Complaint raised on 29-Apr-26 remained unresolved till 24-May-26 despite repeated follow-ups while the account was active. Account suspension later due to non-payment does not invalidate the original unresolved complaint.

Manoj Rao (@Manoj_Rao5) reported@JioCare @reliancejio ordered a SIM yesterday - order ref. NO00015F4WD3. It's still showing "order in progress" and SIM not yet delivered. Called 18008949999 and some idiot picked the call who had no clue and gave me another no., which is for activation of SIM.

The team didn't even bother to contact me before closing the service request.
