    @reliancejio @JioCare I am trying to connect with customer care and it seems they don’t have network access to check my bills. since last 2 months they are exaggerated my bills by adding some or other tariffs. Pathetic network and pathetic customer services #poorcustomerservice

    @AJIOLife @reliancejio I had ordered a pair of trousers from AJIO. I got the parcel on 1st November and I wanted to place a return for it on the 14th November. However, due to some glitch on the app I wasn’t able to and I called customer care team immediately. (1/1)

    @JioCare Hey Team , with ur latest 5g update in Mumbai...call is not connecting ...and if it's connected it is getting disconnected within 1 minutes every time and internet is also working slow now...pls fix other... please fix this ASAP.. otherwise will port this jio sim
