  @JioCare @reliancejio I bought an international roaming to USA paying you 2500/-. My number could not be connected to any network, no data used, hrs spend chatting with your support. Onhotel wifi VOWifi call was there and you say it is IR usage? No refund given, PURE cheating.

  @JioCare facing data/slow internet issue since 18.07. 26, Saturday, at my location. Complaining daily via Jio app & get a call. Getting timeline for resolution in hours daily but the problem is not getting resolved. It's irritating now it has been 6 days. Do you hear us?

  @airtelindia Your network is not working since today morning in Vapi city and surrounding areas, even @ViCustomerCare network off but they resume it, while it's only @JioCare who gives uninterrupted services during this extremely heavy rainfall. Shame on you #Airtel

  @JioCare @reliancejio Jio's 5G network is absolutely terrible; there is no response from the company even after lodging a complaint. If anyone is thinking of getting a Jio 5G SIM, I would advise against it—their network quality is very poor.

  @reliancejio @JioCare your service is too bad at Sharjapura. Azimpremji University, Benglore. From last 15 days I am facing network issue. LTE+ is what I am getting instead of 5G. All students came from all states and seniors told us to port sims in others.

  Very poor service provided by air fibre team. Jio air fibre connection was installed 6 days ago and since then I'm facing speed issue. I took 100 mbps plan while the speed is showing 1 mb. I'm calling to support since 5 days but no one is giving solution. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare Hello dear, Please treat this as my request for surrender of Jio Fiber services due to extremely pathetic response to fault SR no. SR00003ALLDF dated 08.07.26 which has not been resolved yet Kindly refund the recharge amount of the period of services not availed by me immediately
