2/ @reliancejio @JioCare No one contacts me for collection of equipment and the service requests are closed automatically. Can this be looked into on priority basis? You guys call 3times for new connection but no response to collect and refund the amount after so many attempts.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have disconnected the prepaid jiofiber connection almost 4 months back. Have raised 6 service request now for collection of equipment and refund of payment. But to no avail.
