No expected this type of service from @reliancejio i book jio fiber on 12th Aug. And till now connection not installed. They again and again putting my connection onhold and reschedule. Getting frustrated now #badservice #jiofiberissue

@JioCare , @RelianceJioCare , I have Jio sim and I am using prepaid service of Jio I have PURCHSED 12 GB additional data on 28th July this became 0 on 1st August . I have not consumed this data and I did recharge of Rs 149 on 2nd August. Please restore the 12 GB data.

I wanted to take Rs 399 jio fiber prepaid plan but in the process took Rs 1499 plan for which Rs 1768 were deducted. pls help us in taking the original Rs 399 plan as we do not want the Rs 1499 plan. @reliancejio
