    @reliancejio @TRAI @aajtak No full Networks from 25 days....All jio customers facing this problem in my Area.Unable to use calling and internet service. I have complained 5 to 6 times but no response yet.

    @JioCare I am not asking for a refund because I changed my mind. I am asking because the service has been defective since installation. Despite multiple complaints and engineer visits, the promised service has not been delivered. @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Technician visited today and said that there was optical power issues. Which is temporarily sortout by doing jackin jackout the optical connector. Since my internet was affected from 13 july and resolved on 21 , so kindly extend date of recharge accordingly.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my service of broadband is intrupted from last 4 days and I have raised a complain still no action taken. Even I am not able to connect with customer support on call what a worst service provider you are need to connect on urgent

    @FibreJio @reliancejio @JioCare I have given up my air fibre 3 months ago. Already spoken twice to customer care n local provider. Each call takes up precious 10-15 mins. Everyday im being inundating me with calls as 2 why im not continuing. Pls STOP!!

    Hi @JioCare, This is extremely frustrating. A technician visited today and fixed my JioFiber connection. It worked for only 3–4 hours, and now the internet is down again. The LOS/red light is blinking, and there is no internet. Please arrange for a proper inspection

    @JioCare @JioCare - it’s been more than 15 days and I’m yet to receive a refund or response. This lack of support from your end is appalling, considering that it was your team that refused to install the connection. I am being penalised for your inability to service my area.
