@JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

Never seen such a PATHETIC SERVICE from any of the service providers like @reliancejio Their customer support is equally mediocre @JioCare , simultaneously I am using @VodafoneIN which is far far better than these money minded crooks. Talking to their cc is sheer waste of time .

@JioCare I booked a jio fiber connection, paid for it. The appointment schedule for installation was between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM today. It has been 4 hours since then but no one came. Sometime the customer is in urgent need.
