Done a recharge of 98rs for jio wireless device and to download 5mb of data it is taken 30 mins time and u can understand how slow is the network @JioCare when I call customer care they said due to some network conjunction internet is slow. It means it's waste of my money@JioCare

@tapanyaa @reliancejio @Idea @JioCare First, do analysis which network is good in your location. Then shift to that network instead of Jio. Nowadays Jio data speed is horrible in Hyderabad location.

@DoT_India Sir, everyday the same issue persists and there is no response from Jio but only a tweet saying they will look into the issue. Can you pls suggest if we can take a legal course as well against such a service. And pls be informed I am not reached out by your team @reliancejio
