    @JioCare Pathetic service by jio fiber . Network keeps disconnecting in every 15 days. Staff don't attend calls even after sharing Request ID with them. Request ID: SR0000171JZ5

    @reliancejio I have redeemed my STB for Fiber connection on 4/8/21 but still no agent had contacted for Installation, contacted local area manager still no help.
