    @JioCare Done it N number of times still issues persist...Just cancelled my connection as it is no use to argue with no minimum support from Jio team from past 28 days... Same thing constantly said by the team & no solution...

    @JioCare I Switch From Airtel Wifi to Jio Fiber On 1st June this month...but this is my worst decision I ever made jio fiber has been very poor (1 - 18 june) I didn't get any proper internet bad service bad customer service support i live in Kolkata birati.. Airtel is far better

    @rutu609 @JioCare Exactly, it's time to switch from Jio. The Jio network has been getting worse over the past couple of months.

    @JioCare Continuous network issues with Jio AirFiber. Multiple complaints raised, but no effective resolution yet. Please stop the generic responses and share the process to disconnect/close my connection. Extremely disappointed with the service. #JioAirFiber #pathetic

    @rutu609 @JioCare As more high rises start coming up, mobile networks are going to get affected. There are shops here inside a building, i dont get network there and its hardly 10 mtrs from road.
