    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio network and internet stop working whenever electricity is cut. If you have generator backup at your towers, why does the service still go down? This issue affects customers who pay for your service. Please fix this problem urgently. Or refund amount

    Pathetic customer service by @reliancejio, my JioFiber is showing issues with WiFi, I have been calling them since morning but no resolution yet. After a lot of discussion a service request was created for on-site visit, but it’s closed without anyone paying a visit. Frustrating!

    @JioCare complaint regarding repeated calls from Jio executive. The way some callers speak is often rude and unprofessional. Customers are aware of their recharge requirements and will recharge when needed. Kindly train your staff in basic customer service etiquette, respectful
