    In my city Beniganj, the network disappears every day, even at this time the network is not working, if this happens then we will be forced to leave the service of Jio. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Appalling service in Choudwar, Odisha! Technicians tied my AirFiber ODU to a railing 1 month ago without proper drilling tools. It's an unsafe hazard, yet I'm threatened with disconnection in 45 days despite regular bill payments. Resolve this immediately!

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Very poor 4G network in Madhupur, Via Kuanpal, Mahanga, Cuttack, Odisha-754204. Only 1 bar signal, frequent call drops & internet not working. Please check tower coverage and improve 4G/5G service in this area. 🙏📶

    @JioCare As mentioned above, the issue keeps happening every other week, do you expect me to raise a request every week and wait for 2 days for engineer visit, will your team reduce the bill for the days I am unable to use JioFiber, unsure if you guys read the above thread and understand

    Just experienced the worst service from Jio! Call dropped five times in 10 minutes. What is this pathetic service after charging so much and increasing the recharge price every three months? @TRAI @JioCare
