    SR00001CD4Q9. Even after 7 days of repeated complaints, @reliancejio @JioCare is unable to resolve a simple internet issue. Disappointed with the service where the on-ground engineer skips appointments citing false excuses. #JioDown @AmbaniHu Very poor service.

    @airtelindia horrible service, not able to call, not getting OTP, but paying postpaid bill on time. No way to make complain looks like. @reliancejio is far better. Not much competitor in market and we are paying price.

    @reliancejio My Jio Gigafiber internet service is breakdown since the evening of 19-7-2022. I've registered a complaint in this regard on 20-6-2022 early morning. Now, more than 48 hours are lapsed, but internet is still not working. Service request ID is SR00001CC077.
