    @reliancejio @JioCare - your services are worse than BSNL. For last 2 months no one has come to my residence to collect the router! My refund is stuck because of this! I demand immediate resolution!

    @reliancejio got jio fibre connection yesterday and I'm regreting it today. There is no customer care no one anwerable to customer prblm. Internet is not working since last night, restarting won't help. Literally pissed by the service, I hv a job.

    @reliancejio order dt 3 may no. 16515901710248157A not delivered so far, delivery date keeps changing, ur whatsapp number has no option for such complaints & no chat window available, you make money from customer but don't provided right place to lodge complaint, hopeless company

    @JioCare Urvi here is the EXACT SAME RESPONSE FROM@JIO This is to inform you that your Service Request no. SR00001AT1NN that you raised related to connectivity has been closed. We have checked the network strength in your area and have found it to be optimal. PERHAPS YOU JUST DONT CARE
