@JioCare Team, is the issue fixed? I had received call in morning from a mobile number +917384330588 to trace the issue by doing different activities on phone which I denied coz was unable to establish identity of the caller. @DoT_India @NareshS90445876

@JioCare,I had requested to cancel my jio fiber connection on 7th of feb and got device pick up date on 14th of feb but no engineer has shown up yet.I have literally called 10-15 times for a new appointment but the date is being postponed again and again .
