@JioCare Even after So many Complaint's yet Reliance Jio providing very poor network condition even not able to play youtube, facebook video nor anything Downloading in this poor jio speed, Jio just want me to wait unlimited time and not to ask about that money

@DoT_India @JioCare Yes Jio care will inform you that we have limited connectivity in your area. we are working in your are you will get network in future ( Jio will give Customer unlimited Time to resolve network problem )

@JioCare Jio fiber when it detects my location says we will come to your area soon. Funnily my neighbors already use jio. I even spoke to a jio engineer yesterday while they were fixing issues.

Forget about 4G or 5G internet speed, Jio is not able to provide basic functionality of mobile network. Jio is taking us back to older days where the people were searching for network bars to make calls in remote locations. @JioCare

If I had to wait on long call hearing to IVR feeding me with information that I wont need, I rather go back 10yrs in time. Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

@reliancejio From the last 10 days, R Jio network is very bad at my mobile no 9823957732 in my area. Inside the room , you never expect for completing any single call, you have to come up outside for any call or using any Internet Data. Internet data is not working into the room

@JioCare went to the chembur atur park outlet for a sim card at 3pm. The guy at the counter says “we have a lunch break please come back in an hour “. While the store timings say 10am-10pm. Pathetic customer service.
