@JioCare Internet was down for last 5 days, the issue is resolved today. But I lost 5 days validity due to a technical probs at Jio box. Will the plan renewal date gets extended? Customer already pays for 31days in advance but only gets 25days service.

@JioCare Most pathetic customer service you guys have!! #jiofiber is installed but it doesnt have static IP and neither the surveillance camera’s work. Disconnect my connection or I will make the JIO fiber box for my colony is thrown out.

While making calls I am Getting Recharge warning IVR before 3 days.. every day i will be calling 50 to 100 calls How could I workout if IVR disturbs me for every call. Remove it or I will jump on to other network. I don't want to waste my time hearing IVR @JioCare

@JioCare Patience to wait without any resolution is something saint-like. There's no point in having that "expected resolution time" there in the SR if all you can profess to customers is to exercise patience.

@JioCare Jio company is cheating with the consumers of rural areas. The plan which is in metro cities, the same plan is also in rural areas. But 4G speed is available in cities, but there is no network in rural areas. The government should take strict action on this. @TRAI @Anurag_Office
