    Yo @JioCare @reliancejio my jio phone got damaged, so I moved the SIM to a 4G phone and recharged with ₹248 (₹149+₹99 for prime). It's been 3 hours but the sim still doesn't have a network. I've been trying to reach out support, but 198 is a joke. No real human being answers.

    @JioCare No nothing like orn i have got. I have only recieved call from jio representitive and they told thy will come to my address and will instal jio fiber but no body come. Please look into the matter ineed jio fibre service for my online classes

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have opted for Basic plan of Netflix.I have changed Netflix plan back to Mobile plan on 23 July.But in bill,It is still showing me as Basic plan activated.I have raised request multiple times but no resolution.Please resolve it fast
