@DoT_India @JioCare Yes Jio care will inform you that we have limited connectivity in your area. we are working in your are you will get network in future ( Jio will give Customer unlimited Time to resolve network problem )

@JioCare Even after So many Complaint's yet Reliance Jio providing very poor network condition even not able to play youtube, facebook video nor anything Downloading in this poor jio speed, Jio just want me to wait unlimited time and not to ask about that money

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I am requesting for jio broadband connection from the last 2 month. A house just 80 meters apart from mine house has that connection. Officials are saying that, can't give a connection as I'll be the only one in this region to get connection. Help.

@JioCare Everyone on Jio Fiber in my area have ssues with upload speed which is only around 1mbps. This started from 4th Dec 1am when Jio Fiber went down for everyone. Engineer visited just resetting our routers but did not resolve the issue. Please assist asap. SR00001362T3.

@reliancejio @JioCare services is degrading day on day almost daily there is network issue wherein it is difficult to work from home in such senerio. Revenue of jio has increased so much that you are not bothered for the service anymore

@reliancejio @JioCare I am facing worst network in Jio since last 20 days. I get daily 1.5 GB but I can't use 500 mb of it because of slow network. It is about 0.48KB/s to 8KB/s network speed. Jio is very poorest network in our city(Jaunpur, UP) that I face.
