@JioCare what is going on team. My internet is down for over a week now. I have logged two tickets. Nobody has shown up at my doorstep to resolve it. All I hear is we would come at this timeframe but nobody shows up. I didn’t pay you for this. This is unfair and unprofessional.

Very unhappy with @reliancejio this time.they have only thought about India viewers for @IPL but didn't think about Indian in abroad how can they watch IPL because Jio cinema is not working in abroad. over here cricket and family can only heal our pain so please do something🙏

After >24 hrs of registration for jio fiber. ,compliting all the procedure and payments fiber hasn't installed yet @JioCare @JioOdisha .Its an unexpected service from jio .Kindly reply asap.

@JioCare @RailWireIndia You people are not providing good internet which disconnects each time with small wind and there is no TV . Either you refund or I will go to customer court for misleading the customer.
