    @JioCare @OfficialJioTV @reliancejio Pathetic customer service from jio fiber it is being already a week since a service request is logged for the issue in set top box but no action from their side. And the best part is without resolving the issue complaint is marked as resolved.

    @JioCare Service at your Aditya mall office are pathetic.Just to change a battery of my jio dongle number 8178982934 I am waiting for more thn an hour and no digital payment system is working,asking only cash payments for this. Kindly rectify it as we don't carry cash evry time

    @JioCare Better to appoint proffesional staff instead of such rude and unproffesional employees. I called on jio toll free number yesterday at 2:12 pm from Mb no 9837560464. I found myself cheated after spoke to him. He told me his name sakib (senior advisor).

    @JioCare Oh come on after 2 days you guyz are acknowledging my concern, same engineer visited twice at my place and yesterday he said that he cant fix this issue, problem is in the connection box. Its been 3 days and you guyz are doing nothing. @MukeshAmbanima

    @JioCare I m using jio postpaid plan Rs 799. My Amazon prime subscription got end after 1 year and now Disney hotstar is also showing message to recharge or else subscription is ending. is it customer get only 1 and 2 years respectively subscription for ott app ?
