    @JioCare You'll will only reply when the day is coming to the end and where the engineer coming is not possible and also no one can contact the customer as you'll have a standard answer the engineers work till 7pm and our superiors are not available

    @JioCare I have raised this issue earlier also about 6 7 months back with your team and they asked to wait for some time but still there is nothing done to resolve this issue. And this time also you are saying it is a temporary issue with no concrete solution to this. Please check this

    @JioCare If you'll really had a concern about the customer the query should have been resolved latest by today now almost 4 days and not a single call from engineer or Jio representative to find out Shambolic service please come up with a response which can solve the query & not Templates
