    @JioCare @the_hindu @TRAI The worst network service provider in Sivakasi town of Tamilnadu. Every month for 3 consecutive days jio numbers are offline. Damn with you people. It shows your unfair business method.

    @JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

    Dear #jiocare , net is too slow of our locality plz respond of our issue,0.2kbs speed per second of our locality.if jio care is not resolve it we pot our Sim from jio to Airtel.

    @JioCare i am not able to connect your customer service getting trouble in with jio network Sometimes the network disappears from the phone. How can I solve this issue.

    @JioCare @trai Unable to make call and receive call. Handset has been switched off and on many times. Problem continues. Somebody when trying to contact me, they are getting the number is switched off.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what a pathetic condition of calling & data facilities of jio telecom in badarpur circle. We don't pay for this kind of service. Remember compititors are still in market.@mukeshambani

    @JioCare We have 5 mnt plan of jio fiber And total bill in advance paid rs 1900 apx But bill generated May to oct amt rs 2370 Aprx how can u increase 500 rs if u not modified bill I will close this service. Lootna band karo

    @reliancejio @JioCare are you just writing unlimited 5G in your recharge details or even mean it. Do something to improve your network or get out of this business. Even in Delhi metro your network creates fuckups.

    Dear @JioCare, what’s the point of advertising “True 5G” when in Veerampur, Shahgarh, Amethi (UP) the network disappears inside homes and 5G works only sometimes? We are paying for 5G but getting 2G-like experience. Calls drop, internet stops, and signal keeps fluctuating.

    Really shameful companies like @reliancejio @JioCare cannot Act promptly in resolving fault at their end. Today is the 3rd day, my wifi is still not restored. Registered complaint on 20th may and today 22nd may. Very bad service of jio in Lucknow. Seriously ashamed of my choice
