    @reliancejio Your Jio fibre sucks. From yesterday router is keep blinking to red. I have tried reaching you people for complaint this issue by all means of channel like calling on 1800-896-9999, chat but no answers at all. You people are ruined day I want my money back. #JioSucks

    @JioCare I'm customer of Jio last few years but when I call for Jio care don't connect for customer care , however Wewe connect then ivr online wait minimum 15 minutes and you says Jio service great , very bad and rubbish service every month I raise complaint for network

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is a feedback regarding your Jio Fibre service. It looks I have bought it to just watch your ads. It started with 1 ad for 15 sec and now anytime, 2-3 adv of even more than 1 min display. I thought, i will watch different program but only watching adv.

    Dear @JioCare Sad but true that u r following the foot print of BSNL👎 in simple words u've proved to be more worst & unreliable than BSNL in too short time. When we're already trying to cope up with your SLOW SPEED issue, every 2nd day blinking RED LIGHT on the router is painful

    @JioCare Hi team, unfortunately if you check with the number that i shared over DM. The service technician came today and automatically today's slot that was booked got opened for today. Plz also check the various tickets that are opened on the nos. and you will undrstnd the frustration.
