    @JioCare 4days of complete JioFibre outage, multiple engineer visits, repeated rescheduling and still ZERO resolution. Your IVR traps us in a loop due to the service request with no way to speak to an actual agent. This is unacceptable service and beyond FRUSTRATING! #jiofibre

    @JioCare @jio No internet for 4 days. No response on DM, email or calls. Technician gave temporary fix, issue repeated again. This is negligence. Either fix today or disconnect with refund. SR000033RJN3. Chennai.

    @JioCare It's been almost a year passed, I have complained several times, I have provided every detail you asked. "THERE IS NO SOLUTION PROVIDED FROM YOUR SIDE" Really Disappointed in @JioCare Customer Service. 🙁🙁😡

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JM_Scindia Extremely disappointed with your after-sales service.Internet has been down since 20th April (SR000033Z6E1). Engineers visited today and admitted the initial installation was botched—wires are dangerously touching a main road power transformer!

    @JioCare Have sent u both the details, if by 5 your technician doesn't visit, kindly remove your router. I can safely switch to airtel fibre network which is far better than jio. One of the worst service u have. And ur team of technician is another worst team.

    @JioCare My internet is not working since yesterday. And no one is ready to take any action. On app the time for resolution keeps on increasing from morning to afternoon and now to evening. Can someone call me back or look into this.
