I mistakenly went into this section "Port to Jio" in My Jio App and ordered a new sim mistakenly or something idk please undo it ...its not required... couldn't reach your customer support please look into it or contact me @JioCare

@JioCare phone no 9971835043, no signals etc coming and is not in use. Need to get ownership changed etc as the initial owner passed away, tried visiting 3 centers in Delhi but no one could guide proper way. Can u please help
