    @JioCare Can pls assure time limit and permanent soln for tis issue. Frequent disconnection is because of non availability of slots due to incrse in new connection. As soon as ur installation team gets new order, as they have to meet targets. They disconnect existing connection like mine

    @JioCare It seems nobody is bothered for relocation of jio fibre at Reliance Every person in jio wants to open up a new connection for sake of their targets. Well ok! But have some basic sense of customer care. Relocation of jio fibre is genuine customer requirement.

    @JioCare i opted for a connection in mohali with order reference no NO0000L3DTOF, with a promise to install it within a day but they guy who signed is not responding showing 12 th April as appointment for installation but i require it asap pls help
