    @JioCare Also if your bottom system doesn't work in customer intrest you can't blindly really them. I am proposal engineer and working from home, from last couple of days not able to work properly, lost/delayed some bids, that impacted my company reputation and my performance.

    @reliancejio ur services hv really dropped, unable to use d internet as speed is pathetic since long. Same goes with the calling. Neither @Airtel_Presence is able to provide the even manageable service, thinking of switching both my number to @ViCustomerCare

    Also the query was raised 2+ months back still no resolution and the social media @reliancejio is ignoring which is highly not acceptable, only the final action plan left out from my side is to log a physical case upon JIO, and also bill has generated already with the time frame
