I have been #airtel customer for 10+ yrs plus w/ 3 mbl srvc. since last yr im complaining #network issues & they didn't do a shit. but prompt in disconnecting outgoing/incoming. Look up my tweets.

But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

If Reliance believes in cheating then it's fine else cancel the connection or change to the plan that I had asked. Else refund me the amount. It is rightly said Airtel is much better. Please expedite
