    @JioCare the wifi in my house is not working and service is disripted. When raised a complaint theough your app, the available slots were on monday. How come one should wait 2 days for it to be fixed. What will I do today and tomorrow

    My Jio SIM is showing “No SIM / Emergency Calls Only.” I had it checked at a mobile repair shop, and they told me that the SIM is damaged. Can I get it replaced with a new SIM while keeping the same existing Jio number? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @TRAI @JioCare network issues, address and alternate number. I am not asking for a network complaint or troubleshooting. I am asking for my PORT UPC so I can port out of Jio. Please stop wasting my time with repetitive scripted replies and provide the PORT UPC as requested.

    @JioCare 1/2 This is exactly the problem. I have been facing this issue since 10 August, and I already raised a complaint on 12 August (SR00003DUUX5). Yet, Jio marked it as “Resolved” without actually resolving anything. Now you are again saying there is “limited network connectivity”

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your service is the worst! It’s has been 3rd day since i am not able to connect to WiFi because none of your service staff show up at appointed time! The appointments gets rescheduled without my approval! Then what is the point of setting an appointment.
