    @JioCare @JioCare Provided everything you should need for a refund of Rs. 10000 on your DM, no one is responding. Refund the money you deceived us into paying right now. No generic customer service responses, no new customer support agent every time, assign one person and get this done.

    If this problem can be resolved permanently, I would be happy to continue with JioFiber. Otherwise, I may have to switch to another provider despite having an active subscription. Please look into this matter urgently and provide a permanent solution. @JioCare #JioFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio fiber is down since morning in Malad area. First ETA 3:30pm and now shifted to 11:30pm. What is the issue? Got an sms after the internet got cut. Can you send an advance notice so that I can plan my day accordingly?

    @reliancejio @JioCare It’s indeed a Herculean task to get in touch with your customer care executive, pathetic IVR commands and I didn’t even get a close option to my grievance. Ending Sonam Wangchuk’s hunger strike seems difficult than connecting with your team ig.

    @JioCare @airtelindia Jio why this week network in areas like sector 44, sector 17 ,14 of Gurgaon and almost no tranfer of data ..even simple task cannot be carried with JIO network. AIRTEL seems to be the better option..

    @JioCare my #jiofiber connection is down since 10th of July. There has been no resolution yet. Service engineer said it is down in the entire building and will be resolved in 24 hours, that's done, no resolution yet. Service Request number SR00003B2HA7.
