The only way to reach out to a person is to report an issue with network.Even then the cust care person will not forward to accounts/billing team? Only way is to drop a mail to care@jio

But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

Bose (@DebashishBose_) reported@reliancejio @JioCare Dear team Jio This has the reference to Complaint Service request no SR000035FAO9 dated 8/5/26 and many earlier requests of frequent breakdown of internet 🛜 connectivity which is persistently occurring. I have also apprised your several service engineers that the problem lies in the junction box as the wires get disconnected due to wind or when other connections are attended to by your technicians. I have been told me that they will change the junction box, which has not been changed yet. And the problem is not yet solved, I along with other residents of this area are also facing the same problem.
