  Most furious service provided by @reliancejio . More than 15 complaints one year continuous follow ups @JioCare provided me the ETR for network resolution was 14 april. Now they are not responsible. Why @DoT_India is not talking any action against them. #Jio #mukeshambani

  Today I sat in a diffnt bldg 8th floor, there also was no Jio network, inspite, on the 3rd floor cafeteria there is Jio wifi... But network dies 4-5 floors above in the same building. Infact it is not good anywhere in the entire complex except that cafetra @reliancejio @JioCare

  @reliancejio @JioCare Network is very bad here.. couldn’t place a call / receive a call.. getting missed call notification after hour or so .. increase the bandwidth here or I have to port to other network the only option..

  @TRAI @DoT_India @JioCare They gave a reply that they are not able to solve this a can not give a date for resolution. Same answer was given before 7 months. Think before buying "Jio". This is heart of city in Hyderabad and they don't care. Good bye jio

  @JioCare have requested for portability in JIO postpaid but my request got denied from my previous Operator, although I paid 99+249 and still waiting for refund. It's been 2 month ,not a single customer representative able to help me

  @reliancejio @JioCare and suggested you can back to your service into the Jio after 90 days. Also, your representative said you will get refund your security deposit after 60 days of service disconnection. I have submitted my account details with all required information as well but its not credited
