@reliancejio what is the issue with your Jio network? Sometimes I feel it is better to switchover with other network. Please ensure-to provide proactive services to your customers when you charge huge amount for 28days validity. Recently @reliancejio has raised amounts.@JioCare

@JioCare I have tried putting the sim in other phone as well . But still sms is not being sent on 1900 no. On other no sms is sent . So this is not phone problem. This is your inability to send sms to 1 number 1900. @reliancejio will u b able to solve the problem or not ?
