    @JioCare why I am paying for 5g if I am not even getting a 4g kind of speed after having all 4 lines of network with 5g … your 5g is slower than tortoise.

    @JioCare Still NO update on my AirFiber installation. Quick to take my money, but now I’m ghosted. Can’t even track the SR because I used a non-Jio number. Install it today or give me a call with a real update. Are you ignoring me because you think one customer doesn't make a difference.

    JioFiber down again. Red light, zero internet, same “restore soon” excuse. People pay for stable service, not repeated outages. Work suffers, but no accountability. @JioCare fix this. This is seriously frustrating now. #JioFiber #InternetDown #PoorService

    2/2 Called again today to raise a complaint and was given a number that turned out to be only for verification, not complaints. No issue logged, no accountability. @JioCare this experience has been really frustrating. Please look into this and provide an actual resolution.
