    @airtelindia it's been two days service outage of broadband at my home,raised complaint and spoke to customer care but no action was taken till now...this is not the first time it is happening frequently in our area. In a month we are able to use the internet service only 20days

    Dear Airtel, I have raised a complaint that both indoor and outdoor coverage are poor at my location due to network congestion or due to tower being far away but the issue has been closed without even resolution or intimation...Pls resolve the issue. #airtelnetwork @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Disgusting and pathetic service from the whole customer service. Your promotion of Airtel black plan has been a nightmare for me. I have opted for the same and since july 3rd 2021 I am waiting for the same 2 b implemented. The plan has not been migrated n noone helps

    @airtelindia hi i am from kalyan gardens, sainikpuri, Secunderabad...Right now my xtream fiber down..your officer 121, says i get by 10.45 pm.Why it's so..Till than what should I do..It happened twice in July, twice in August..Now once in September,In this case continuing..🤔

    @airtelindia For some reason I don't know why I'm not getting 4G internet. It is not even showing 4G. Please check on this issue and hoping for a quick response. Even my Airtel 4G Hotspot device shows signal strength light as RED.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Shocked !!! To my surprise i suddenly got complete blank network on my airtel..no incoming or outgoing calls... Rushed to airtel store but the staff says has been facing such issues, no server etc.. Not expected from airtel... Thinking of porting.

    @airtelindia My service request no 125184514 for Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 04088072468_ap has not only been not attended but the guy who was assigned the task (contact No. +91 99483 40250) has been outright rude and condescending.

    @Airtel_Presence Work karo network ka pei nay udhar. Already edhar network acha that's kyu karab Kiya. Paisey tho lerey naa. Mera daily limit 3gb Usme 800 mb hojara. If ineed work I want to goo main road. What ever totally dispoint. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia He advised us to contact the area distributor, Manoj. We called him and asked for someone to assist us and provide a timeline. However, he firmly stated that we need to either wait or disconnect the service. We are very frustrated with this poor service;

    Dear @airtelindia, referring to my previous tweet, the technician had come to my home at around 6 in the evening yesterday & he did bring back the connectivity which lasted for 5 mins & said the issue originated from the fatbox. This is the third day and my wifi is still down.
