    I have to activate my @reliancejio internet pack to pay my @VodaIdea_NEWS bill on the VI app. The app is horrible. Claims I have no outstanding due. And the internet speed is inconsistent and painfully slow at times. Disappointing

    @JioCare how can you be the 5th strongest brand in the world when you jio fiber service sucks every Sunday the service is down and the call center has a pre-set reply “ sir our team is wroking on it and the service will resume in 2-4 hours” and the joke is the 2-4 hrs goes till Tuesday
