@JioCare Poor customer service. Nobody responding on call center. Just waiting & waiting. I have cancelled my jio fibre connection in Jan20 and got 50% refund in Dec20 i.e. after 11 month. Still waiting to get balance 750.I m approaching to consumer forum for deposit refund & interest

@JioCare your speed in jhunjhunu(rajasthan) is very low. Beacuse of your connectivity my on time exam submission delayed for 12 minutes. i was unable to upload to my answers on time.I request you to please increase speed or i have to switch on another network. Thanks

@reliancejio @JioCare First resolve the issue- Jio Team in Madhurwada, AndhraPradesh is not attending calls for new connection. As there is problem with the switch that they have set up in my appartment. Tired of calling the sales execuitve and Jio Managers none worked. Please look into it
