    @JioCare I am experiencing very low network speed for the past few days ! Not at all fair to have reduced the network speed when people are using the mobiles more due to lockdown ! Location : Thirumazhisai , Pincode 600124.

    @JioCare I am facing issue in my router from the past 5 days from the time of installation. I am getting only 10-20 Mbps speed on 2.4 GHz. Band. Two time service request raised but no resolution. 8248363580. Please change router.

    Never seen such a PATHETIC SERVICE from any of the service providers like @reliancejio Their customer support is equally mediocre @JioCare , simultaneously I am using @VodafoneIN which is far far better than these money minded crooks. Talking to their cc is sheer waste of time .

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFi-Internet speed never reaches 2Mbps now a days!! It’s 1PM now and it becomes worst in night times. Disappointed with your service. #Airtel is better here tbh. Location : Velachery-Chennai

    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017NF3A for your JioFiber connection your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-11-2021 : 15:15:00. Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.

    @JioCare request you to explain the process of surrendering the jio fiber connection. The internet is down for last three days (600116)and no service engineer attended even after raising multiple service request . So I don't trust and shift to better fiber or ISP like airtel

    @JioCare it's been 2 days since I lost fiber net connection. SR00001372V8 also created yesterday afternoon without any resolution or even call from your support team. This is not the experience I expected from jio.

    @JioCare 4 days without internet! Multiple complaints, multiple calls, but no engineer visit. One complaint marked "Resolved" despite no fix, another "On Hold". Customer care only asks me to wait. We have 4 Jio SIMs and 3 JioFiber connections in our family. If this is how loyal customers are treated, we'll shift everything to Airtel. JioFiber: 7313177798 .     @Portfolio_Bull @reliancejio It’s ridiculous how every customer service option takes you round in circles with no clear direction on how to cancel one’s Jio connection . The number is dead for two weeks but sure the bills will keep getting generated .

    @JioCare Internet is down since 12 pm yesterday. Service request raised for 7 to 8 pm slot yesterday in which the engineer did not visit. No help from call centre either. No response to email as well. The slot to book now is only for 2nd July. Can i get any help l? SR00002M6R1A

    @JioCare Refund my ₹1,200 reallocation amount immediately. You deactivated my service, no one has called me, your customer care is unreachable, and I'm getting no response anywhere. This is the worst support experience I've had. If this isn't resolved today I'll switch to Airtel
