    Im getting worst internet speed @reliancejio @JioCare at my location, especially after evening 6pm and above i couldnt even send a msgs in whatsapp.During day time its ok the network speed is average.kindly fix the issue ASAP.

    @JioCare Hi I have shared all the details on DM. But looks like peoples respond when ever they feel comfortable. It’s more than 24 hrs, not sure whether I’m interacting to the right peoples. can I get a solution to this? Can you arrange a call back

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017NF3A for your JioFiber connection your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-11-2021 : 15:15:00. Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.

    @JioCare I am experiencing very low network speed for the past few days ! Not at all fair to have reduced the network speed when people are using the mobiles more due to lockdown ! Location : Thirumazhisai , Pincode 600124.

    Most of the areas in #Chennai have the same problem which is created by @reliancejio First of all they don't get any permission to do this, secondly they create a mess , hindering water supply to trees and breaking of tree branches.. #SaveEnvironment #SaveTrees #SwachhBharat

    @Airtel_Presence Your team told there is some network issue at my location after 48 days that too on next day of getting my PORT request it is too annoying Pls grow up your customer satisfactory work or atleast the response. Starting Jio and promoting the same to all around @JioCare JioCare

    @JioCare I had requested multiple times that in my area network coverage is zero... Whereas I m residing in a prime location in metro city of Chennai.Its almost 60 days of my request..But no solution could be found out.Please do something otherwise I will bound to switch to other network.

    When I called the technician Uttam Kumar who had installed the fiber connection to get it fixed, told me to throw it away and not to call him. The person Deepak(9218054173)who booked Fiber connection isn't answering calls and is refusing to issue a refund. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I visited the jiocentre as per your instruction. Thry more than 1.5 hour for taking the device and processing my KYC. Now they informed me that it will take another 2 days for the connection. Pathetoc service by @reliancejio . My initial appointment for new connection was for 8th

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been facing extremely slow internet speeds for a long time. Customer care calls are also getting disconnected automatically. Kindly arrange a technician visit and resolve the issue at the earliest.

The assigned technician is not picking up calls, and customer support has been unable to provide any concrete update.Requesting immediate action and a permanent resolution #JioFiber #JioCare
