    @JioCare On 13 June, the visit was rescheduled to 14 June, 3 PM. Customer care promised a technician callback within 30 minutes, but even after an hour, no one contacted me.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbani_ A "system limitation" cannot justify 6+ days without assigning an engineer. If Jio's systems cannot schedule a technician for nearly a week, that is a serious operational failure—not the customer's problem. Every missed apmt has been on Jio's side, without even a courtesy call.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioAirFiber has been down for the last 12 days due to rain. Despite repeated complaints, no timely support was provided. Now that an engineer finally visited, I was charged ₹349 for an adapter, even though your device was damaged because of rain.
