@JioCare @reliancejio Do their technical team knows anything apart from installation ?Do they know how to fix High ping with a server out of India? Why users of Airtel & ACT are not facing such issues? so much for cheap stuff , you receive poor service & technical help.

@JioCare Yes, it was done successfully but finally I had to arrange another agency with proper tools to complete the work needed to help your people to lay the cable. This was avoidable and sore point and it shows that your installation team is ill equipped to handle the work.

@JioCare Hi Jio team, It is very painful to say that Joi tower team installed a Solar panel in my premises which illegally occupied my land. Complaint raised to Jaipur office to Sandeep pandey 8003293243. Will take legal action in next 3 days if immediate action will. It be taken.

@reliancejio#Nonresponsive staff. NO0000LBMLX5 order created in Apr 22 but due to non responsive attitude of your staff, the connection could not be extended since "Jio Fibre didn't have cassette in new Fibre termination boxes". Finally I canceled the order. Poor customer service

@JioCare @reliancejio , this is unfair that sounding tone of 3 days before the expiring recharge plan for next recharge. In case of any emergency when people in extreme urgency need to call another one, takes this tone 45sec. time , then only ringing opposite person mobile.
