Because there are around 200 airtel consumers in the area and if this problem is not solved soon, we wud definitely port our sim to @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN whoes network is still working. Life sucks when you have no connection . I'll miss my o9 classes today :(

@reliancejio @JioCare So to sell jio fiber connections , Jio reduced 4g volte download speed in my area. What a move to sell jiofiber plans. Not gonna buy jiofiber. Porting out is last option left now. Poor tactic losers.

@JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Giga Fiber services are down since yesterday (13-Jan-21) morning. Raised complaint on JIO customer care with number: SR000013OTQV. Problem not resolved but issue marked as resolved. Called customer care atleast 3 times but to no avail.

@JioCare im stuck with your current jio fiber plan wherein I can't upgrade the bandwidth till my plan expires after 6mons this is absolutely ridiculous there should be option to upgrade the bandwidth can this be checked else i will have to terminate account n move somewhere else
