  @JioCare complaint: I received the same refund-related message from Jio on 11/08/2026. However,despite the assurance provided by Jio,no refund has been credited and no satisfactory resolution has been provided to me even after several days. Kindly clarify what is meant by “next few days”

  @reliancejio @reliancejiocare Paid ₹2,200 for Jio AirFiber on Aug 22. KYC was completed on Aug 28, but today is Sep 3 and installation is still pending. Money taken, service not provided. Please resolve this urgently or process my refund. #JioAirFiber what service is this ????(

  @reliancejio @jiocare @reliancejio JioFiber order LR000016EYAC amt was paid on 31 Aug 26 Tried multiple times – MyJio app, Fiber helpline 1800-896-9999 and WhatsApp support have no cancellation option Please cancel the order immediately and process full refund to the original payment mode
