  @reliancejio If remote troubleshooting fails repeatedly for Jio STB , why is a technician visit being denied? I spent nearly 30 mins trying everything your executive suggested, with no solution. Do customers have to keep waiting, or is switching providers the only solution?

  @jiocare is the worst customer care of all services. They don't even have a system in their app to raise complaint. My JioFiber is again not working from morning and there is no way I can complain to them.There app is full of AI bots which are incapable like them. Avoid JioFiber.

  @JioCare @reliancejio What a scam you guys are , your executives took entire yr's 12,000 rs for AIR FIBRE recharges claiming 100 mbps speed while we are barely struggling for 1mbs , now they say users are more than capacity so we cant help,you should never do such big recharges

  @JioCare I can't find a reschedule option, and no service engineer has been assigned yet. Could you please check and assign someone? A service engineer was assigned last Friday, but the assignment was removed this morning.
