    @reliancejio Not received jio 5 g welcome offer yet. i have already 5g device still it’s showing device is not compatible in my jio app. Connected with customer care not responding properly, at least register some request no , worst experience with jio.

    @JioCare I don't understand what complexity is going on except ignoring customer 's grievances recharged my jio fiber by your app,payment was successful, your customer support officials are saying payment received but pending,took 48 hours to resolve ,still pending till now 10.45am

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Reliance Team, I have a JioFiber STB since a few years now. But I still don't see Netflix on the STB nor do I see Netflix on the JioStore on the Set Top Box; And installation via browser also doesn't work for the Netflix TV App. Can you guys help?

    @DoT_India Sir, I humble request you to please take necessary actions upon these network providers. We have a Hospital and after 24-48 hours issues didn't get resolved. They @JioCare @reliancejio are very irresponsible 🙏🙏

    @reliancejio @PMOIndia If u have launched 5g whithout prepration and customers are suffering from the bad service so why should we pay for ur upgradation work and bad service we need compuction for this bad service call are not routed data service is worst

    @reliancejio I Have a connection of jio fiber no- +91-5223581566, but when I change my location , I request to change location bit nothing happen. When I call your customer support they insist for new connection. they issue new connection within few hours.

    @JioCare It seems the rectifying the fault is not in the capability of JIO fiber inefficient team that's why even after lapse of one week Great engineers are not able to put right the connection. Only false promises,worst experience

    @JioCare Jio is very slow.. on 6th June we ported to Jio and till date the details of delivery of SIM is not received Spoke to @JioCare twice today.. if this is the case how to rely on JIO..act smartly- there are so many services provider and if you are not compatible the what’s the use?
