    @JioCare Got same expected answer we are working and does it take 72 hrs to diagonize the problem. Not sure @AkashMAmbani this isnthe standard of jiocare...very negligence no ownership.... unfortunately. No one even contacted.

    Hlo Jio Support, I purchased a JioPrime 2 around d end of Sept last year. Recently, d battery hs strted draining vry quickly, evn with normal usage. Could u pls let me knw hw long the battery wrranty is valid nd whether I can get it checked or replaced undr warranty? @JioCare

    @JioCare And FYI, this particular person doesn’t ever come. You guys have employed useless bunch of people who never visit and keep the customer waiting. I waited the entire day after morning and here we are again with no clue of a technician @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hello , @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber has not been working for the last 5 days. Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, no one has resolved the issue. I have received neither a service visit nor any update through call or SMS.

    Out of all the OTT services I have used, @OfficialJioTV @reliancejio @JioCare has got to be the worst user discovery experience. Tried to watch F1 Qualifying in Barcelona but cannot seem to find it. Their search shows random results. Literally unusable.

    @JioCare The promised refund timeline has already been crossed. tell me the exact date when my refund will be credited. follow-ups have given no solution. If issue is not resolved I will escalate it to the Consumer Court. This has completely eroded my trust in Jio. @TRAI @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio cutomer care is pathetic.. I have been chasong them since last one month for a refund.. no one is reaching out to to me from customer care...I will report this to TRAI for sure..
