    @JioCare @reliancejio @Idea @VodafoneIN @airtelindia There is no any improvement in jio network.A lot of customers leaving jio in my locality. Please friends suggest me some better network in our locality.

    Worst kind of #internet connection and ridiculously bad service by #Jio Fibre. Customer Care team keeps closing the case without fixing the internet. This has happened 3 times in 2 days now. Apparently there is no system to escalate the complaint. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio very disappointed with your jio Fiber service . My jio fiber speed is not consistently high enough to watch buffer free video on OTT . When contacted customer care they raise complaint which automatically get "resolved status" without any solution.

    @aditiraval @airtelindia Jio has really a good network coverage. We all must port to Jio. And we all should not forget that Airtel, Vodafone & other companies charged us 250rs per month for just 1 GB data. Because of Jio we got very cheap and good internet connection. Thank you @reliancejio

    When again called @reliancejio Fiber customer care and called about this issue , he asked to restart the router I informed that I already did that , than he said OK and disconnected the call . How rude and unprofessional behavior.

    @reliancejio i have raised request for my internet restoration in my area which was damaged by snow. It has been 10 days since i have raised the request. I have called the customer care many times but there was no positive response. I even contacted @JioCare but no positive

    @JioCare is the worst customer care service of all time. No matter if you are having an issue from ancient time, you will still have the issue. Don't believe me! I can give proof @reliancejio please do better

    @JioCare Your service is also not so good . I have Jiofibre at my office . Weak signal outside the room where my Modem is ? Higher plans don't work . I had bad experience when i chose 150 MBPS plan but got only 10 to 15 MBPS speed last year
