    @JioCare Suggestion- you have week infrastructure comparison to number of customer. Think about how to provide good telecom service.

    Today, when I contacted support again, the agent (Suma) disconnected my call without providing any resolution and redirected me to feedback instead of assisting. Additionally, the local engineer’s behavior has been extremely unprofessional and rude. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCinema How many "engineers" does it take to fix one fiber connection? I’ve lost count of the visits, yet my internet still disconnects every few minutes. Your technical team is clearly out of their depth. Fix the service or I'm gone. #JioFiberDown #BadService

    Very poor experience with JioFiber service. I raised a relocation request 17 April, but no one contacted me for installation. After repeated follow-ups, a service request (SR000034H5OV) was created.This SR has now been CLOSED without any resolution or installation @reliancejio

    Closing requests without resolving customer issues is completely unacceptable. Requesting immediate escalation and resolution of my relocation request. @JioCare please look into this urgently. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Technician visited and says the wire is broken. I lost the connectivity after a power glitch there is no way the wire is broken. The technician is incompetent and does not know how to fix so he is making excuses and now buying time.

    @JioCare AirFiber down since April 15. No Wi-Fi broadcast. Multiple complaints raised. Missed technician visit + no proper support on calls. Completely blocked for work. Fix this immediately or provide resolution timeline today. @JioCare @reliancejio
