    @JioCare @reliancejio 🤔i get 50-60kbps max speed in my jio network i am thinking to port out to other network i have tried to reslove my issue by calling customer care 7-8 times but still not solved

    @JioCare Your words are losing the creditability, it's been 3 days without the internet for my cousin and whenever he calls you guys just say "it will be done in 24H". You guys take money instantly, but when it comes to service, you guys are very bad at it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Despite of repeated complaints, there's still no network coverage in SBI main branch in Fort, South Mumbai. Didn't expect such pathetic service from you. Looks like you people now just care about profits and not customer service and satisfaction.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare It is now over 48 hrs since I registered a complaint/service request that my Jio Fiber Connection is Not Working. JioFiber Service ID 7123552958 ""Service request number is SR000016TUHZ.""No one Jio Service Engineer has to rectify the issue.
