Even though signal reception is good, I am not able to use Internet properly. Already lodged complaint 5 times with @JioCare, and TRAI app also!

Please fix with an ota update as soon as possible

Suraj Jain (@surajjainm) reported@JioCare It's in the same status since 11 Jun. Also if you notice the issue is not from 11 Jun. It's from 27th May. The previous ticket automatically closed without any notification or resolution or me providing any OTP to service engineer. Not sure y it takes 19-20 days to resolve issue
