    @JioCare i cannot make calls or receive calls on my jio sim number as wel as i face lot of internet surfing isssues too. @reliancejio customer care chatbot doesnt understand my issue.

    @JioCare I don’t think you guy are doing anything to fix this issue because there has been multiple complaint continuously in past 1 year for the same issue but there is no resolution till now. Hoping you guys will do something at the earliest.
