    @reliancejio My number comes as switched off even when mobile is on. This is very bad. I have lost some important calls because of this

    @JioCare @reliancejio I think jio is good only at the beginning while purchasing. After that they just don't care. Taking more than 2 months to process a refund. still waiting. such poor customer service. Sad experience

    @JioCare You have not answered my direct question. Is it mandatory to recharge on porting? Customer: is Apple a fruit? Jio Customer Care: There are vitamins in Apples and some amount of Carbohydrates and when consumed daily it is nutritious. Customer: That does not answer my question.
