or not? @JioCare Ask them 2 resolve it permanently.

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is really strange that such a big company who claims to be the best ISP don't provide services in major locations on agra..I checked for two different locations and got same answer 'NO SERVICE'. I guess there is no point in keeping jio number as well.

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service or no service by jio! Last year they installed new fibre connection amidst lockdown and now the connection hasn't been working for more than 24 hours. Online support isn't available. Field engineers aren't taking calls. #jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare have one of the poorest network. No way to complaint. Their Artificial Intelligence will make you go round and round.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer service is full of fake promises. I am unable to use the internet for past 10 days. The customer service team said that the issue is from your side and closing the SR without resolution. I wish i would have bought jio fiber.@reliancejio @JioCare .

    @JioCare @doctorhitesh Its waste of time for you. Jio network has become worst now a days. Better we switch to others. I also fed up with jio. Raised many complaints on network issues. But no action has been taken till now. #JioWorstService
