    @reliancejio Dear Jio stop making fool to us , after using of 50% of daily data seems I'm using 2G SIM while I still have 50% regular data , Even I could not open Facebook feeds . Really disgusting service now days

    @reliancejio I recharge my continuous jio fibre plan with next 1 year fir silver plan on 5th sep but I can’t see tv as per customer care plan have been changed but money is valuable and they can not refund back or can not adjust the amount with next available plan. Its ridiculous

    @JioCare @reliancejio team, in this month got 400 GB, during recharge it says benefit up to 600 GB in jiofi silver plan? ID-1203533508 ,also speed issue is a mejor concern still I have. Today again recharged for 101 to get 20 more GB but while checked I shoud get 200 GB more?

    @JioCare @JioCare, you guys have blocked my no to contact JioCare. All my family members are Jio Customers and if this is not resolved soon then I am porting all numbers to @Airtel_Presence. Instead of resolving issue you are blocking the no to avoid communication. Worst Customer Service!

    @JioCare A problem occurred more than 50 hrs before couldn’t be resolved in sector 41, Noida. No engineer visit so far. Such a highly incompetent JioFibre team@ Noida. This is the perennial problem with JioFibre & Jio network. Horrible to believe.
