    @JioCare Already decided to cancel the postpay connection from you so do not bother now. I am charged for excess data use. I didn't get any email for exceeding my usage limit. Its time to try a different provide now because your network strength sucks too.

    @JioCare We are facing network problem since 3 days. Tower not working have any technical problem. but there is no any engineer visit to check tower to resolve issue. All Jio. Customer looking to MNP is such problem not resolved soon Location 244922 Jatpura Rampur (UP)

    @JioCare I am not understanding why it is taking so long..i have returned the device after so much of hassle ..then why aren't they processing my refund...and you customer care people are simply saying the same stuff in different language . Give me a date of resolution.

    @airtelindia Just updated My postpaid Plain And Experiencing worst service by the airtel. 3 month is going be very tough. After that will try @reliancejio. Hope Jio will serve me better.

    @JioCare there is no internet connectivity since 14 days, spoke to CSR multiple times, multiple appointments booked but technician didn’t reach to the location. Very poor customer service. If still issue is not resolved soon,will have to look for other providers @Airtel_Presence.

    @JioCare Should I wait for eternity! I have already DMd you my registered mobile number, jio fiber number and told you to call but neither I have received any phone calls nor any email nothing. So I can conclude you are done with your service.

    @airtelindia You guys are just making fool of us... Been Raising a complaint from 1 no response was received from their side now i raised a complaint to disconnect my connection they came within 1 hour @JioCare please connect with me need a new and good connection, @Airtel_Presence .

    @JioCare @07NamanArya Esim transfer is so difficult that after sending a message it’s coming as Your request for GETESIM could not be processed currently. Please try after sometime.. I have used airtel esim option. It was so smooth. Jio is worst. No network in palghar west as today full day server dwn
