Dear #jiocare , net is too slow of our locality plz respond of our issue,0.2kbs speed per second of our locality.if jio care is not resolve it we pot our Sim from jio to Airtel.

@JioCare @TRAI For how many days, Jio will be giving excuse for their poor service at Sivakasi?. Consecutively 4 days the network is down. People from their team once said it is due to rental issue where their network tower is placed.

@JioCare customer 911179646768. Jio fiber not working since last night. Booked engineer visit for slot 9 AM to 10 AM. Got SMS that visit will be rescheduled due to tech reasons. After hours still waiting for a confirmation of engineers visit. Is there a way to get status.
