  @JioCare Big issue of network at Bad sahaj bahal, Po-Jagalpat, Ps-Gaisilet, Dist-Bargarh, Odisha. Many users join with reliance jio & acquire about 3 km distance network of kathaumal. So we tried since last 2017. Plz solve this problem otherwise we'll perforce to close sim🙏

  @reliancejio @JioCare, This is very pathetic sending unexpected postpaid bill when my number is not subscribed to Netflix,I haven't subscribed anything as such.Your customer support is not able to help me either by mail or on call. Please do mind I will not be liable to pay

  @JioCare Jio internet speed is very slow & poor here at my location ( Village- khaneth, ,Ara, Bihar). 15 days are going to complete I have complaint regarding this matter but till now my complaint is not resolved. @JioCare @reliancejio Please resolve this issue.

  @reliancejio @JioCare , SR000016PR5E: The engineer informed me your connection cannot be fixed as the box is more than 200m away. I am using Jio fiber since 2 years now. Why did you gave the connection when you can't support it. Either fix or refund the amount for 1 year plan.

  @JioCare @imnukul Don't think of porting to Jio. They have the worst customer service. It's so difficult to speak to customer care and after so much trouble they hang up call in middle of conversation if they can't solve the query. Happened 4 times in an hour. Worst service
