    Customer support of JIO fiber sucks. What will run diagnostics diagnose I don't know and all stupid suggestions. With those stupid suggestions I cannot even raise an SR directly simply it keeps on telling run run run diagnostic. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Today is day 10...Day 10 ...but same story.... issue is not resolved....no set top box received....call center says engineer will solve...engineer says call center will resolve....full circus at jio ... have courtesy either resolve or refund...@JioCare @reliancejio

    Fed with customer calls of @JioCare and @NetflixIndia No one is providing solution, my Netflix account hacked by someone and now not able to get it again. I am paying the money but someone else is enjoying. Both are blaming each other @JioCare please help me
