    @Airtel_Presence You can try but i already know your solution will be that you can give free Amazon prime only for first year to your Postpaid users. that's why i am looking for switch to @ViCustomerCare (as my friend confirmed that VI is giving free amazon prime every year) or @reliancejio

    I ordered JioFiber connection along with the Set-top box with Order Number NO0000HTJ9V6 and JioFiber Voice number is +912235750508 on 1/07/202. I still not get my connection active. I mailed & called at customer care. Still no one able to resolve issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    To make this public, @reliancejio and @JioCare have failed to resolve my issue even after raising the complaint 5 times in last 30 days. For Inhave suffered this, let this be a lesson for others that do not get jio fiber. The service team is the worst.

    @BSNL_BR Now, I figured out why you never reached top spot in telecom industry. Lazy employees and zero support center. Fed up with the service, don't have any alternative in this work from home environment. Waiting for @JioCare @Airtel_Presence to launch services in my area.
