@JioCare nextday on 13th May I didn't get installation I called him he his saying u have to wait till 15th may I said him to cancel it and refund my amount he started using badwords and disconnected the call I have call recordings I request u to take action on him

@JioCare since May my router is keep disconneting more than 50 times a day I have done all the troubleshooting told by jio people but still I'm facing the issue it's hard for me to do WFH on daily basis, please help me.

Daily internet issues with @reliancejio . Disgusting service. Called 198 customer care. Very bad connection. Soumya was of absolutely no help. Earlier call to 198 was of no help. After taking full payment NOT getting what I paid for. Customer care cannot help

Hi Jio Fiber, lots of users facing issues while connecting Valorant Mumbai server . We are getting ping of 300ms on your network while even on airtel mobile network ping is 70ms . Do you even wish to look into it , Already issue has been reported by many . @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio I have waited till 14th May and I call customer care the said they will provide installation on 15th May and I got the sms after sometime a got another msg that it will install on 16th May...this is the gud serving ur providing to the customers..
