Alphin (@alphin_thomas) reported@JioCare 3rd request - going the same path of the previous 2 tickets. Dropped an email & even spoke to @JioCare to cancel my connection for good. Engineer assigned within 30 minutes amd connection restored in 2 hrs from my call. So, next time go straight to cancel connection. Job done!

We expect this to get resolved by 10-07-2026 04:56 PM. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. Reaper (@GojoAmbivert) reported@JioCare Paid for Unlimited 5G but getting only ~1 Mbps download speed from 10 days despite full 5G signal. Issue affects 4-5 Jio numbers. Helpline (199/1800-889-9999) IVR is also not working. Need immediate resolution or I'll escalate through consumer forums and legal channels.

That's exactly what we're paying you for, so thank you for confirming that you haven't been able to provide it until now. Even today, there are frequent call drops and internet disruptions inside our apartment building. Your engineers themselves have told us that we need to move near the windows or the sit-out area every time we want a stable signal. Is this the quality of service you are congratulating yourselves for? Same with @JioCare and @BSNL_TN But atleast, you, Airtel people are sending this message!
