    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Lodged complaint of internet not working yesterday. Visit by Jio was scheduled yesterday at 5 pm. They rescheduled themselves (wrongly stating it's scheduled by me) to today at 3-4 pm slot but yet no one came. Why such lethargy ? #RelianceJio #Lucknow

    No indoor network in my native place. Is there any help could you do to enhance the coverage pls @Airtel_Presence @JioCare ? There are many college going students here in this village who can't even connect to the digital world outside for their academic needs

    Hey @reliancejio #AkashAmbani #MukeshAmbani what a pathetic customer service you are providing in Banglore. I took a new jio fibre connection on 2nd July and the agent promised that the installation will be done by 3rd July afternoon, but since then no response from your team.

    @JioCare @JioCare, the installation was scheduled for 2 days back then also engineer didn't visit. As mentioned in the original tweet, the assigned engineer is giving excuses and now he is not even picking call. Escalate the issue or I have to go ahead with different service provider
