  @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been down since 1st July. SR: SR000039YFDX. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution, no engineer visit, and no update. I've tried calls, email, WhatsApp, MyJio chat, and even visited the local distributor. (1/2)

  @reliancejio There is constant network issue and voice brake in phone call at my location. Complaint also lodged but no solution. Firstly, it is almost impossible to call to customer care due to complex IVR menu and after call pick by them, no response by them and no solution.

  @JioCare Please tell me to whom I should approach for a connection of JioFiber. Denying a service for not providing Aadhar is not correct. It's against Apex Court judgement. I will be filing a complaint to TRAI and DoT.
