  @JioCare your engineer are thinking either customer or you guys are stupid cause they visited but unable to solve the issue then they hold my request by saying I was not at home. And don’t bother to comment for chat private I already did.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Your network constantly goes down. 5G has never worked properly; it directly drops to 3G or 4G, and even 4G doesn't work well. What a rubbish network this is! Please fix it. How many times do I have to tell customer care? Is this my only job?
