@JioCare it’s been more than 24Hrs and Internet connection is still down. Jii team is not able to resolve the issue. It seems that the connection needs to be surrendered and get the alternate service provider.

@JioCare made a complaint for Jio Fiber connection on 23rd. A technician came yesterday but was incompetent to resolve issue. He told that another technician would come in evening but In the evening he closed the complainant showing it as resolved. Now it’s 3rd day without net
