    Hey @JioCare what a bad network connectivity here in shahberi greater Noida west GB Nagar Uttar Pradesh. You can't make even a singular proper call. No jio fiber. You are unable to reach.

    @JioCare if you don't know how to behave a customer then don't come to telecom industry. @TRAI please check whether jio is providing the service or not. Otherwise cancel jio contact in telecom sector. I am facing same issue in between 4 year's of period.

    @Airtel_Presence please provide me with some customized black plans. I already have 799 ₹/- broadband . I want to port 3 @reliancejio postpaid numbers to Airtel. I am tired and frustrated with @JioCare services and network.

    @JioCare I am really frustrated with your network. Earlier I was with jio and faced the same issue then ported out to @airtelindia and after 3 months I thought your network was improved and ported back to @reliancejio but this time it is the worst now. I may go back to Airtel

    @JioCare One more day gone(total 6 days) and nobody contacted me as expected. As usual got 2 emails, first for 3PM and then for 8PM visit and then nothing happened. Can you please cancel my connection? Nothing is going to change my decision now.

    @TheLallantop @JioCare #Jio network has always been worse in our office area near Parcel office, Ajmeri gate side, New Delhi Railway station. Have to use WiFi calling facility otherwise its not acceptable at all.

    @JioCare I called twice on Jio customer care today for incorrect bills being generated for Jio fiber. Explained everything to executives, then they put my call on hold and never came back,then after 15 min,call got disconnected. I spent 1 hour today in calls and got no response.

    @JioCare No its not because of any technical reasons. Received the call from engineer and he asked me to call customer care and get someone else assigned for this job saying that he doesn't do relocation work. @jagograhakjago this is ridiculous. I've already paid the bill until 10th May.

    @JioCare @sanjeev91686640 My Jio SIM got deactivated. I'm in Maharashtra, but Jio says I must go to Delhi, where I got the SIM, to fix it. Spending ₹5000+ just to reactivate a SIM is ridiculous. Why can't any Jio store handle this?

    @JioCare @reliancejio absolute worst service. My wifi has been slow since 26th may. I've called customer care almost 4 times now. They tell me to do the same procedure every time and the complaint status shows that it has been resolved. F**k this **** man.

    @JioCare Ur team keeps asking for more details while the issue remains unresolved. Network is poor for over a week. If Jio cannot provide reliable service and a clear timeline for resolution,I will have no option but to port all my connections to Airtel,which is already providing stable5g
