Either cancel my internet connection and refund my remaining service advance, or fix these persistent issues for once and all.

Gursimranjit Singh (@gursimranjit) reported@JioCare Latest Update. Engineer assigned on the service ticket for 7 to 8 PM visit this evening. Spoke with engineer, he straight up refused visiting within this time slot and said he will visit tomorrow morning as it is late now. Jio has no control over service being adhered on time.
