    @MALAYSHAH3 @MALAYSHAH3 same problem since yesterday morning, they told me to change sim and it will be fine but turns out its not the case, it still says no network, idk if and when this can be solved @ViCustomerCare is full of uneducated folks who can only give you scripted responses.

    @reliancejio inka 4G chal nahi raha pune mein... then y r then launching 5g. worst services from @ViCustomerCare and Jio. Only @airtelindia seems to be options for customers (cust se mar). every time u call customer care, IVR says internet is down in your area. No complaint number assigned

    @Rahul03373635 @ViCustomerCare Be happy it's happening now and not much later once you've connected everything to that number, i suggest you cancel your request and stick to the previous provider itself. It's a penny stock company now for a reason.
