@JioCare @reliancejio 🤔i get 50-60kbps max speed in my jio network i am thinking to port out to other network i have tried to reslove my issue by calling customer care 7-8 times but still not solved

@Mrdevenders @reliancejio @JioCare There is no service. U've to b in majority pool for whom service is designed, else there is no support or correction possible. Imagine a company informing his customers gleefully that his circle isn't good enough to receive IR packs. Or may be deciding who can roam and who can't!

@JioCare I have been cheated by jio service provider and his advisors , and have taken an amount 2500/- for free jio fibre service till 6 months from March to aug 2022, but today my jio fibre services suspended due to non payent of bill, which I already paid for 6 months.

@JioCare From past one week I am not able to use internet services properly at my place (Hindustan Naka, Kandivali West 67) The speed of 4G internet is extremely slow during evening time till late night. Getting standard reply from customer care every time with no resolution!

@JioCare Jio number - 7280002773 Alt Number - 8877177887 Everyday for half day my number doesn't work. Not only my number everyone who is using jio Sim is facing the same issue. Neither we are able to make calls nor we receive any calls. Data works perfectly fine.

@reliancejio is a terrible platform. Unable to avail any service. Sales associates refuse to take our calls, taken the payment and have put incorrect plan details. @reliancegroup seems to be quite acquainted with fraud!
