After their such irresponsible behavior i mail them regarding my problem but this time they gave another excuse of having problem in my handset even without checking my device they came up with such poor excuse. All i want to say that @JioCare doesn't care their customers.. (2/3)

@reliancejio I am using postpaid, prepaid and jio wifi connect at my location But connectivity is so slow that I am not able to use emails I contacted to customer care but they said huge number of customers using internet so problem occur and wait for some days Plz resolve same
