  @reliancejio @JioCare Recharged for 2GB/day 4G + Unlimited 5G, but whenever 5G drops, speed drops to absolute ZERO instead of falling back to 4G. Paying for both but getting neither! Please resolve this. A 2G network speed was better than your 4G speed.
