    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio I have a number with you which is not recharged from 4months but why I am getting call from +919296112814 saying that my @airtelindia number will be blocked if I don't recharge my Jio Sim. Is this the way you handle customer ?

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. It has now been 7 days and I am still waiting for the engineer. Repeated assurances of “scheduled visit” mean nothing if no one actually shows up. @JioCare @reliancejio please provide a specific date and time for resolution TODAY.

    @JioCare It has been 8 days already, yet there is absolutely no guarantee as to when my Jio Air Fiber will actually be installed. I certainly did not expect such abysmal service from Jio. If you have even a shred of shame left, why don't you just refund my ₹1,200?
