    @JioCare You couldn't get through due to jio wrost network . I have sent my info multiple times.ok. You will give me repeated ans and you will not do anything ok.i am 100% sure situation will persist. I am done with jio.i will discontinue your service soon.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Urgent! SR00003FERLV I received this after wasting 1.5 hours of constant chat. Problem reported in morning at 8? Keep competent IR service.Prompt response and resolution awaited. @JioCare also investigate my IR chat experience and take corrective actions. Compensate for my pain.

    Hi, @JioCare @reliancejio @AshwiniVaishnaw it's almost 10 days since I lodged my complaint no MR0001FCPQ03. There's regular issue in my area. No network connectivity. Even not able to explore myjio app. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare Internet has been down in PIN 110052 since 30 Aug, 4:16 PM. Your ETA has changed 3 times—8:16 PM → 4:16 AM → now 4:16 PM. No human support, just the same automated excuse. It’s Monday & people need to work. What is the ACTUAL issue? Fix this ASAP.

    @JioCare Now you will keep extending the fixing time up to 4-5 days, then it will get fixed? Until you say you will fix it at the earliest, it's not acceptable. This is happening for the fourth time this month. Please refund my amount, don't scam us.
