    My first email to Jio Fiber help desk was at May 11, and I am following with them since then. Service Id: SR00001B1KFD is yet to be closed! However in between they auto closed it multiple times without resolving issue. @JioCare when will I get my refund? @JioFiberVoice help!

    @JioCare Facing calling issue at my home area. Server unreachable shows when i call to someone. Many times complaint but no resolution from your side.

    @anuj_jn @JioCare Pathetic experience facing right now with Jio Fibernet. Since 72 hours wifi isn’t working. After end of of call’s and complain no technician are assigned. I believe Jio is only selling product and no service.
