    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, Please don't ask me to continue this over DM. I already know how that process goes. It always ends with the same scripted questions and requests for videos, screenshots, and proofs, followed by "Your complaint has been registered and will be resolved soon." But nothing actually changes. I've gone through this process many times. I don't have the time to repeat it anymore. Thank you.

    My JioFiber has been down for 2 days. The scheduled engineer neither showed up nor answered my calls and customer care executives has been unable to arrange another engineer. Please resolve this urgently. @JioCare

    @JioCare @RelianceJio I must have missed the invisible technician who "resolved" SR00003BL9CF, SR00003C2FWZ, and SR00003BD23J. Zero calls to my numbers, zero internet. Phenomenal customer service!

    @JioCare Why was my installation delayed? Do I have to keep chasing your team every time? Please explain and ensure installation is completed before tomorrow 12 PM, or I'll escalate this to the Consumer Forum. @jagograhakjago please help in this to resolve instantly.

    @JioCare 3 days, still no internet. Complaint SR00002MX9M0 raised on 27 Jul, but no engineer has visited. Appointment keeps getting rescheduled and support only says "Please wait." My office work is affected. Resolve this ASAP or I'll disconnect my JioFiber.#PoorService

    @ParinM @JioCare Fortunately my engineer came, saw the issue and told me he will be back, making me sit whole day waiting for him. And never came neither picks my calls 😒

    Worst service experience @JioCare @jio_fiber .my jio fiber is not working from last 2-3 days , yesterday book appointment and got scheduled visit on yesterday evening 6pm , but no one came , today i spoke to jio care customer care , they said they will take my request on 1/2
