    @TheLallantop @JioCare #Jio network has always been worse in our office area near Parcel office, Ajmeri gate side, New Delhi Railway station. Have to use WiFi calling facility otherwise its not acceptable at all.

    @JioCare I'm not getting it. How tough it is for an engineer to visit my place?If your resolution time is 24 hrs, what 'concerned team' is working on for last 4 days. I'm WFH and can't afford this much delay in resolution.I'm sorry, I can't continue with Jio. Plz do the needful.

    We r facing call drop and zero internet connectivity problem,last 5 days in our area currently we are feeling like we r in forest not in Noida. I've registered complaint on jio helpline But there's NO response from jio team so disappointing. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Reliance Jio has provided extremely poor service. Their employee took payment but failed to deliver the promised installation, and no refund has been issued. This is unacceptable. I urge others to be cautious before making any payments until services are fully delivered.

    @JioCare Your service is useless. You’ve taken my money but kept the service suspended. No proactive communication from your end at all. I’m the one constantly chasing updates. I’ve called 4 times today, every single time I’m given a different waiting period. Absolute harassment! 😡
