@JioCare I was promised by the sales person that you will get 2 months free trial for Jio fibre. After one month I called the customer care to disconnect it as internet speed was worst and told them to refund me the full amount. Now they are saying you will get only Rs 500 back.

Dear senseless @JioCare When i'm choosing app language English. Then why I'm getting msgs in what language I'm not understand?? Even i don't understand what's the name of that language. When I'm trying to talk with your customer care they spoken in which language.

We have just opted for jio fiber... But I am extremely sorry to say I have been receiving worst customer service from @reliancejio as from past two weeks my jio fiber is not working. Despite of so many complaints no executive visited the site.
