    @JioCare I asked if I’m eligible for a refund or not? It’s a yes or no question. Furthermore, it’s been a week and you still haven’t installed the fiber in my place. This is not the service I paid for, so no work is done hence just refund it

    @JioCare Read through this entire thread, I repeat I am not paying a dime for the bills you have generated for period where service was not there. Trusting you I paid 3 bills hoping you would resolve. After 9 months still not resolved. Fix or return credit as you promised.

    @JioCare Your engineer didn't even show up, yet the first complaint was marked as resolved—what kind of service is this? What was the point of the recharge? Is Ambani's father going to pay for these four days? The Wi-Fi still isn't working. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I know i'll receive an sms once the service is restored. How many days you guys want to restore the service. This is idiotic. I said I wanted a call from your manager. No call received. No proper customer service. No internet for 3 days now. Last week two days. Last month 5 days

    Dear @JioCare, For the last 6 months, your network in our area has been showing 5G, but the internet is barely usable. Calls and data frequently fail despite multiple complaints. The issue still remains unresolved. Kindly investigate and resolve this at the earliest.

    @FibreJio @JioCare I am extremely disappointed with your services. My Internet connection is down for the past 5 days. Despite repeated complaints no one from your company has visited to sort out the problem. If you cannot sort out the issue please disconnect and refund the balance

    @JioCare Understandable that rain might have caused some issues, but there is no solution being provided by @JioCare. And now the call has been cut by their end with no whatsoever solution to this issue. I might go for @airtelindia wifi.
