@JioCare broadband is the biggest fraud in India they won't provide proper service payment done for the new connection 10 days back still installation was not done how shame it and if we cancel it takes 30 days back 2 our account @reliancejio need to be ashamed of this. 🖕

@TRAI @rssharma3 It's better think about taking action on mobile networks like @JioCare n @Airtel_Presence because they are providing worst network in india... if they are charging money they need to provide proper network of not there should be penalty on them if not they dont change.

@JioCare both at office and home the call quality is very bad, at office I have to get down to road to here anything forget about data speed.. Its really getting annoying #jio We have around 5 people in my team having jio and nine can browse.. I'm contemplating porting my number

@JioCare my broadband jio connection is not working since 10 am today morning. On filing a complaint with customer care, the earliest time given is 7th oct 5 pm why? Doesn't an organisation like jio have enough support staff on holidays to tackle breakdowns?
