@JioCare It's been a year, looking for Jio Fiber connection to my home,it never been successfull. Every time they say that expanding our network! Jio promised that India will be digitalized, even in Greater municipalities not able to deliver your services,what about rural areas!

My mobile model is 'Samsung S20 FE `5G`'. It has received 5G software update by Samsung. Jio says it is 4G device. I am not able to enable 5G on my Jio sim. 'Samsung S20 FE' is a different model. I'm using 'Samsung S20 FE 5G'. Correct the issue, enable 5G @JioCare @SamsungMobile

I recharged jio number with one year plan and next day @reliancejio added 23 extra days in it. So , it's our mistake that we recharged early. Right? @JioCare . That's the service you give , and when we talk with executive they say just one thing i.e. sorry sir. Great.

@jio_fiber @JioCare From last 3 days your representatives are not able to provide any solution. Not even picking up call. And from last 2 days they are giving fake commitments of coming for maintenance and don't even come at the proposed time.
