Now again they taken 7 days to resolve the issue Why are you thinking that a customer should pay to wait only but no resolution provided ?

Visited the service center at Patna for my JioBharat phone, and the staff rudely told me 'Go repair it from wherever you want, we won't do it.' Is this how Jio treats its customers? Please look into this.
