@airtelindia similarly on my return on 25 th Oct 2022 again on my transit from Dubai to Hyderabad international roaming charges have been charged without any authorisation. I have called customer care today and requested for reversal as both the instances I have NOT AUTHORISED.

Very poor response from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for my complaint. My job needs to hook up to data 24x7 and these people aren’t solving problem inspite of repeated reminders. For 10 days int roaming charged 4000₹ with no network.Time for alternative operator. #sickofairtel

@FullTosss @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Alright solved the issue. Go to the Airtel store , they might have to change ur post paid plan for it to work. They changed mine and wallah it magically started working and they did acknowledge that it was their side issue. It’s not apples issue.

The tower of Airtel South KASHMIR Amirabad Tral is creating nuisance problems for users. After the power shutdown immediately tower is not working. @airtelindia solve the issue as soon as possibl, if you're not able to fix the problem, users will change their SIM cards.
