    @abhish18 @JioCare Hi Abhishek! how much total time taken to get your problem resolved. For me thay take 24hrs and its not feasible for me to wait 24hrs with no net.

    From past 3 months I m trying for jio fiber I visit every 15 days jio office but they are not providing me jio fiber connection @reliancejio it worst office there nobody gives reply also if this is going to happen then I m getting connection of @airtelindia

    @ArhanKh90466837 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @JioCare Surrendering my Jio fibre connection .. second time connection gone bad in a week and customer support gives time of 24hrs. PATHETIC service. Work from home not possible with Jio FIbre.

    Porting my #Airtel number to @reliancejio without any delay. Are any customer service agents left with @Airtel_Presence ? Calling on 121 since ages. It says, Press 1 for internet not working. However, even on pressing 1, it doesn't connect. The IVRS proceeds to 2,3,4 and so on
