@JioCare if you don't know how to behave a customer then don't come to telecom industry. @TRAI please check whether jio is providing the service or not. Otherwise cancel jio contact in telecom sector. I am facing same issue in between 4 year's of period.

Thanks to @reliancejio for really shitting on the quality of customer support provided by Indian telcos. Cash-strapped telcos are relying on outsourcing their cc to ill-trained employees who cannot help, cannot understand, cannot escalate your request.
