    @JioCare recharged now @JioCare . I dare, challenge you to resolve the internet connectivity issue in 84 days, I'll stay connected with Jio otherwise my colony and my mohalla is fed up from you false promises and fake assurances. We,about 100+ customers will be portng out of @reliancejio

    @JioCare I don't understand what kind of network you are providing, experiencing downloading speeds of 0.5kbps and even after call is connected to executive,he cuts after receiving it. I'm porting soon if it doesn't get resolved.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your recharge plan shows its includes subscription of OTT apps I always recharge 15 days prior to my validity since 2 years. Why my OTT subscription for Amazon not renewed I recharged in prior...what is the issue? Kindly investigate and Let me know?

    @JioCare Data services are not working in our area, there are three phones with jio sim in our house alone. There is no speed since yesterday also you don't give any "add on" service. Resolve this problem ASAP.

    @JioCare any service available for jio fiber customers? I am not getting resolution since 2 days Direct messaged details to @JioCare contacted help desk they placed me on hold for 1 hour and disconnected call...let me know your jio office address details in Hyderabad I will visit

    @JioCare I have a jio phone and my plan has expired. Jio told that without recharge I will have 10 minutes per day call in my jio phone. But I can't call anyone. So why jio told that without recharging I will get 10 minutes per day calling. Don't give fake promise to the customer.

    Pathetic service by Jiofiber. More than 20 days since uninstallation request raised, still device up didn't happen as their engineer never show up on scheduled date and security deposit refund still not initiated. #JioFiber @JioCare

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Upgrading plan uninformed just by sending an SMS. I do not need an upgrade to higher amount plans just for 5-7 calls per day & less than 1G data/internet. I will not pay because it's not worth. Moving to @reliancejio help me with PORT, KYC is ready
