    @JioCare @reliancejio Even after assurance provided by you earlier, local JioFiber team again asked me to either arrange or pay extra for ethernet cable needed to install set top box. Appointment continues to be put on hold.Already shared all details in DM. Worst experience! 😠👎

    @JioCare Sooner or later you will definitely fix the issue but what about inconvenience cause to us everyday? And why are you charging us for the days yous service not available? Are we growing money on trees?

    @reliancejio worse exp ever of your wifi service. The sales person came, and charged for the process but the installation is getting postponed everyday. Reached to customer care and all they say is "it's getting escalated and will be done" @JioCare .
