    @JioCare Suggestion- you have week infrastructure comparison to number of customer. Think about how to provide good telecom service.

    Decided to go with Jio Fiber, completed KYC, and was promised installation “by yesterday.” It’s been 2 days now—no update, and the guy isn’t even picking up calls. Really not the kind of service I expected, @JioCare. Not good at all. @FibreJio @reliancejio

    @Jiocare, I am facing issues with your fiber and when I tried to raise it with you, it showed troubleshoot only. Later, twice, I requested for call back, didn't receive When I contacted you people over toll free number, I was told that the issue is registered. But no confirmation

    @JioCare I think you didn't follow the messages before this. I have already mentioned I don't need the sim and don't want jio service. U had failed to deliver it in 48 hours. And after 7 days deliver sim without calling.

    (Worst service) We have been facing Jio Wi-Fi issues at home for the last two days. After one call, the Jio serviceman stopped picking up my calls. I then registered a complaint via chat. SR00002KG2PY and this complaint is unresolved.@JioCare @reliancejio
