@JioCare My friend @AyushiG33125831 got a replacement sim and a person from Jio said it will activate in 4 hours, it hasn't and it's been 12 hours+ She tried to get in touch but the lady ended the call, she has emailed you as well Solve this issue ASAP @reliancejio

@sujeetverma333 Their services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare
