@JioCare Hi Team, I was a customer of Jio Fiber. I have requested for relocation and suffered a lot as support team told that there is no connection available at my new place after 2 weeks. Then I opted for cancellation as there is no other way.

@RomilS27 @kumarmanish9 Not really, Jio has been doing a good job for me for the last 6 months. Glad @JioCare started postpaid services. Once in a while and on few locations, it sucks but overall it's good.

@JioCare Post covid season I am very much disappointed with your network issues. Calls were not going, lot of disconnects during calls, internet speed is horrible. I am forced to use other networks. Thanks to @airtelindia

@JioCare My JioFiber connection is down since 4th March and nobody even cared to visit me after placing complaint. Is this the way you are cheating your customers? You people have the worst after sales service, even local cable operators provide better service than you!

@JioCare @Jiocare got a call from your engineer. Please note time given to me for visit was between 5 - 6 PM. Engineer mentioned that he is busy in installation and will visit once installation is completed. Looks like @jio cares only for new customer, existing customer is just there :)
