    @JioCare Team jio at my location signal strength is very poor and network in not available even for calling kindly look into this As this place is located in district headquarters eventhough this is situation of network so please resolve Location -Vikas bhawan chitrakoot

    Shocked by @reliancejio @jiocare service. Ordered Jio AirFiber 11 days ago (promised installation: 24-48 hours). Still waiting. To make it worse, the assigned agent has blocked my number! Is this how you treat your customers? Fix this immediately. Order ID-NO0001F2R0F0

    @reliancejio @JioCare This also creates risks if the number is still linked to their banking, social media as OTPs could potentially be received on my phone. How can Jio reissue a number that is still actively being used? This is a serious privacy and security issue for both @JioCare

    @JioCare My Jio number was disconnected without any prior notice after 5-6 years of continuous use. Customer care says it’s a “document issue” but gave no clear reason. Need urgent resolution. Please help. #JioSupport
