@reliancejio My biggest mistake was that I got the port done in Jio. As soon as 3 months of my sim will be completed, I will get it changed to some other network provider. I have not seen such nonsense custamer support anywhere.on 13 feb my sim was activated but still not work.

@JioCare NO here is no any weather issue. even i have another sim which is working well. the problem is only in my sim. i explained in details to your customer support on call but i think so they are dumb or careless who written nonsence in there complaint.

@rachitpjain @JioCare On 5G calls have become impossible to talk on, on 4g calls work well... Dont have the same problem on Airtel 5G, where network works both on call n internet.

Still jio is not everywhere even in towns we are facing lot of network issues couldn't able to resolve even after reporting to customer care from years. @ 18.1610086, 78.9678905 @reliancejio @JioCare
