    @JioCare @reliancejio can anyone help. New fiber connection req raised on wed, order no NO0000H718V6 and it was assured that by saturday (yesterday) it will be installed. But you guys are rescheduling the visit again & again. Other vendors are doing same job within 1-2 days.

    @JioCare We Dombivli citizens have so much potential in Indian gaming community but we held back because we don't have a good broadband connection. I am contacting Jio from so many months for the fiber connection but every one says we don't have service in Dombivli or Kopar. PleaseHelp

    @JioCare Such poor customer service from Jio. I made a payment for Jio Fiber installation on 20/04/2021 and they said they will install it by 22/04/2021. The guy who came to receive the payment is not answering the call and the one who was assigned to look after the service he is

    Hello @JioCare 4 days before your customer's data pack is finished, you send frequent messages and frequent calls to your customer. This is a good thing to do once,but I think people will not forget once they get the information, there is no need to disturb people with frequent

    @JioCare @reliancejio So for the only Piller on 2nd main road, near rajasekar tent, 560061 do you expect 8 users getting 12 mbps instead of 100 is ok? I have read your excuses atleast 100 customer per day & not ready to believe your scripted responses.
