Sorry to say i am facing this issue from 58 hours and i also make 12 times complaint your enginer also visit three Times and without my permission my connection is disconnected Yesterday I don't want your connection now Just take the device back... And give me my refund @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare internet is not accessible since 5 PM approximately. Issue still open. Continuous red led blinking even after router restart. Issue persist and no TAT shared yet

@JioCare @reliancejio Ty for restoring internet quickly. However your Jio app is worst. Can't even open a service request but when I complained here, a request was raised and internet came back within 6 to 8 hrs :) Good but please also invest some money in improving your App 1/2

@JioCare Hi Neelam, the issue is on 12.Feb.2022 took new jio fiber prepaid connection after disconnecting jio postpaid connection. In the new jio fiber prepaid connection, remote control was not given. Engineer did setup through old remote control only.
