    @JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

    Never seen such a PATHETIC SERVICE from any of the service providers like @reliancejio Their customer support is equally mediocre @JioCare , simultaneously I am using @VodafoneIN which is far far better than these money minded crooks. Talking to their cc is sheer waste of time .

    @JioCare i live in Antarwali sarati village, TQ. Ambad, dist. Jalna, pin code 431205. Almost 90% village usese jio network. But network coverage in the area is very poor. Kindly take notice of this and provide quality service to the customers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've reported a problem under ID SR00001CFGP2. When contacting CC about a minor STB issue that is blinking with a green light, they are escalating the problem from day one and there has been no answer regarding a fix for more than 4+ days #jiofibre #jiostb
