    @JioCare Team jio at my location signal strength is very poor and network in not available even for calling kindly look into this As this place is located in district headquarters eventhough this is situation of network so please resolve Location -Vikas bhawan chitrakoot

    Raising service request for internet issue has become so difficult for #jiobroadban @JioCare . What's app and chat are so unresponsive and take you into endless loop. My internet is disconnected since morning but I am unable to raise service request @JioCare !!

    We are watching @IPL, & as usual @JioHotstar has started buffering. I have a high speed connection of 300mbps. So don't give me an excuse. I have noticed this from the last 7-8 matches. I don't get why this issue occurs? Other than that app runs brilliantly. @reliancejio

    Facing extremely slow internet on Jio for the last 3–4 months. Raised multiple complaints, but every time I only get the same “optimization in progress” response. No real improvement at all. This is unacceptable service. Please resolve this issue permanently. @JioCare
