    @JioCare @reliancejio 🤔i get 50-60kbps max speed in my jio network i am thinking to port out to other network i have tried to reslove my issue by calling customer care 7-8 times but still not solved

    @reliancejio @JioCare its horrible at my place. Its not jio, but maro as even 2 g doesn't works. We cant even talk for a minute. Please see to it and resolve asap. Location attached

    @JioCare Sir, the internet does not work here. I have lodged complaints several times on 199 but the problem has not been resolved. I recharge for 749. Sir, I will have to file a case in the consumer court.

    @JioCare very poor service. I complained of no wifi on 13th and it was closed without resolution saying no issue. When I complained they opened on 14th 11.53am. Till now no resolution. Why had no service engineer visited to check. CC executive has no clue just robots. Pathetic

    @JioCare My number is 9502887828. Your employee should understand opposite person situation and it is a customer choice to go for recharge or not.employee work is that if I am not recharged your number going to be expired that is what she should inform but she used words and insult custom

    Facing very poor network from @JioCare @reliancejio the last 3–4 months. Even after recharging ₹899, neither 4G nor 5G works properly. Internet speed is extremely slow and calls drop frequently. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. #Jio #NetworkProblem

    @JioCare Not looking for a resolution now, kindly deactivate the services and refund the amount paid, ₹1200(relocation )plus ₹707 paid this month. If your education team can close the case without a resolution then , am not at all bothered to take this further.
