    @JioCare Getting a poor coverage of jio network, please improve it as it has become so bad that some not even one bar is visible. Whereas airtel at the same location gives full range with super fast internet. Location as mentioned.

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelnews @JioCare all this network so bad hope bsnl come faster with 4g network or even 3g network is fine better then losing wasting money network all this 3 network pay tax but not get network which is bad for customers n trai is not helping in our country

    Where my Friend using @reliancejio is watching live HD match sitting next to me. Not only @airtelindiay 3rd frnd using @VodafoneIN is facing same problem like me in Airtel. @rsprasad humble request pl take d matter seriously as they've raised their rates &tariffs.

    @JioCare . . . @reliancejio network at Porvorim Goa ( 403521) is very weak. It's inconvenient & unfair to the customers.

    @reliancejio I wouldn't trust your 4g network if my life depended on it. YOU PEOPLE ARE ******* CHEATS AND CON ARTISTS. STOP ROBBING YOUR CUSTOMERS. I PAY FOR 4G NOT SOME CRAP INTERNET WHICH TAKES ME 15 MINUTES TO UPLOAD A PIC TO SOCIAL MEDIA. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER FFS.

    WTF @reliancejio @JioCare your 4g network in Goa is so horrible I cant even open the jio app. It took me 10 mins to post this tweet. This issue has been from pre lockdown before your'll start using too many users online as an excuse. Stop cheating us. We pay for 4g we demand 4g

    @TRAI Jio mobile internet facility is unusable in my home at Sangolda, Goa. I have availed 4G internet plans from @reliancejio. Even though signal reception is good, I am not able to use Internet properly. Already lodged complaint 5 times with @JioCare, and TRAI app also!

    @reliancejio people enjoying 5 g and we don't have 4 g network well in our area also have network issues.4 g speed is only 50 kb/s. Post office area ,Calangute Goa .

    Hay @XiaomiIndia i am using @reliancejio sim on mi note 7 pro .also i have redmi 7a . In my room i am able to make calls on mi 7a and on note 7 pro i am not getting signal since over a month i am facing this issue

    I purchased a premium @SonyLIV subscription on JioFiber but I am still getting ads.Complaint pending weeks without any resolution. Stop fooling customers with fake premium claims and fix this ,According to Jio customer care SonyLIV is responsible for the ads appearing @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Would also like to mention that my connection is not working since 30th June and I had already paid for the period 21st June to 20july so my question is for this delay and pathetic service, shouldn't I get a refund for this monthly plan payment?

    Switched all our corporate SIMs to @JioCare @reliancejio and it’s a nightmare. Bill payment options are broken (payments keep getting refunded), and customer support has kept me transferred on hold for nearly 60 MINUTES!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Customers are paying for a service that's unavailable, yet there's no real support and no accountability. At this point, it feels like a customer support scam, not a telecom service. Fix the network or stop charging people for services you aren't providing. @JioCare #Jio5G
