@JioCare @reliancejio @jio Have earlier complained, till date no reply about poor WIFI services. Also nothing is done for its improvement. This is pathetic service, especially when you have taken advance of 6 months & hardly been 40/45 days if poor service. Cc - @UfterYou

@reliancejio @JioCare i do a recharge of rs. 155 by mistake but pack is not active because this time i use this no in samsumg smart phone. When i contact with call centre they reply that it will use in only jio phone but in lock down i have not jio phone now. So please help us.

@reliancejio @TRAI There is a huge networking and connectivity issues always in our area. Every time complaints seems no satifactory response with the authorities. Even We we have to go to the top to find a half of signals. Please take certain steps to solve issues.

@JioCare This way jio provide services to customer.same building where I relocate people using jio earlier and still need more days to do the set up. Is your technician living in Mars so to visit a customer premise it will take so much time. Better ask your owner Ambani to get a jet.
