    This kind of shameless attitude from @JioCare and its team always disappoint customers. I booked a fiber connection on 5th June, and its 16th today, it is neither installed nor my money is refunded. Its a new kind of fraud to keep the customer's money without services.

    @JioCare Kindly share the TAT or escalation matrix so that the Management should be aware about your ground reality, the customer is struggling to get the STB installation from the last 3 days

    @JioCare why Jio tv is not working, i have rechaged 1 year validiy plan and when i recharged it there was benifit was JIO TV there, but now i am not able to watch the JIO Tv in mobile.

    @JioCare @jiocare do not fall for their false promises. They are neither able to provide connection nor refund. 16 days since my connection request was cancelled by them till today I'm being made to wait for refund of 1200 rs. @reliancejio great customer services standards

    My internet in knuhadi,kota has been down for 8 hours now. The contact person who was working in it says that don't recharge going forward as we can't give you service.. is that true and is that how customer is left in the middle of the ongoing plan @JioCare

    @JioCare Complete network failure in Abadpur, Katihar, Bihar. Calls are not connecting, incoming calls have no audio, and 4G/5G internet is barely working. The entire area has been facing this issue for the last 2 weeks. Please resolve urgently.

    @JioCare Order ID: NO0001DM32TS. ₹2,221 was collected on 16 May, but the WiFi was never installed. I received a refund message on 22 May, yet now I'm being told I'm not eligible for a refund. This is blatant negligence and poor service. Refund my money immediately.
