Explained everything to executives, then they put my call on hold and never came back,then after 15 min,call got disconnected. I spent 1 hour today in calls and got no response.

When I chat with your CC team, they apologize and say that my issue will be resolved next day. This is the most pathetic customer care service I have seen!!

Install the Live TV app. Go to Jio store again and look out for LiveTV+. There will be an option to update the App. Update the App and you will get the OTP
