    @reliancejio @JioCare Horrible installation services in Raj Nagar, Sector-3, Ghaziabad. For the last 2 days, I have the order number ready, and a payment of Rs. 807 has been made. But you darn installation guys are not even ready to come and install.. Pathetic Delays. HELP!

    @JioCare @JioCare internet not working for 15 days and nobody cones to resolve it despite repeated complaints. Service requests are closed without any resolution as nobody cares. Absolutely shameless and callous attitude towards customer service. SR00003AQ7I9, SR00003A19B5.

    Worst service from Jio, we took 12k worth of subscription, and engineer is being rescheduled every day, the case was being closed everytime we raised an issue. No response from team for engineer visit. @jiocareindia worst case ever, didn't expect this from @reliancejio.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare My JioAirFiber outdoor unit has loosened, dangling dangerously, and completely disconnected. Urgent safety hazard. Registered app ticket won't allow a Sunday visit. Need an emergency technician
