    @JioCare @JioCare I first requested termination of my JioAirFiber connection on 13 July, but no action was taken. I raised the request again today under SR00003BH0CR and explained the complete reason during the call at around 10:20 AM. Despite this, I am receiving repeated calls from 022-31019087, asking the same questions again and again. These unnecessary retention calls are causing harassment and distress. Please stop these calls immediately, complete the termination within the promised timeline, and provide written confirmation. Any further unnecessary calls will lead to a formal complaint with the DoT, TRAI and National Consumer Helpline.

    @JioCare Why are customer service requests being canceled without checking and resolving the issue? On what basis do the service engineers conclude issue doesn't even need to be looked at? It's repetitive disruption for last 3 months.

    @JioCare @TRAI Third day without internet. Still no fix has been done. Please don't take people money for granted. The engineer schedule is fixed at today 9.30PM. what kind of service is this. #JioAirFiber #JioAirFiberSucks

    @JioCare Jio network around my office area is so terrible that I can't even make or receive calls. Call drops, no calls and mute calls is what happens every time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio the engineer visited for a fault..found the fault and kept the status of my issue on hold.and inadvertently some one from customer care asking me to reschedule it..what's going on @UfterYou
