    @JioCare @reliancejio - This is very unfortunate to say that your customer service team’s apprehension is very weak. I have been requesting clarification on my payment to fibre but again and again I see standard notes to visit myjio app. Please check direct messages and respond.

    @JioCare our jio setup box audio not working .I have contacted the customer service and they said they can't send technician as we have basic jio fiber subscription. Is this a way to treat customer !!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat I have been facing network issues since I switched to Jio, but there is no expert engineer or team to solve them. I hope someone takes this seriously and resolves the issues. The automated robot chat says everything is fine, but it isn't. #jio
