    @JioCare I visited your office but they are saying the order is not showing in their portal. I am surprised how they can say. From bottom to top no one is responding.I am completely frustrated. Yesterday I raised SR00003A4C37 but they closed SR without any solution.

    @JioCare I can see that JioFiber is available in my coverage area, but the representative refused to install it, saying the main cable is around 100 meters away. If it is showing as available, why is installation being denied? Please look into this and help resolve it.

    Still fiber not working. What’s the issue da @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio Will you accept if i am delaying the payment? You would have suspended the connection right. This is utter useless what you have been doing. Please do something ASAP. Otherwise provide me refund.

    @JioCare My internet is not working. shoddy work of you engineer is visible as internet wire is broken so no connection , this has happened for the second time this week. Register complaint and send the engineer for changing the wire or joining the connection

    @JioCare What do you mean by earliest? Raised SR on 28th June. 6 days over. Customer service are not answering our queries simply avoiding. No Resolution.
