Even though signal reception is good, I am not able to use Internet properly. Already lodged complaint 5 times with @JioCare, and TRAI app also!

Got a call from jiocare they scheduled a appointment and then it is getting rescheduled automatically.. engineer never picks call.. Internet not working means ... No wifi, tv n landline phone.
