    Your support flow is completely broken @JioCare . In-app diagnostics fail, yet there’s no direct option to raise a ticket without jumping through frustrating bot loops. 5 days of zero connectivity on my JioFiber ₹999 plan and not a single technician visit scheduled. Worst.

    Dear @JioCare I applied for my Jio Home broadband connection relocation, I paid necessary charges, but now my old location devices are collected and now it seems my old account is terminated and there is no trace of new connection or order ID. Pls help @reliancejio

    @RelianceJio @JioCare Can’t load WhatsApp on 4G or 5G anymore. What kind of service is this? The network connection is getting worse by the day. Please look into this asap!
