  @JioCare Most hopeless customer care assistance I have had so far.Really Sorry to say this but experiencing first time that too from reputed firm like JIO.God knows what’s happening backend but unable to setup one net connection since a week in proper manner really means hopeless service.

  @sushilpathiyar @JioCare I am also facing issue. Despite lodge complaint they didn't visited to solve problem. No one should choose jio air fiber. Batter to shift available fixed line cable broadband. I will going to shift it.
