@airtelindia No incoming calls were coming from Airtel,VI, BSNL to my JIO number 9263637341 since last Friday night. Since today morning VI and BSNL have restored service after receiving request from @JioCare . But you are yet to do needful. @DoT_India Please take necessary steps

@JioCare Still waiting for the STB issue to be resolved. it's been 2 weeks and no one within the system can figure out why a voucher can't be redeemed. What kind of customer service r we talking of, when the IT systems are out of the world.
