    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello. My registered jio number is - 7019743150 My jio fibre number - +913712355233 Issue - Set top box freezes 10 times a day, remote stops responding every other minute. Now the voice goes off and i have to restart the stb.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Appalling upload and download speeds for JioFi in Chas, Bokaro (PIN: 827013). Download speeds are bad, and upload speeds are almost nonexistent. Hampering work and school alike, specially during these exam periods. Please resolve at immediately.

    Highly disappointed with the service provided for an issue which occurred at your end. Multiple follow ups via emails, calls and chats were not helpful at all. It's seems to be a never ending saga and the issue remains unresolved for more than 2 weeks. @reliancejio @JioCare .
