    It's been 3days and @reliancejio has not been able to fix the issue, neither are they sending anyone, just keep on extending the time technician will come. Now can anyone suggest a good fiber optics connection which won't trouble me like these jio sloths?

    Enough is enough! The Jio network at my location has been pathetically slow since 24 October 2024. More than a year has passed, yet there's still no permanent resolution. This is completely unacceptable. Fix it immediately. @JioCare #Jio #SlowInternet #NetworkIssue

    @reliancejio This is all fake and fraud... I am not using your services due to the ongoing issue, and I will not make any further payments for the service. Please process the service disconnection request immediately, arrange for device pickup, and refund my security deposit.

    @TRAI @JioCare Indoor internet speed is very slow, and voice calls have frequent voice cutting and call drops in my area. This issue has continued for several days. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible. @DoT_India
