    @JioCare I have been facing a problem in your app due to which m unable to recharge my number... I would want to know that as the problem is from your end and the customer isn't able to make a recharge don't you think it's your responsibility to not bar the customers outgoing

    @JioCare Why should the customer pay for a problem on your side and a company like Jio is so stingy that they can't even give a days or 2 days grace for a problem on your side and also that you are incapable of solvin the issue to ease the inconvenience.

    @reliancejio in 3rd bhoiwada we most of time did not get any network neither we can do call or neither we can receive call from anyone. If it would remain the same then i have to do port and switch the network.

    @JioCare I also will be goin viral with this matter as I had called your customer care last evening and I was told that max within 48 hours the problem will be solved I see no sign of any sense of responsibility from your end....

    @JioCare there is very poor connection of internet on my phone I can make calls but when i use internet its very slow or not working mobile data is also on and this problem is in just one of the room of my house rest every wer the internt is working proper

    @JioCare I can't recharge my number cuz ur app isn't working n u r so stingy that u can't even give some extra validity period for a issue from ur end..n u have barred my outgoing calls....such a stingy company....

    @JioCare My broadband not working from 24 hrs.. getting SMS from fiber that It will be resolved in 2 hour 3 hour but problem persists.. when will the broadband work and please compensate me for the huge downtime
