    @ConsumerCom Sir we raised a cancellation request in @JioCare and services deactived finally I need to get refund, it's been a month no refund initiated and no cse is responded we raised many mails but no proper responce please take this complaint and save our middle class PPL

    @JioCare Hello there! we are facing a huge network failure here. We chosen jio because its network quality was much better than others but it's worst now. This is the 3rd time we are raising the issue in last 6 months. but issue is not resolved.

    @JioCare Till now no resolution has been provided. Today is 25th feb i have used total 7.15 GB IN THIS MONTH my daily limit is 2.5 GB,i have recharged for 1 year.I don't want your service.If you don't want to service customers,please stop your services here asap.

    @JioCare ,@reliancejio I am getting an internet Speed of <10 Mbps on a 100 Mbps plan. Using troubleshooting on myjio app results in a chat window where I am redirected to call customer care number which never gets connected nor there's callback. Pathetic service. Please refund

    @SonyLIV @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio I paid around 8500rs per year. The given photo has premium caption written on it and 4 minute ads appear, is this what I spend money to see? Shame on you jio and sony live dont buy jio airfiber or sonyliv subscription poor service.

    @JioCare since last 48 hrs Jio Fiber is not working in our area Indirapuram Ghaziabad 201014. We had approached jio care 1800 896 9999 on Sunday at 14.52 hrs. and being assured team is working on it, issue will be resolved within 2hrs. But sorry to say problem not resolved.

    @reliancejio I am being harrased to the highest order in reactivating my sim. My daughter studies in a hostel and lost her sim. I am trying to reactivate the sim but being denied as some rep of urs entered wrong name not matching the IDs. This is not done. Pls help!!

    @JioCare @JioCare This is beyond frustrating now. I reported severe network issues back in Oct 2025, shared all details via DM as asked, and it’s now April 2026 — still no resolution. I’ve raised complaints multiple times via calls and here on X. No action, no follow-up, no improvement.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have already change the setting of my device, didn't I mentioned in the above tweet that it's not about my device it's about the area . You can check with your network team that today at 5.18PM whole network was gone.

    @JioCare my issue is since installed i didn't get network like it shows green light but network not working, my technician team said that this is the backend network team side issue because they didn't activate my airfiber. Kindly look into this my issue and resolve it my issue
