    @reliancejio @JioCare was duped by a store associate into buying a new plan but now cannot remove the old one so paying for two. Customer service telling me no refunds can be issued or fix the problem. VERY bad customer service :(

    @reliancejio Wait it.... Beleive original 5g.... Every sites open on jio... But voda and Airtel may be faster 4g due to less customer... But original 4g or 5g network beleive on jio... Call quality and network signal need more improvement on 5g...

    @JioCare But how long Urvi? Is there a time limit or a turn around time or not? The actual issue is pending since 3 plus months. How long does it take the company to find the facts? The relevant team is taking some action or sleeping on it ?
