    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence For the last 5 months I have made couple of complaints on my broad band connection... Techician will attend and then the same problem happens... There is no permanent solution.. Service is very disappointing

    @Airtel_Presence There was no solution provided, instead asked me to wait for 90 Days for resolution. Bad on your front @airtelindia Give an option to me also to not pay bill for these 90 Days. Respect your customer’s and provide solution, Your sorry will not help me.

    @airtelindia just bcoz your systems don’t work well despite making the payment had no network for 3 days guess it’s time to switch to a better service provider, disappointed

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi and DTH reinstallation request was raised 5 days back. Despite multiple customer care requests, the issue hasn't been resolved yet. We are Airtel Black members and this kind of service is really not expected from a brand like Airtel.

    Every month i get a call from customer care that they will cancel the connection after the bill is paid.from past three months ,they have been telling me this.I,going by morals have been diligent and didnt make any scene out of it. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia my broadband hasn't been working for the past three days. I was expecting a service engineer to turn up today, but the one who was assigned is out sick. Isn't this something that you should've known beforehand? Will I have to wait for another day?

    @nikhilAKAsunny @airtelindia The issue is this. Looks like they have outsourced the maintenance to locals vendors and there is no coordination and they are also not trained. Two days back an engineer came in sleeveless and shorts and I asked for ID and he didn’t have. This is also a security risk. Useless.
