Your personnel did not even bother to escalate and give me a callback. What do you expect the customer to do? Dial 121 again and repeat the story from beginning?

No signals, call will not connect, disconnect call inbetween, echo in call, no internet, tell as 4G, not even get 2G. No option will get to complaint in IVR or through Airtel app.
