    @RelianceJioCare it has been 7 days my wifi network is disrupted. Engineers not available, repeatedly rescheduling engineer visit. Which ever engineer I call says they have resigned. Jiocare says reschedule engineer visit afresh. App says I have crossed the limit of rescheduling.

    @JioCare It's enough, can you please initiate a cancellation request @JioCare @reliancejio . And refund the amount in my source account. As the issue has not been resolved from your end. And it's my final decision to initiate the disconnection.

    @JioCare I don't want to continue with JIO considering it's poor network and negligence to rectify the glitch after lapse of almost one week. Pl. close the connection and confirm the same refund the balance subscription amt. immediately

    @JioCare There can't be anything worst then Jio Customer service. U people shud shut the business. Ur team has closed the escalation request without addressing it. Ur field engineer don't answer call.
