@JioCare Today again same thing has happened appointment was scheduled at 10 to 11 AM and as usual no one has turned up. Its been 6 days now that my internet is down and Jio team has choosen to just fool around with the customer

Where I live, forget about 5G, even 4G does not work and the service is good but it does not work, so I have a question whether I should change my house or the SIM company. @JioCare @reliancejio This is where my journey with Jio ends.

@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team, My jio fibre network isn't working since 23 April and I had raised a SR which is put on hold for "exceptional reasons" as mentioned in the app. However, Jio is working fine for other members in the building.
