@JioCare Even after So many Complaint's yet Reliance Jio providing very poor network condition even not able to play youtube, facebook video nor anything Downloading in this poor jio speed, Jio just want me to wait unlimited time and not to ask about that money

@JioCare Your technician is scheduled to visit tomorrow at 4pm (I won’t hold my breath), a full five days since the problem (still have no clue what it is BYW) was first reported. Ask yourselves if that kind of service would be acceptable to you, @JioCare.

@JioCare When I ask for the compensation for the loss due to the advise of your customer care, then no one replies.Or replies with," that your concern has been forwarded". I need reply room some responsible authority I don't know where is it forwarded.

Dear @reliancejio #West Up I am unable to use your network in #Agra from last many days. Could you please check and solve this issue? No 4g and also sometimes only emergency network available. Don't tell me to change the phone.
