So it all started with an bad network from @airtelindia at my place for with I raised a complaint as well as opted for porting for other network which is @reliancejio . A guy from airtel customer care called and said sir give us 48hrs to check on it and I will revert back but

@JioCare My friend @AyushiG33125831 got a replacement sim and a person from Jio said it will activate in 4 hours, it hasn't and it's been 12 hours+ She tried to get in touch but the lady ended the call, she has emailed you as well Solve this issue ASAP @reliancejio

@JioCare Internet down since 16th June. And the problem is the cable is broken from the poll and will hardly take few minutes to fix it. But talented,efficient Jio and it's staff are investigating how to fix such big issue and spending hours to figure out which department will fix it.

Call got disconnected every time. You call again, waste time with IVR and if you are fortunate enough, describe the entire episode again and the result will remain same. Wonderful service @JioCare. What if my privacy and security is compromised and the issued sim is misused?
