    @JioCare Thanks for raising the complaint. However, the issue has been troubling consumers here for months. Every day of poor network means paid service is lost, yet the validity of our recharge is never extended. I hope this is resolved promptly, otherwise I will have to raise the matter

    @JioCare 3/3 This is completely unacceptable. If you're charging the full subscription amount, why should customers pay for a week of no service? Deduct the charges for the downtime, take strict action to fix the network issue, and restore proper connectivity immediately.

    @JioCare . My Wi-Fi speed has been like 17 MBPS for the past 2 weeks and keeps getting worse. Your app says everything is alright and doesn't raise a service request or engineering visit. When I finally get in touch with someone, you raise a service request and it says resolved

    @JioCare But it's not getting adjusted to the monthly bill. I have tried to raise a complaint through the app and call but they just disconnected saying that there is payment pending. I've written an email stating the same. I was not getting the internet even when my account has advance

    @JioCare Despite contacting customer care multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. I request you to urgently activate my monthly plan with 1000 GB data, restore any wrongly deducted data, or refund the full ₹1,060 if the plan cannot be activated.

    @JioCare I am still waiting for my refund. I know Jio is now becoming a FRAUD organization just because of Ground Level Management. There is no resolution done till now. #JioFraud

    @JioCare Hi Sweety, yes, the issue is at the same location mentioned earlier. It's the same problem as before poor to no network coverage, frequent signal drops & unreliable connectivity. Despite raising this issue multiple times,it still remains unresolved. I've shared the details via DM
