@JioCare Now-a-days jio has removed call to to customer care no. They only let listen offers while calling 198 or 1991 . Never give you option for talking to customer care. @reliancejio

@JioCare Just got a call from a technician asking me to take a new connection as the existing one will keep getting "cut" due to construction 2 buildings away. I suspect some fraudulent activity that @JioCare may not have approved. Have refused and asked for the service to be fixed ASAP.

@airtelindia @JioCare Airtel... have DMed the details as requested. When do I see a satisfactory resolution - which at the very least is a refund of the talktime Airtel unfairly consumed. I refuse to recharge until this is done. Next stop, porting all our Airtel numbers out.
