@JioCare Even after So many Complaint's yet Reliance Jio providing very poor network condition even not able to play youtube, facebook video nor anything Downloading in this poor jio speed, Jio just want me to wait unlimited time and not to ask about that money

@JioCare I wish you took this long to cater to the customer who seeks to buy a new jiofibre connection. Yesterday i got a call twice from a technician to install a new jio connection.This happens at lightening speed.Its the post sales service which is neglected.

@Baba_Satwik @JioCare I am also fed up with frequent problems with jio wifi. More than 24 hours wifi is not working and no resolution in sight. Two days office work stalled. Definitely looking for other options immediately.

@JioCare This “Copy / Paste” answer could work when the complaint is logged for the first few times, not when the same problem and same complaint is being repeated for the past 40 Days! Unfortunately, you people try to manage Jio’s online image but your field service is so very pathetic!

@JioCare @reliancejio why user need to make settings as selecting data saver mode. @reliancejio is a fraud company. They never shows the data consumption in their app. Their customers care support is worst and their executive are fully arrogant.
