    It's been 5 days since a request for changing power adaptor for Air Fiber was raised. No resolution, no updates, just false assurance that it will be resolved soon. Horrible experience. @JioCare

    @JioCare Absolutely pathetic service! My JioFiber (Order: NO0001EVS71C) was activated without installation and without sharing the completion OTP..Refund my ₹2,221.46 immediately or I'll escalate this to and the Consumer Commission. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights @_MukeshAmbani
