@JioCare Hi, I has engineer visit me and told me it should work and it doesn’t again those red lights blinking. Then i was told this router is old and I can get a new one if I pay for 3 months in advance for 1100 plan. Like you serious? I need the service .. change tbe router!! @JioCare

@JioCare You just ask for DM your people said JIO can not resolve my issue I can disconnect jio connection and switch to Airtel.On Airtel never this issue.

@reliancejio @JioCare .I changed from Airtel to Jio but my calculation was wrong. From the day 1 i am having issues with incoming & outgoing calls.Most of the people say that my number is not reachable & i get sms from jio that you have a missed call from so & so number.Very poor
