    @JioCare Team jio at my location signal strength is very poor and network in not available even for calling kindly look into this As this place is located in district headquarters eventhough this is situation of network so please resolve Location -Vikas bhawan chitrakoot

    @JioCare @reliancejio 🤔i get 50-60kbps max speed in my jio network i am thinking to port out to other network i have tried to reslove my issue by calling customer care 7-8 times but still not solved

    @JioCare Your excuse that the daily data renewal time is "system specific" and cannot be changed is unacceptable. Customers deserve flexibility, not scripted responses. My Jio recharge ends on 22 Aug, and I'll be porting to Airtel. Better service deserves my money. #Jio #PortOut

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber I applied for relocation 5 days back. Device is already picked up. Now calls nothing total silence regarding connection at new place. Tried reaching helpline. Very bad response. No one cares for you from JIO, i guess Pathetic experience

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Jio Postpaid number was disconnected today. I’m in Canada and your team confirmed I have 55 days to reactivate it. This number is linked to my banking, documents & OTPs. Please help NRIs with an alternative solution before my no. is permanently closed.🙏
