    @JioCare It's been more than a week since I paid for the installation. Technicianr told me installation is not possible and not initating the refund too. I regret to opt for Jio fiber and such a pathetic service. The worst thing I'm unable to reach customer care @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani

    @reliancejio @JioCare Original booking id : NO0000LDY0IB Worst customer service of jio fibre. I have raised a cancellation request for jio fibre against service id :SR00001AR6O7. They are just stalling the entire refund process.

    @reliancejio I want to port my number from @VodafoneIdeaIN network to Jio network. I’ve sent the PORT request on 1900. Kindly help expedite. Vodafone is frustrating and their customer service is pathetic. Would like no delays please

    Then I raised one more complain on 3 may but i don't think they fix my problems. Complain id - V00909540056. If you not fix my problem within 7 days. I will fix my problem from my side. Sim porting take only 10 minutes. What about your network @JioCare @Airtel_Presence on 756100.

    @JioCare Don't @JioCare have responsibility to talk to the customer before cancellation? At least let customers know what the technical issue is? It is really very bad. Why are you not telling us whatvthe technical issue is? Why was technical issue not mentioned till yesterday? Shame

    @reliancejio @JioCare Disgusting working of JIO. Launch a complaint ,get message for technician visit. Technician calls on phone ask to reboot and complaint gets closed. Issue remains as it is ...This is how this blue chip co functions and mis sell its services.
