Worst @JioCare @reliancejio @Akashtv1Soni please discontinue my account and refund my amount I will setup some other broadband who can resolve our queries/issues quickly, who won't trouble users for their mistakes. No matter how fast is ur internet if u r too slow to solve issues

@JioCare SR000018QYFZ and SR000018QYHX May I know the status of these two service requests?? Why are these numbers of mine not deactivated yet?? I placed the deactivation request in February. This is May. I'm still able to see the numbers on 'My Jio'.

Hey @JioCare @reliancejio there is absolutely no network / signals right in the heart of Hitech City, Hyderabad. My work place is located in Galaxy by Aurobindo (Opposite IKEA) and I have zero network on my mobile at 8th floor!! Can you do something about this?

@JioCare @reliancejio first of all fix your crap IVRS system issues. When I choose Hindi I got people only spoke Hindi and Bengali. When I choose Malayalam I got people who speak Hindi and English. Call is even routed to Mobile desk rather than fiber one. Feel worthless service
