    @JioCare it's been 2 days since I lost fiber net connection. SR00001372V8 also created yesterday afternoon without any resolution or even call from your support team. This is not the experience I expected from jio.

    @JioCare What are the health issues, used one month new device, did ur representative mentioned at the time of pick-up, it is not done him, ur advertisement for trail version and after pickup ur cheating the public, this is the way ur doing business.

    @Airtel_Presence Your team told there is some network issue at my location after 48 days that too on next day of getting my PORT request it is too annoying Pls grow up your customer satisfactory work or atleast the response. Starting Jio and promoting the same to all around @JioCare JioCare

    @reliancejio data quality in my location is terrible. I get a max speed of 2mbps at night and during day i can barely surf on the internet. My current location is Poonamallee Chennai-600056. Please improve network quality by installing more towers since there are many jio users

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the Jio 5G service in my area. Despite showing 5G coverage, the network is unstable, speeds are very slow, and calls frequently drop. This issue has been ongoing and is affecting daily work and communication. Kindly investigate this urgently.
