    @airtelindia Hi, It's sad to see that you(@airtelindia) want to make money while people are struggling with daily life. I've been depending on mobile data and as per my plan was supposed to get daily 2GB of data and only getting 1.5 GB for a few days now. Please Fix it asap.

    @Airtel_Presence There was no solution provided, instead asked me to wait for 90 Days for resolution. Bad on your front @airtelindia Give an option to me also to not pay bill for these 90 Days. Respect your customer’s and provide solution, Your sorry will not help me.

    Raised #networkcomplaint multiple times. No use. & You expect full payment to be done on time. Late charges if not done. I am not making full payment until you fix the issue. We #deserve compensation on bill for such horrible service. @airtelindia

    How bad this new @Airtel_Presence app - Linked phone pay and reacharge mobile. Money deducted from account but @airtelindia still is not updating it's back end so mobile account is blocked. How shitty the app they created ..... Bunch of ..... #Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst broadband support experience. Customer care says engineer will fix CGNAT/Open NAT issue, engineer says customer care will do it. Nobody understands basic networking. Now your technicians stopped answering calls. Completely anti-consumer.

    @TRAI @airtelindia @reliancejio It's whose duty to do E-KYC if a person is switching From Prepaid to Postpaid. I think Tele Service Provider. Regardless of having a Postpaid connection I was lost without Google Map in Jammu-Katra road. I request TRAI to take some stricter action.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, your “unlimited 4G/5G” has become unlimited frustration. Extremely slow internet, and every complaint gets the same “location issue” excuse. Been a loyal customer for years, but loyalty clearly has no value now. Time to port.
