    @JioCare Please collect the STB and change my plan immediately. I am paying double amount as of now where as i don’t want to use the TV service. How can it be that i am struggling to get my plan changed . Your agent says plan can’t be changed until the STB is returned.

    @JioCare @airtelindia shouldn’t company reimburse money if they fall to provide network? Keeping numbers just to get otp while calling and internet are entirely dependent on wifi ? Why not just give a long time validity plans when companies can’t give you services they take money for.

    @reliancejio Extremely disappointing service. Despite repeated commitments, no one has visited and the ticket remains unresolved. I have been unable to use the service for a week. Service Request/Order No.: SR00003EY39L Please escalate and resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare Yes, I want to cancel the order and receive a full refund to the original/source account. I do not want the voucher reinstated or a new connection.

    Hi, I’m a Jio prepaid customer facing serious network issues in my area. Despite making several calls and requests, the Jio team has repeatedly promised to resolve the issue, but there has been no improvement in the network quality.Please resolve it as soon as possible. @JioCare

    Day after day of pure silence from @JioCare. Failed my Aug 25 deadline, failed your own Aug 27 date, and kept my paid service disconnected the entire time. Zero delivery, zero accountability. Process my cancellation and full REFUND immediately! @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio Earlier Jio network was good, but it has been very slow internet, from last 1 month, everyday between 5 to 11 pm. I have call the helpline for resolution. I have one recharge pending if issue doesn't improve i have no other choice than to port my number. Tnx
