@JioCare I'm based Im North Goa thivim area where my Airtel and Vodaphone works fine only my jio router is out of network from the past week which leave me no option but to leave your service as its affecting my work big time

@JioCare So it been 14. Days without a network I paid for I'm Moving around with a dummy jio router with no help at all in Goa Which. Has caused great damage to business too hence decided to stop your bad service and will drop all 308 jio services and jio fiber in our society thanks

@JioCare Getting a poor coverage of jio network, please improve it as it has become so bad that some not even one bar is visible. Whereas airtel at the same location gives full range with super fast internet. Location as mentioned.

@JioCare I am not able to get OTP from JioCall app, to my alternate number which is also JIO. Can I get some help please. I am trying to use the JioFi which has the Jio Sim inserted for calling using JioCall App.

Hy @RedmiSupportIN i have mi note 7 pro and it getting very less network signal over @reliancejio network but on the other hand on redmi 7a getting same network but u its possible to make calls but nor on note 7 pro. Please fix with an ota update as soon as possible

@reliancejio people enjoying 5 g and we don't have 4 g network well in our area also have network issues.4 g speed is only 50 kb/s. Post office area ,Calangute Goa .

Hay @XiaomiIndia i am using @reliancejio sim on mi note 7 pro .also i have redmi 7a . In my room i am able to make calls on mi 7a and on note 7 pro i am not getting signal since over a month i am facing this issue

@JioCare even with full range network, I am struggling to make a simple phone call. It's like getting a tatkal ticket booked if I finally manage to connect to a call using my Jio phone.

@ViCustomerCare @airtelnews @JioCare all this network so bad hope bsnl come faster with 4g network or even 3g network is fine better then losing wasting money network all this 3 network pay tax but not get network which is bad for customers n trai is not helping in our country
