@reliancejio @TRAI @aajtak No full Networks from 25 days....All jio customers facing this problem in my Area.Unable to use calling and internet service. I have complained 5 to 6 times but no response yet.

@JioCare anyone who is #porting from any other network to jio. Please don't. If you are expecting a good customer service. This is the last network one should port on. The resolution you get over call and when you are at the service centre is a entirely different.

@JioCare But I cancelled within 30 days and it is you people who didn't come to take the modem for 1 month I have all the evidence and complaints , I filed, called 10 times on your customer care numbers I demand 1000rs.

@JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Giga Fiber services are down since yesterday (13-Jan-21) morning. Raised complaint on JIO customer care with number: SR000013OTQV. Problem not resolved but issue marked as resolved. Called customer care atleast 3 times but to no avail.
