    @reliancejio @TRAI @aajtak No full Networks from 25 days....All jio customers facing this problem in my Area.Unable to use calling and internet service. I have complained 5 to 6 times but no response yet.

    Installed @JioCare JioFiber for internet but services have been completely DEAD for the last 5 days. And absolutely zero accountability from the customer support. But if a customer delays a recharge, you suspend the services instantly? Double standards. Fix this ASAP! #JioFiber

    @JioCare Let me tell you here, I dont know the name but have called on 9811596098, 9871632549 and 8595720612. Agent with 1st No. called me and left without solution and then given next number, which is switched off and then share last No. as Backend Mngr, but this guy says I am not.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN my jio airfiber was not receiving signal for past 1 week and i have raised my complaint and it got postponed 2 times and engineer is telling i am coming and not coming for service my Airfiber is not turning green worst service form jio 😡

    @JioCare I request you to do some due diligence at your end and before sending any automated reply see how this issue has been getting neglected since last 3 day. You and your team is simply giving dates. Is there any forum,portal,Mail where in I can get a genuine solution.

    @JioCare No internet connectivity since last three days. Complaint raised already yesterday but no update received & no engineer visit is scheduled. Pls solve the issue. We are suffering due to non connectivity.

    @JioCare Last time when I talked with the Customer Support they also said the same thing and no one visited to check the problem and the service request was closed automatically. Make sure the issue is resolve.
