@airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I stay in Ameenpur, Hyderabad. Your slogan “hum har jagah hain” doesn’t really seems to be valid in my area, as we have poor reception throughout. Have lodged in multiple complaints but not of use. Wish you don’t loose any customers.

Airtel help is most unhelpful. Neither the App nor thier website talks about providing help, instead they are only and only interested in payments or mobility to Airtel from other providers. Unablr to get help regarding e-SIM for Apple watch @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Don't switch to airtel broadband, I have been struggling to change my plan - call center doesn't connect with executive - only robots, website directs you to airtel app which says technical error. Even after 15 years @airtelindia still doesn't know how to do customer care.
