But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

And now, being such a supposedly “large” company, you can't even refund the amount for the 8 days of non-service or extend the validity by 8 days?
