@Airtel_Presence After I shifted to my new residence (Oil Housing Colony, Duliajan, Assam) in Jan 2021, I ve found that the internet service of @airtelindia is pathetic. Thanks to @reliancejio for the relief. Now, thinking of MNP of my Airtel No to Jio.

@JioCare @reliancejio my numbers are suspended from last 4 days despite a confirmation from Airtel, my previous operator and in fact from your own customer care ID that there is no outstanding on my previous operator. Is there anybody in Jio who cares for a customer's plight ?

@JioCare all customer facing network issue must be compensated. All complaints if not resolved within 24 hours must be penalized in same manner the customer. If we don't pay the bill by due date we are charged late fees, similarly when Jio are not working they should reimburse

@JioCare It's 27 hours now and still I am awaiting for a resolution. My Work from home starts at 7 am and already your poor service has hampered my work since yesterday. This kind of services will make you lose more customers/ users. Awaiting a fast resolution today.
