    @JioCare AirFiber has been completely dead for 4 straight days! No internet, no signal, nothing. I've restarted the router 50 times, checked the app a hundred times, but it's still showing "No Internet" like a useless brick. Bought AirFiber, got AirFraud instead. #jiofraud

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia i have multiple corporate numbers on @Airtel_Presence but no proper services by them every 20 days numbers are not reachable even no solution from their customer care service thinking to do port on @reliancejio

    @JioCare JioFiber has been down for 2+ days in Ahmedabad. Service requests SR000039W2E5 & SR000039Q9HD were closed without assigning an engineer. Customer support kept saying "shortly," but nothing happened. Now I can't even reach an agent. Unacceptable. Resolve this immediately.
