    The service and customer care people of @JioCare are a crap. I had placed an order for a prepaid sim through their MyJio app 2 days back. I got the numbers of three different delivery boys but none of them turned up to deliver the sim.

    Pathetic service from @reliancejio . My wifi is not working and they are not letting me call an engineer just suggesting on/off tricks.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I fixed it. You simply had to say, On STB, Goto Settings, applications, downloaded apps, select Hotstar, Clear Data. Now open it and login again. It by default picks the subscription from the Jio STB. That's it! Sadly, Jio support team is useless as you know nothing!

    @JioCare If you’re forcing customers to take a Postpaid connection for a Matching Number, it is misleading and an unfair practice. I will file a complaint with TRAI. Forcing customers to take a Postpaid connection for a Matching Number is unfair and completely unacceptable.

    @reliancejio I buy a new sim from online number is 8369391980 still not activated i try everything email calls and your service center everything still not activated. Who deliver my slim after day later I called him he says I'm coming 12.30 afternoon then after he never pick cal
