    @JioCare I am facing failed connectivity issue. App is not working, IVRS says there is some technical glitch in the area and gets disconnected. Neighborhood says no such issue. My no. is 7355774375. Local Jio staff either not approachable or of no help. How is such decline?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have not seen such poor service of jio till date, so much care is being taken in setting up a conection in this areaThere is a manager (Sajid) even after talking to him, no answer was rcvd,he does not even pick up the phon what is the benefit of such srvc

    @JioCare I don't understand what complexity is going on except ignoring customer 's grievances recharged my jio fiber by your app,payment was successful, your customer support officials are saying payment received but pending,took 48 hours to resolve ,still pending till now 10.45am

    @JioCare And please don't drop the message please try to clear the issue within this month because then I will think to port the sim if you will not able to clear the issue ..Very much frustrated with the jio care and jio sim too no proper customer support or any clear clarification

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, this isn't app-specific. The issue affects all apps and websites, including YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Chrome, Speedtest, and general web browsing. The problem is poor network quality in my area, not any particular application.

    @JioCare My JioFiber complaint (SR00003AD2NP) was raised on 6 July. I called customer care yesterday and was told an engineer would visit, but no engineer has been assigned yet and no appointment has been confirmed. It's been 3 days without internet. Pls resolve this urgently
