    @JioCare Even after complaining many times, my problem is not resolved yet, if my network problem is not resolved in this week, then all the SIMs of jio have to be ported .

    @reliancejio there is no improvement in the network of Jio since the past year and now it has become just pathetic recently. I am stuck because I have a yearly plan. Can I get a refund or a pro rata one so I can move to Airtel which is better and everyone is moving in noida

    @JioCare unable to get Jio fiber at my location. Ordered it many times. no response. Even the network fluctuates every now and then. How can I do wfh with this? Pathetic condition. Pls help.
