    Finally I'm going to switch my jio number into BSNL . I did many complain in last 7-8 months but @JioCare can't fix my network problem.

    @JioCare using jio services from very beginning since launch and was very satisfied too. But from last several months the net speed is horrible in our area.i can't understand why the problem not yet solved being such a reputed brand. It's now very difficult to wait for longer

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @RelianceJio_DTH horrible service provided by jio fiber.Made worst mistake of purchasing 1yr jio fiber package.stopped working the next day. Unable to contact jio service center. can't keep in touch with my parents during in these difficult times.

    @JioCare Hi,in my village there no convetiviy of 4g even in 4g generation we are unbale to take a call from home and i had complained it about 2times but any action or network issue is not fixed

    @JioCare JioFiber service id 300871160568. Been 15 days since I booked for new connection, still I haven't got it. The site engineer visit keeps on rescheduling, nobody visited till now. And ur cust care is the worst. Why hire people when all they do is recite the same thing?

    @reliancejio@JioCare @RanveerOfficial Thanks you jio for giving worst Internet speed ever. In pandemic of covid students study through online class,people doing work from home and all they are need good internet to study to do their job but your network is a worst network ever.
