    @reliancejio it's a regretted information to say that. I continuously try to connect with jio care senior team but after trying a lot of time I can't connect with them. And my problem didn't have solve. @JioCare #jiocare #jio

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio number is 93273 62714 at local jio store in pladi Ahmedabad we went there told ur staff to close the Post paid card they said it's not in our hand worst answer they said do it ur self through call to call centre and this very difficult for aged person

    @reliancejio Don't know when Jio company will correct its mistakes and remove its shortcomings. After getting rid of network issues, Now i am facing call drop problem. Turning airplane mode on and off several times to make calls. Its disgusting and irritating.

    @JioCare @reliancejio No network in my area. Couldn't open MyJio app even. Unable to raise the ticket with poor network. Even 5G was launched here. But getting only 2G speed.. do something.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago I had booked 2 jio phones pre-booking Rs.1000 earlier. So many times I have contacted the jio store but we didn't get a resolution Or device. Either return my money or give a device to me.

    @JioCare But you are doing nothing and have done nothing in the last 30 days to improve your network. And that's why it's almost hard to be on the Jio Network. Check all the screenshots of your classy network and emails for the betterment of connectivity. PS : It's the 30th day today.
