We chosen jio because its network quality was much better than others but it's worst now. This is the 3rd time we are raising the issue in last 6 months. but issue is not resolved.

But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. Based on my personal experience, Jio has been the worst in terms of customer service. Engineer assignments without actual visits, repeated delays and false assurances have made this experience.
