    @JioCare I'm based in Goa thivim is the location just cause I'm from mumbai I have no network is it..... Every other Jio router of others are doing great for for them..... Pls help me fast so I get my network back

    @reliancejio I wouldn't trust your 4g network if my life depended on it. YOU PEOPLE ARE ******* CHEATS AND CON ARTISTS. STOP ROBBING YOUR CUSTOMERS. I PAY FOR 4G NOT SOME CRAP INTERNET WHICH TAKES ME 15 MINUTES TO UPLOAD A PIC TO SOCIAL MEDIA. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER FFS.

    @JioCare Getting a poor coverage of jio network, please improve it as it has become so bad that some not even one bar is visible. Whereas airtel at the same location gives full range with super fast internet. Location as mentioned.

    @JioCare even with full range network, I am struggling to make a simple phone call. It's like getting a tatkal ticket booked if I finally manage to connect to a call using my Jio phone.

    @reliancejio people enjoying 5 g and we don't have 4 g network well in our area also have network issues.4 g speed is only 50 kb/s. Post office area ,Calangute Goa .

    Hy @RedmiSupportIN i have mi note 7 pro and it getting very less network signal over @reliancejio network but on the other hand on redmi 7a getting same network but u its possible to make calls but nor on note 7 pro. Please fix with an ota update as soon as possible

    @TRAI Jio mobile internet facility is unusable in my home at Sangolda, Goa. I have availed 4G internet plans from @reliancejio. Even though signal reception is good, I am not able to use Internet properly. Already lodged complaint 5 times with @JioCare, and TRAI app also!

    Where my Friend using @reliancejio is watching live HD match sitting next to me. Not only @airtelindiay 3rd frnd using @VodafoneIN is facing same problem like me in Airtel. @rsprasad humble request pl take d matter seriously as they've raised their rates &tariffs.

    @JioCare So it been 14. Days without a network I paid for I'm Moving around with a dummy jio router with no help at all in Goa Which. Has caused great damage to business too hence decided to stop your bad service and will drop all 308 jio services and jio fiber in our society thanks

    @JioCare It’s 19 May. Paid ₹1200 for JioFiber relocation 10 days ago, yet no installation, no call, no technician visit. All I get from @JioCare is “we’ve escalated it to the concerned team.” Worst service and zero accountability.

    Worst experience: no response for new SIM card online, already paid. Customer care (199) was bot voice, chat also bot, hard to contact Jio customer care. No response from @JioCare on X,They only focus marketing as get sim from home .

    @JioCare hello, internet stops working even for the slightest of rains and I can't call customer care nowadays. App just allows to raise a service request and the next available service visit is for day after tomorrow. How am I supposed to work with this?

    @JioCare It’s been 6 days since network is not there, daily saying technician will visit in next 2hrs, till date no one came. Now when I called they said technician not available for next 3-4 days. So from 10 days no technician available? Seriously😳 @reliancejio short of technicians?

    @JioCare All your helpline are for your customer but I need to raise complaint about jiofiber wires spreading here and there, on roads/building etc. Where to contact. I have called all available numbers but they have predefined problem menu only
