    @reliancejio @jioCare your network is not covering most posh locality of Jabalpur(MP),Sukhsagar valley, Gwarighat Road. Contacted many times to them, they shown no interest to cover, giving unreasonable excuses. The colony has immense potential of connections. Pl intervene.Thanks

    @JioCare Listening the same from your customer support team from 5th July 2021. Everytime they say the same thing and receives message that appointment scheduled. But no response. Later I need to follow up again. And the same repeats. Raised multiple requests, at the end no response.

    @JioCare 3 days after your technician visited, my Fiber connection is down due to supposed “device issues”. Again the same parroted response from call centre folks, and the 24/48/72/96 hour wait begins…
