    @JioCare @reliancejio @Idea @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate How poor jio network. It's too much slow. My whole locality is annoying from this network.please friends suggest me any better network in my locality.

    @JioCare Suggestion- you have week infrastructure comparison to number of customer. Think about how to provide good telecom service.

    @JioCare Technician visited my location twice, they know how bad the scenario is here, since many months I have been complaining. Still, not taking any appropriate action or they might not have knowledge how to resolve this issue or they might not like to provide proper service.

    @JioCare Refund for my cancelled AirFiber order (08.04.2026) is still pending even after multiple follow-ups via email and tweet (Apr 22). No proper response yet. This is poor service. Kindly process refund immediately. Registered Mobile Number: +91 97510 16226 worst ever service

    Serious data security concern with Jio. OTP was taken during field visit. After that, unknown device (A059) login appeared on my Google account. No proper response despite multiple follow-ups. @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @JioCare Hello Sir, I have been complaining about 5G network for the last 18 months but till now I have not received proper feedback nor am I getting any network. There is a 5G network just 3 kilometers away from where I live.

    @JioCare Engineers have already visited multiple times fyi. But they are unable to find one proper fix. They keep saying that the internet is working after some random fixes but it is back to normal after sometime. They are only putting focus on closing tickets

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don't know why your net speed is so slow since 4 days , is 5g really working or you guys are simply providing 4g in the name of 5g ,I am not able to use 2gb data ,what about my left data . Will you provide me later ?

    @JioCare Hi Tanya, soon doesn't define a timeline. There are TATs that need to be maintained. With such generic language it doesn't give confidence to the customers. Define a resolution timeline and stick to it rather than moving the appointments ahead everytime.
