    @JioCare escalate the issue regarding new connection, for which the payment was successfully made against NO0001CXXT2G Despite the payment being completed, 4 days have already passed, and the installation not yet . Assigned technician not responding it significant inconvenience

    @reliancejio @JioCare Reliance Jio Broadband Service in several areas of Mumbai is the definition of monopolistic hostage-taking. Apartments locked in, no alternatives, zero accountability. Poor service? Tough luck. Can't switch? This is what monopoly looks like — pay us, but don't expect anything in return.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I have not get any resoulution yet. Delay day no. 06. No information on delivery so far even after multiple followups. Your Service request no. SR000033R2VX deadline also expired. This is frustrating.

    Thanks for the awful support @JioCare .. been a customer for a long time paying bills on prompt time.. but the service and support was never helpful and never got a solution at the earliest.. and it's been 3 days since the outage! Thanks.. adieu

    @JioCare My complaint is that the red light on my router starts blinking right after 4 pm. I have been having problems since I installed the ubr device on the 7th April.

    it's very shameful for the Jio team, very cheap and poor quality network services. We have been facing since a long time but no one can resolve the issue 😔😔. JioFiber and the Jio network both failed. @JioCare @JM_Scindia @ChitrakootDm

    I even visited the Jio store in Karad, but instead of helping, they suggested installing Airtel. I prefer Jio and trust the service. @JioCare @reliancejio
