@JioCare No solution by JIOFIBER. No technical expert visit till now. They have sent an auto generated mail which solve nothing, as already tried but these options are completely useless. I again request to send technical support asap. Since 2 days. The umbrella has no light blinking.

@reliancejio Attention to People out there ! Jiofibre is a scam. You should pay more money but not fall for this scam. They will loot you, will ghost you, will not provide any service and will not refund money for months. @JioCare fraud

@reliancejio is such a disappointment. It takes them 3 days to send an engineer and on the 3rd day engineer doesn’t show up and there’s no communication from @JioCare. They force you to download the app to track service request, which doesn’t show up on the app. ******* useless

@reliancejio I had booked a new JioFiber connection on 9th March with booking number NO0001C5AAXK. On 14th march Jio cancelled my booking due to unavailability of service at my location. Till time there is no refund and no update @JioCare pathetic service. Dont go for jio Its a scam.
