Hey @JioCare what a bad network connectivity here in shahberi greater Noida west GB Nagar Uttar Pradesh. You can't make even a singular proper call. No jio fiber. You are unable to reach.

@JioCare - I raised SR00001A6969 on 30th March for my Jio fiber issue. It's more than 3 days and nobody has contacted me. When I chat with your CC team, they apologize and say that my issue will be resolved next day. This is the most pathetic customer care service I have seen!!

@JioCare One more day gone(total 6 days) and nobody contacted me as expected. As usual got 2 emails, first for 3PM and then for 8PM visit and then nothing happened. Can you please cancel my connection? Nothing is going to change my decision now.

@JioCare internet not working since the past 4 days. Everytime I call customer care, a new person picks up the call and gives assurance for resolution within 24 hours. SRs getting closed marking resolved without a solution, despite requesting escalation. This is last resort!
