Even though signal reception is good, I am not able to use Internet properly. Already lodged complaint 5 times with @JioCare, and TRAI app also!

Äbhï$hëk Güptä (@mind_kracker) reportedI had an old connection of prepaid Jio Fiber , tv set box of that connection also , after some time I was suggested for a Postpaid connection with good plans , so I said ok , and that connection was installed , I am using it ever since with the old setup box on other tv also , from last few months we were not using other TV , now from last two days I am trying to use that tv now , I am not able to do that , coz Jio has blocked that setup box ..... So it's better now to say bye bye to Jio and will go with Airtel Fiber As there are less problems with Airtel and with this attitude I don't want to use Jio now Who the hell gives you right to block something I hv already purchased from you @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup
