@JioCare @reliancejio 🤔i get 50-60kbps max speed in my jio network i am thinking to port out to other network i have tried to reslove my issue by calling customer care 7-8 times but still not solved

@JioCare I got my jio fiber connection on 28 december 2021 and after two days it's stopped working showing red led lite constantly. I tried to contact customer care by all channel but unable to get it rectified. My jio fiber number is +915123588057 my mobile is 9044904904

There is no proper customer care support for jio fibre, there is internet connectivity issue in my side. When I raised request ,its mentioned resolution time 24 hour, 30th hours is already completed no engineer came. SR No#SR000018ECCN #JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio
