    @JioCare @chandrsekharsha My intent was to recharge for 699 plan for 3 months. But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

    @reliancejio Hello there! we are facing a huge network failure here. We chosen jio because its network quality was much better than others but it's worst now. This is the 3rd time we are raising the issue in last 6 months. but the issue is not resolved.

    @JioCare why can’t you install a pole in front of my apartment.. it’s always speed and disconnection issue from neighbors house. Now we pay for 150mbps but receives only 10-20 mbps.. Solve or face disconnection.

    @JioCare why don't you have any option for talking to a customer care person regarding ebills? The only way to reach out to a person is to report an issue with network.Even then the cust care person will not forward to accounts/billing team? Only way is to drop a mail to care@jio

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio You guys are just playing a game of escalating and then closing complaints without actually resolving anything. Every time I ask for a simple refund date, I get another generic reply instead of an actual resolution.

    @JioCare how will it help ? You are reopening order from last 5 days. No solution yet. It is basic courtesy from your side to at least call and resolve issue. Giving standard response from 5 days will not help

    Dear @JioCare, what’s the point of advertising “True 5G” when in Veerampur, Shahgarh, Amethi (UP) the network disappears inside homes and 5G works only sometimes? We are paying for 5G but getting 2G-like experience. Calls drop, internet stops, and signal keeps fluctuating.

    On 16th of May, I booked a jio airfiber connection, but they have not installed it. Then I asked them to cancel. I paid the 3 month subscription in advance ₹3,332.46. I'm not sure to whom I need to contact to get the refund. Your sales team is not picking up the phone. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I got a message from you team that myjio sim is out for delivery despite not placing any orders. I then got a call from someone claiming to be from Jio +919213011899 rohit who asked for otp to cancel order but I got a message it was delivered. Reply pls
