    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio So, you have stopped replying as well to customer queries and problems. Yesterday we received the msg for technician visit scheduled for today. No one visited and we have received the msg from ur end that he visited and we aren’t allowing him to take the pic of the router.

    @JioCare the promised resolution time for request ID SR000016V3RG has elapsed and no one from Jio even cared to contact. Two days without internet is not acceptable. If you don’t intend to provide timely service, please let me know, I will consider moving to @airtelindia

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio there is a lot of lag in the internet connection , I have been trying the customer care number since morning "unfortunately we are unable to connect the call" -- this what I get to hear at the end. Please have a look at it on urgent basis.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare It is now over 48 hrs since I registered a complaint/service request that my Jio Fiber Connection is Not Working. JioFiber Service ID 7123552958 ""Service request number is SR000016TUHZ.""No one Jio Service Engineer has to rectify the issue.
