@JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

Hi @reliancejio @jio_fiber , I am appalled by your pathetic service where despite paying the registering for fiber and installation charges in full on 24 December 2022 my installation has not happened till 3 January 2023.
