    @reliancejio @TRAI @aajtak No full Networks from 25 days....All jio customers facing this problem in my Area.Unable to use calling and internet service. I have complained 5 to 6 times but no response yet.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have already provided all these details multiple times via email to your support team(Prachi Mahajan & Mahira Mehdi). Despite providing my address, PIN 370110, and location details,your team keeps closing my complaint with the false claim that the network is "optimal."

    @jio_fiber @JioCare is your customer care really working? Mail them , the reply via auto generated mail. Call them they put on hold. Worst service ever.

    @JioCare You guys are behaving like fraud just keeping engaging the customer and making him suffer. What is my concern i am demanding my own money which provided you for service but you don’t even offered my that service. I havent made other demand just asking my own money.

    @JioCare There is no direct customer care number provided to customers either for mobile related or for jio fibre services. And the chat bot service is poor and pathetic unable to relate to customer issues. So decided to port out of jio services.

    @JioCare Today is 7th day straight without internet. Still problem is not resolved. I doubt like are you actually escalating this to your team or not because after so many followup on all channels there is no progress, service is still down. #jiobadservice #bycottjio #worstservice

    Struggling to get Jio Fiber conection issue fixed from last 4 days, technician visit is getting rescheduled on its own without any proper justification from last 3 days and customer care agent is unable to provide any help. Extremely disappointing service @JioCare @reliancejio
