@JioCare @reliancejio 🤔i get 50-60kbps max speed in my jio network i am thinking to port out to other network i have tried to reslove my issue by calling customer care 7-8 times but still not solved

@JioCare your Dehradun services are worst and cannot recommend to anyone. I had booked jiofibre and it has become a hectic affair to have it installed. My order number is NO0000ITIB69 it is booked on my sisters name. Please see if things can be sorted and otherwise please cancel.

@JioCare everyone who calls me hears an echo. I just called customer care and this was pathetic experience. The lady was rude and not ready to accept that she had issue with her mic. I think I made a biggest mistake by moving to jio. Now just waiting for 90 days to port out.

@JioCare @reliancejio @_IshaAmbanis: I have not got any resolution so far, you are keep repeating the same thing that Jio fiber cannot transfer inter state, then, please refund my money back which i have recharged till Jan'22. What is customer fault in this?
