    @JioCare Could you kindly check how many days I've been waiting for your response, Sudhanshu? I don't think you've even resolved a single case, so what about the other people who were waiting for her turn? This is the worst service I've ever seen.i need my refund.

    @JioCare After 15+ days of follow-ups, missed appointments, and repeated escalations via email & social media, my Jio Fiber ONT was finally replaced today. While the issue is partially resolved, the experience was extremely frustrating (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia @JioCare see all the number 3 to 4 years old but facing network issue and they are not bother to reply me so I want to move total 25 numbers my relative no also what benefits you will be providing tell me then I will plan I am pissed off with Airtel and jio

    @JioCare Reg mobile number is 9790896969 I have booked new connection of 30 mbps plan till not no connection has been installed for jio air fiber please resolve this issue immideatly or legal action will be taken at consumer court...

    @JioCare Then why did your customer care say yesterday that it will be activated on your number this morning, the option to add it will appear on My Jio app, you can do it, it is not that there will be a mistake once manually
