@JioCare Hello @JioCare please advise on how to request for disconnection request as there is no responce from your side to resolve the issue. I work from home so good internet connection is basic need and if you don't care about that then I don't want your services.

@MNadaver @reliancejio They will say it's installed in 48 hours but it's been 10 days for me. My appointment was for the 19th which they rescheduled for 22nd at 8.15 pm. It's highly unlikely anyone will show up to install fiber at 8 pm night. Jio might be cheap but customer service is 3rd class.

@fiber_jio this is really shocking while spending around 1200 for jio fiber 150mbps plan and getting only 877 rs post downloading invoice. Seems application is not robust and customer care is not able to answer too. @JioCare @reliancejio #jiofibernotrobust

@JioCare I have filling complaints about very poor internet speed in my area since last 3 years. But, no action has been initiated by JIO. Every time customer care said yoy are in low netwrk zone very soon network will be enhanced. I don't knw what is the definition of very soon.

@JioCare jio customer care is totally worth less even they are helpless to upgrade the existing plan. Day before yesterday I mistakefully recharge with 30mbps bandwidh for 6 month . but now i want to upgarde my plan for 100 mpbs. but jio customer cares refuse to upgarde my plan

@My53061404 @JioCare save your time. they took my money 10 days ago for installation and keep rescheduling. Jio is cheaper but worst. id go for airtel fiber if it was available in my area but sadly it's not.
