Your personnel did not even bother to escalate and give me a callback. What do you expect the customer to do? Dial 121 again and repeat the story from beginning?

I have recieved a call from airtel, so told me that we will solve the issue please stop port. I not even recieved a call that the issue has been solved I got a message that problem has cleared.
