When I call your customer support they insist for new connection. they issue new connection within few hours.

Got a call from +918400794767 informing me of backend problem. After 10 minutes, I got msg that my problem is resolved. I contacted that number but he is evasive. Fed up of Jio.

Today is 20 July and not a single person has even come to collect the set-top box, despite charging me ₹1,200 upfront. What’s worse is your customer support is practically inaccessible. Your toll-free number traps customers in endless IVR loops with no option to speak to a human, and chat support is nothing more than canned responses with no accountability. You’ve taken my money but failed to deliver the service. This is unacceptable. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I’ll have no option but to escalate the matter with consumer authorities and share my experience publicly. Resolve this today. #JioFiber #JioCare #CustomerService
