  @jiocare your support service executives are cheat and giving wrong info to customer. Plus, you keep customer on hold and disconnect and not let reconnect for 30 minutes to dissuade. Pathetic.. pls connect and help resolve

  Today I recharged Jio no. for 799 through a 3rd class **** app @CRED_club & even after entering the correct number it recharged diffrnt no. CRED denied any support & told me to contact @JioCare. Aftr wasting more than 7 mins, Jio also denied recharge reversal. Is @TRAI a joke?
