    @DoT_India @JioCare Yes Jio care will inform you that we have limited connectivity in your area. we are working in your are you will get network in future ( Jio will give Customer unlimited Time to resolve network problem )

    @JioCare Even after So many Complaint's yet Reliance Jio providing very poor network condition even not able to play youtube, facebook video nor anything Downloading in this poor jio speed, Jio just want me to wait unlimited time and not to ask about that money

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare Yesterday I installed jio fibre connection for the first time but my experience is not good becoz I can't use jio voice call app on my phone or my land line number.if my issue not resolve in two days then I will cancel my jio fiber connection

    @JioCare There is no resolution for jio fiber SR*****BWLBO from last 3 days. Called many time customer care, only response is service engineer will come this time. Really frustrated now, have paid all bills in advance though it's postpaid plan & facing such pathetic service.

    @JioCare How many people are there to respond with the same response. Instead it would have been better if u would these many service engineers who are working. Don't know wt is taking this much time. Will it even be resolved today? I believe u guys don't even have a clue.

    @JioCare You are doing pathetic service officially and asking questions to reply in direct message. As per screenshot you might understand how many times i need to call customer care. Your team doesn't know atleast basic English though I selected English in IVR You are ready to disconnect

    @JioCare That’s the problem.. we don’t have a relationship manager.. the one we were in touch with, has left the company and now with Airtel. Worst customer management I must say!!

    @listenshahid @JioCare If an IAS officer can face such issues, think of the common public. I had a similar experience while trying to get it installed. In end gave up on @reliancejio and opted for other service provider.

    @JioCare @jiocare please do not ask for DM. You r least bothered about the DM. I raised my issue yesterday which pertained to credit card payment. But @jiocare does not care to solve the issue.
