    @JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio recharged mobile with IR pack but it was not connected to JIO network, will the IR pack be activated later or amount will be refunded.. pls help There is no much help I could get it on Jio App

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017NF3A for your JioFiber connection your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-11-2021 : 15:15:00. Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.

    @JioCare sir, i want to bring to your notice that in night i didn't used data and in morning i just checked my msg and i received msg that you have used 50%of your data, this same problem was before also that time i called your customer care and it was solved again also same prob

    @JioCare How long did I have to wait for resolving the service request w.e.f 08.08.2022, The pickup representative of @JioFiberChennai who picked my device from home was updated misrepresented, it is ur fault one month old device and running good till 30.07.2022,

    @JioCare @reliancejio Heard that, u t offering more to your customers. I'm also ur 1 of the customer. I request you to add 1 more offer to all ur customers. That is, can u offer 1 tower for each of ur customers? It will be more helpful. Expecting ur reply. Regards JIO customer

    @JioCare @JioFiberChennai @JioFiberVoice I complained of internet issue for past two days. Service request raised SR00001806CK. But no engineer came or serviced till now. The customer care simply rescheduling. When this issue will be resolved

    @JioCare When is that earliest?? In this wfh situation all my works are effected due to this downtime. I will have no option other than closing my connection if the issue is not solved before tomorrow's afternoon This is really pathetic service!! It's just 2 months since switched to jio

    "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved. If this problem is not fixed immediately, I do not want this fiber connection anymore and request you to disconnect it." @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup and nobody will answer the call..

    @JioCare Kavita, * give me SR name you got this details from. * UTR meaning? Was sent to which email? No junk or regular got any utr. * 750 is not 1500/2500 I can't access any jiofiber SR so to challenge them, I will need you guys help to questioning I can bring it on phone.

    It's been over 1 month since I placed my JioFiber order (LR00001DH34N) and paid ₹807. Your team even called and took an OTP, but after that there has been no installation, no update, and no resolution. How can a customer wait this long for a connection? Please explain. @JioCare

    Your in-app chatbot is an absolute joke, it just tells me to buy more of your services for some reason instead of giving any valuable answer. Your engineers just say "sorry can't do anything call customer care" and hangs up. I've basically lost the ability to contact @JioCare
