Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

I asked him to escalate the call and tranfer to some superior but he was very cunning he simply transferred me to the IVR.

Earlier, when my AirFiber developed a fault, the local team delayed replacing the equipment for over a month despite repeated complaints. Only after multiple follow-ups was the issue finally resolved. Unfortunately, I'm facing the same experience again.
