Even though signal reception is good, I am not able to use Internet properly. Already lodged complaint 5 times with @JioCare, and TRAI app also!

Hemu 🚩 (@hemanth2peddir1) reported@reliancejio I request Jio to also improve the customer support response time and service appointment handling, so that customers don’t have to wait or reschedule multiple times for a service issue. Hopefully, going forward, customer complaints and service requests will be handled faster.
