@JioCare Hi Akshay, it is a glitch from your side , why i have to pay for that , it is technical issues in your application , i go for normal recharge but due to your technical problem i have lost my money . Saying the amount cannot be refunded it is not the solution of the problem.

@JioCare Kishore, the person who installed our device doesn't offer to ans calls anymore.Very bad experience with him, despite telling him to start from 10 days later, he started the connection next day itself, resulting into 2 connection (neelkanth business park - kishore)

@JioCare I recently moved to Hyderabad. Jio Connectivity is bad in the area I moved in. Can you suggest something or look into the issue, if any? I'll need to try other network operator as well.

@JioCare I have requested for jio fiber and also registered paying 1500/- .The installation was supposed to happen on 31st march before 18:45.But till now I haven't got any call and dnt know the status and not getting any help from app, email, live chat. Order No: NO0000GZ56SS
