    After the use of 4 years i am feeling worlds worst network @reliancejio @JioCare now a days. Not able to make call and receive call. Yesterday my mom was not feeling well and my wife trying to call me but I was showing out of range. @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare till now none have appeared ? Is this how Jio provides support ? @_IshaAmbanis We have a peculiar case wherein the Field engineers were expected to do the installation today betwen 9:30 - 10:30 & until 12:30 now i.e for the past 4 hours No clue yet? #CustomerExperience

    @JioCare jiofibre Custer care is worst than u can imagine...I had jiofibre connection under my name dhaval patel & registered number for that is 9979095995. I hv requested for uninstallation 2 months ago but no one is coming up to collect router & setup box....

    @JioCare Thanks Karuna.. But really wonder that Engineers dont have committment to Customer or Time sense.. They are repeatedly saying we will come in next 20 mins & this is happening since morning 9:30 AM & drama continues until 12:30 PM - Wasted my 4 hours today ? How can Jio compensate

    @JioCare @reliancejio still waiting for an update from last 3 days, have shared details also in inbox but all that I get is a revert that team is working on it. No resolution time, no update nothing. Really disappointed with after sales service
