    @reliancejio @JioCare its horrible at my place. Its not jio, but maro as even 2 g doesn't works. We cant even talk for a minute. Please see to it and resolve asap. Location attached

    @reliancejio @JioCare Visited nearby jio store to get new Jio phone as my existing jio phone has been dead. There I came to know that I have to buy Jio phone along with new SIM. So what to do with existing jio SIM which I have already with me? Solution is to port from @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI At Mandvi,kutch district Gujarat almost all Jio user faces Slow INTERNET speed problem complaint but Unsolved till now, Jio says it's due to increased active user- this means JIO's customer(income) increased then JIO has to increase it's speed capacity

    @JioCare How to disconnect Jio Fiber and get refund? No way to reach out to a real Customer Representative. Only Jio care options I see it to chat with a bot. Please reach back, need to disconnect as I am moving and Jio Fiber is not available at my new location.

    @JioCare I am getting mail from Jio care that today our engineer will visit and rectify the issue since 21st Feb but nobody has visited and issue is still unresolved. This is not what I expect from Jio. In such case Jio has to refund the security deposit at the earliest.
