    @JioCare Same thing asking again and again no any issue resolve action is taken by team. If a second of disconnection happen it will disconnect and interrupt my calls and system while working from home.whatever light of device is there green or red.

    Dear @JioCare Sad but true that u r following the foot print of BSNL👎 in simple words u've proved to be more worst & unreliable than BSNL in too short time. When we're already trying to cope up with your SLOW SPEED issue, every 2nd day blinking RED LIGHT on the router is painful

    @reliancejio wanted a new sim a new pre-paid sim you executive had come to but was clueless about the process to be done for booking the sim every now then calling senior executive for help , and the mobile he had come with had less than 5 percent battery twice the mobile got off

    Jio network is becoming bad to worst everyday, call drop & voice clarity on Jio network is common on JIO network, almost everywhere. @JioCare First killed their competitors with cheap tarrif plans, now they are planing to kill customers with their cheap services @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is a feedback regarding your Jio Fibre service. It looks I have bought it to just watch your ads. It started with 1 ad for 15 sec and now anytime, 2-3 adv of even more than 1 min display. I thought, i will watch different program but only watching adv.

    Please avoid buying jio sims at all.Recently no proper customer service is being provided by @JioCare .After investing a lot of money in their plans it is too unexpected for @JioCare to be unresponsive.Such kind of behaviour towards customer from such a large brand is unexpected.

    @JioCare It’s been more than 20–25 days and I’ve continuously raised complaints regarding the poor network service. The issue is with the tower/router installed, which still hasn’t been resolved. Am I going to get a refund for the service I paid for but couldn’t even properly utilize?

    Very disappointed with @JioCare JioFiber is down since morning, affecting my office work. Service visit for SR000035ZOGT was scheduled today (16 May) between 12-1 PM, but got rescheduled to 5-6 PM without my consent. Sitting idle unable to work. Please resolve ASAP.
