    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio what is the procedure to cancel the Jio Air fiber order that hasn't been fulfilled? Worst ever service.. It's already been four days since the call was scheduled and the payment has been made. First give us a direct number to speak with humans.

    @JioCare No i want to cancel it right now. They are not responding to my call. One gay is came to my place is doing the registration and is not responding to my calls.

    @JioCare This response was expected any way as your customer care says the same. But once I recharge the internet will not work for sure because I have been in this trap 3 times. Once you pay money nothing works. Just close the connection. Humble request 🙏
