    Worst IVR in india is @JioCare trying to disconnect my Jio fiber. Have sent 4 emails and a call to customer service. They can’t find my Jio number. But each month for 10 months they are able to bill me.

    @JioCare Called your customer grievance redressal center today. I have a problem with the miscall alert service. Your customer service representative has refused to register a complaint. This is how much bad service you have provided.
