    Since your team is unlikely to resolve this issue before my billing cycle renews on 21 June, request that you refund the amount I spent on the 500 GB data top-up. I purchased the top-up based on the information provided that my data limit had been exhausted. @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare Still not resolved. Getting only 30–40 Mbps on a 100 Mbps JioAirFiber plan despite repeated complaints. Service request SR000038NAP7 was reopened but no improvement so far. If this continues, I’ll be forced to disconnect. Very disappointing service. @DoT_India @TRAI
