    @JioCare why don't you have any option for talking to a customer care person regarding ebills? The only way to reach out to a person is to report an issue with network.Even then the cust care person will not forward to accounts/billing team? Only way is to drop a mail to care@jio

    @JioCare ,@reliancejio I am getting an internet Speed of <10 Mbps on a 100 Mbps plan. Using troubleshooting on myjio app results in a chat window where I am redirected to call customer care number which never gets connected nor there's callback. Pathetic service. Please refund

    @JioCare Till now no resolution has been provided. Today is 25th feb i have used total 7.15 GB IN THIS MONTH my daily limit is 2.5 GB,i have recharged for 1 year.I don't want your service.If you don't want to service customers,please stop your services here asap.

    @JioCare @chandrsekharsha My intent was to recharge for 699 plan for 3 months. But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

    @JioCare why can’t you install a pole in front of my apartment.. it’s always speed and disconnection issue from neighbors house. Now we pay for 150mbps but receives only 10-20 mbps.. Solve or face disconnection.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still issue not rectified, it's almost nearing 48hrs. Yesterday they checked inside near router and informed that inside premises everything is fine some issue outside, again today they called and informe they cannot trace wire and need access inside premises

    @JioCare 60-100kbps on a 4G sim,wow.i have a broadband connection in my home i recharged my jio nmbr with 151 work from home plan for emergency and if i go outside.I think u guyz need some improvement or upgrade ur infrastructre,current system is not enough to handle the userbase pperly.

    @JioCare -From last two days , my jio fiber is not working and am trying desperately to get a engineer visit. The service request after many attempts was raised yesterday at 2 pm and no one has visited till now. Can you please send some engineer , my work is getting hampered.

    @JioCare In my area, even though the Jio network is full, the internet speed is quite slow. By evening, the speed of internet becomes equal to 2G. We have changed the phone settings, SIM card also in other slots and mobiles, this problem is happening in the entire area.
