    Hello @JioCare, I’m facing a persistent network signal issue at my location. The signal strength is very poor, causing frequent call drops, slow internet speeds, and difficulty using mobile data. Kindly look into this issue and help resolve it as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Worst service by @reliancejio, @jiocare...its been 10 days my internet stopped working.3 times service request created. With out resolving the issues closing the tickets. Local internet providers are far better than jio..openly looting money without providing service.

    @JioCare @JioCare Your reply avoids the real issue. I didn't pay ₹3599 for a True 5G plan just to be told to use 4G. If your coverage claim is accurate, prove it by fixing the network in my area. Customers deserve service, not automated replies.

    @JioCare All fee credited for jiofibre but no on response for for my jiofre reallocation request since last 20 days Detail - Ravi Shankar Gawari Old jio fbre connection - 02079607659. Kindly resolve my issue. I don't understand how jiofibre handle customer grievances carelessly

    @JioCare Thanks for the response. But can you please confirm why the issue is not resolved for such a long time. I also had a similar bad experience in refund of the failed payment as well during installation. For which I had to follow up with customer support for almost a month.

    @JioCare You discontinued my service request under falls pretend. Your representative told me on call that engeneer visited yesterday and couldn't get access to terrace. Engeneer visit was scheduled for today between 2pm to 3pm. How he came yesterday?

    @JioCare It’s been over a year. The signal is still terrible, and the internet barely works.If I won’t recharge, your team call straight and remind me to recharge every time. At this point, I’m seriously considering switching to Airtel.

    SR00003B6KJP raised on 14th July for service disruption of internet service. Service engineer was supposed to be sent on 15th Jul at 2 PM. No one turned up and subsequently it has been rescheduled to 17th Jul. @JioCare
