@JioCare Really wanted to know why Jio prefer customers satisfaction on new connection instead of relocation of services. 1st SR: Rescheduled without my consent. 2nd SR: SR00001BB7OS, resolution time is 8th June and you guys want me to stay without internet for a week. #pathetic

@JioCare Palak, thanks for your response. Last executive hung up on me because I didn't let her to put my call on hold. And none of these CSE's are able to escalate this to concerned department. Currently, I am without internet services due to inappropriate customer handling.

@JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber Migrated it to postpaid 2 months back. Wanted to downgrade to 399 plan instead of. 499. Customer care has no knowledge at all. When I migrated they told that I can downgrade but I'm not able to see 399 plan at all in app/web. Pls help.
