    @JioCare What are the health issues, used one month new device, did ur representative mentioned at the time of pick-up, it is not done him, ur advertisement for trail version and after pickup ur cheating the public, this is the way ur doing business.

    @Airtel_Presence Your team told there is some network issue at my location after 48 days that too on next day of getting my PORT request it is too annoying Pls grow up your customer satisfactory work or atleast the response. Starting Jio and promoting the same to all around @JioCare JioCare

    4.5gb per day in speed of 3g and sometimes 2g. Everyone live in 2020 but i live in 2010 'cause of ji network. What the hell @JioCare.

    Most of the areas in #Chennai have the same problem which is created by @reliancejio First of all they don't get any permission to do this, secondly they create a mess , hindering water supply to trees and breaking of tree branches.. #SaveEnvironment #SaveTrees #SwachhBharat

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber When I requested escalation, they refused to connect me to a supervisor, saying all supervisors are "busy." Being a prepaid customer doesn't mean I should pay for days without service. This is unacceptable customer support and poor service accountability.

    Mu request on highest priority and after assurance i kept the phone , when i opened jio app and check my service request status, they changed schedule visit from 28 to 31 without my consent.. What kind of priority is this ? @JioCare @JIOFIBER8 @reliancejio

    @JioCare @DoT_India Since more then 1 months, issue not resolved. Biggest fraud customer service, on the name of 5G network only scam with people, worst speed and unable to call to national cyber number from jio.

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare its been 100 days and 11 complaints. Congratulations on completing a century in not solving the issue. Still the same old response and no resolution. Partial Refund initiated, 80% left Hope you guys have a little shame left.

    No internet. No engineer. No accountability. Just automated replies and broken promises from @JioCare. I've already escalated this to the National Consumer Helpline (Docket: 9826659). If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll pursue every available legal and regulatory remedy.

    @JioCare No, I need an explanation. Why did this happen? Do I have to keep chasing your team and waiting for installation every time? Don't I have other work? Ensure the engineer completes installation before tomorrow 12 PM, or I'll be forced to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum.
