    My husband made a recharge of ₹2999 after the recharge whenever he’s turning on his mobile data the network goes “no service “ and when we contact to customer service they are giving different excuses and thisway JIO is fooling middle class people @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    Worst service from @JioCare and @reliancejio marketed jio fibre as 3months + 1month package free option but now stating as its not their fault and it's marketing team fault. Don't fall in their marketing strategy where you get suspended from services in mid month.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup fiber customer care has been saying that for 100 mbs , 1 month there is no installation charges and the local service providers are saying without 3 months plan we will not provide services. this is not something not what I expected from jio.

    @JioCare R you listening?? I brought new connection with one year packege and 1st July installation done, but 30 min after installation it was down, got resolution after calling several times to installation engineer. But still my jio phone nos +914035955702 not working.

    @reliancejio i am not getting proper network since you had given 5g i still waiting for proper network , irrespective of your main job hiking the price you had done nothing to add for network you are still using bsnl network which supports only 4g

    @reliancejio @JioCare Unless @TRAI does something about this, jio will continue fooling common people and airtel ain't better either. I don't even wanna talk to jio folks as their L1 support is fools who don't know iota of how data works and will just keep repeating that I somehow used 40 GB in 40 min

    No use of Jio sim at all. Forget internet but unable to call indifficult times as waterlogging .Why do we have to pay hefty price if no service is ever provided. This is not for today or this month. Whenever light goes Jio services get nullified. @reliancejio #Jio #Nalasoparaeast
