So this means I will be loosing 10 days of my recharge which is approx 500. Now u only say is your service not poor?

Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. Multiple engineers were scheduled for home visit and none of them came so far. This is impacting my office work from home badly. One of the worst service provider.
