@JioCare Even after So many Complaint's yet Reliance Jio providing very poor network condition even not able to play youtube, facebook video nor anything Downloading in this poor jio speed, Jio just want me to wait unlimited time and not to ask about that money

@DoT_India @JioCare Yes Jio care will inform you that we have limited connectivity in your area. we are working in your are you will get network in future ( Jio will give Customer unlimited Time to resolve network problem )

@JioCare @reliancejio I have scheduled an appointment for a visit for 20/03/22 4:00pm and every time I’m scheduling it for today somehow it’s getting rescheduled for 21/03/22 last I spoke to an adviser by the name Shabana and she was very Rude on call

My jio number is getting disconnected on all calls since 10 days and internet is also very slow. Sometimes it stops running. To complain about this, I called on the customer care number, then I am further saddened to see that the voice is getting cut again and again. @JioCare

@reliancejio installed jio fiber n it has been a painful experience requesting engineers to rectify it.a week after installation raised the request for "cancel connection" am so happy. Will now raise awareness about the lousy JiO connection in my society. Say NO to Reliance JIO

Jio network is too poor in Tezpur University campus. Airtel have decent internet speed as well as network but in jio it hardly open YouTube or even whatsapp. Please try to provide good quality network @reliancejio
