    In my city Beniganj, the network disappears every day, even at this time the network is not working, if this happens then we will be forced to leave the service of Jio. @JioCare

    it's been over 20 days, neither I got my money 1200 rs for relocation back nor any resolution .And while we call customer support daily to provide resolutions, they keep saying you will get the refund amount 4 days , 1 days , till this date, @reliancejio

    @JioCare +91-3331921609 Very poor connection during watching match or webseries.. from the day 1. intially it was prepaid connection but by misinterpreted I have been forced to take post paid and this problem starts.. even few apps r not working (as before jio plan)

    @JioCare What exactly is the problem here? You couldn’t provide the service, couldn’t cancel it, and now you can’t even process a refund? This is basic stuff. Stop giving excuses and just refund the amount. Honestly, your competitors handle this far better.

    @JioCare @Maharashtra1690 15 din se Jio Fiber complaint pending hai. Roz schedule hota hai aur delay ho jata hai. Itni poor service expected nahi thi. Please issue resolve karo ASAP. #JioFiber #PoorService

    @reliancejio @JioCare my no. got deactivated I want to reclaim that no. as it's my old no. Plz help me with the process. Also if a no. is deactivated it should not be issued to anyone for atleast 90 days so that orignal owner can reclaim it as their no.'s are important for ppl.

    @reliancejio very poor response from jio service manager and technician. While called the service manager on 070081 75152 he said plz visit jio office and disconnected the call.SR00002KPJ5W. problem unresolved since 25th April 26. Filed national consumer forum complaint

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, my Fiber has been down since April 24. Two technicians visited, did nothing, and now my complaint is "on hold" with no supervisor in sight. 5 calls later, still no internet. This is unacceptable service! Service ID: SR000034ALT1 #reliancejio #jiofiber

    @JioCare Your team is working last 25+ days not solve issue. What they work? why you not give 1 month free due to your technical issue why charged to me? i am also asking for visit engineer check my all cable, modem, wifi etc no one visit till date.
