    @Keshav1206 @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @airtelindia Be careful w/ @Airtel_Presence they're as horrible as any other. I have been #airtel customer for 10+ yrs plus w/ 3 mbl srvc. since last yr im complaining #network issues & they didn't do a shit. but prompt in disconnecting outgoing/incoming. Look up my tweets.

    @JioCare It's been 3 months since I have raised a complaint against network issues but There is no resolution.people are laughing at your service.every time I contact your people but taking me as a joke.this is not a proper response. be shame at your service.

    @JioCare ,@reliancejio I am getting an internet Speed of <10 Mbps on a 100 Mbps plan. Using troubleshooting on myjio app results in a chat window where I am redirected to call customer care number which never gets connected nor there's callback. Pathetic service. Please refund

    @reliancejio @JioCare as per the discussion from march1st your team informed the network & speed will increase in our location and I dont see any change even after 2 months. Just 1 or 2 points of signal. Planning to stop using Jio. My location 502032

    @JioCare Till now no resolution has been provided. Today is 25th feb i have used total 7.15 GB IN THIS MONTH my daily limit is 2.5 GB,i have recharged for 1 year.I don't want your service.If you don't want to service customers,please stop your services here asap.

    @JioCare why don't you have any option for talking to a customer care person regarding ebills? The only way to reach out to a person is to report an issue with network.Even then the cust care person will not forward to accounts/billing team? Only way is to drop a mail to care@jio

    @JioCare @chandrsekharsha My intent was to recharge for 699 plan for 3 months. But the plan given was of 2499 per month.Please revert me back to my 3-month plan for 699.I had never used/require a plan which is beyond 700. And jio wrongly recommended a plan of 2499 which is more of misguiding the customers

    Worst experience from reliance digital even after multiple follow up no response from store and twitter helpline now I have thrown AC at the store didn't want these type of services. @RelianceDigital @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    Terrible service, @reliancejio @JioCare . I was told an engineer would visit today between 1 and 2 PM, but no one has arrived and my JioFiber connection is still down. I work from home, and this kind of delay is completely unacceptable. Please resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare @JioCare Haven’t received any SMS from jiofiber as yet. I think you have a severe shortage of qualified engineers or the number of complaints is so huge that even after 3 days of registering a complaint, jiofiber is not able to schedule an engineer visit.

    @reliancejio @JioCare +918217865349 This is the number of executive from Basavakalyan Karnataka Pincode 585327 They are not able to solve any complaint related to jio network The moment electricity is cut-off The mobile network is lost in our locality And you are doing nothing

    @reliancejio @JioCare network has turned pathetic in last 2-3 months. Nowhere it is 5G and keep dropping out. It reminds of days of 2G when connectivity was an issue. Jio started well but faltering compared to @airtelindia
