Being an online learner I have to wait for a specific time for smooth streaming of my classes even I am unable to see it live so I have to wait for the recorded lecture. No more Jio now.

last 2 year I complained several times regarding very slow Internet speed and low network at my location and from @reliancejio I get the same reply from your customer care executive that “we are working on it . It is temporary”. Now 2 how much you time need to fix this issue .
