Explained everything to executives, then they put my call on hold and never came back,then after 15 min,call got disconnected. I spent 1 hour today in calls and got no response.

I have been complained many times about the poor reception since long. The only reply I get is- sir you stay in high rise building area, we cannot stop anything!
