Jio fiber itna bekar chal raha ki airtel ke connection se ye complaint kar raha. Constantly disconnecting since y'day and very slow speed even when connected. Various attempts to explain it via Jio app have failed. Pls look into it. @JioCare

Why internet down when electricity cut off,, Are jio towers not equipped with emergency electric supply like generator. Even jio users are unable to make call,due to lack of network connectivity. why network not available after electricity cut off? @JioCare

@JioCare Hi Shridhar, as there is no signal on the network to call on the number 1977 and when i tried it says "Emergency calls only".
