@JioCare Patience to wait without any resolution is something saint-like. There's no point in having that "expected resolution time" there in the SR if all you can profess to customers is to exercise patience.

While making calls I am Getting Recharge warning IVR before 3 days.. every day i will be calling 50 to 100 calls How could I workout if IVR disturbs me for every call. Remove it or I will jump on to other network. I don't want to waste my time hearing IVR @JioCare

@Airtel_Presence Simple issues I have 2 airtel numbers . I won't like to recharge both for incoming now airtel increased minimum recharge amount also. So I won't need this network anymore. @JioCare giving free incoming calls. 💙

@JioCare Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. Jio is just a bad network especially in rural areas as they don't want to invest there.

Jio has your IMEI tagged as using Jio in the second SIM slot now (eSIM’s are always considered second SIM’s even if you only use one).
