    Hey @JioCare How many more days do I have to wait? My Jio AirFiber has been down for days, and despite multiple complaints, no one has fixed it. I’m tired of hearing “it will be resolved soon.” Worst after-sales service I’ve experienced. Please take responsibility and fix it. #JioAirFiber #Jio

    @reliancejio - I have raised a service request to disconnected internet services since. Week. I just get the same message that internet in my area is disrupted and it will be resolved soon. But there is no timeline and no update. No service agent has even visited the premises.

    @reliancejio Dear @JioCare, the network in our area is very poor. Calls frequently drop and internet speed remains extremely slow, making it difficult to use online services. Kindly look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest. Thank you.

    @JioCare I have already paid it in the month of June only. Why I am getting the bill for July when I have already disconnected it. Also I checked with customer care she said no bill is pending. Can you please stop spamming now.
