I belong to the hilly region of Uttarakhand nd the only way to access the internet is the mobile network. The broadband service(@BSNLCorporate)isn't always available and no other ISPs are present here. This is the scenario of most of the hilly terrains. #help @airtelindia

My pack got expired, but airtel haven't updated their latest recharge pack on their app so couldn't recharge (getting refund) or get connected to customer care. Don't have balance so couldn't even get it ported. This is best in class service from @airtelindia. Tnx for this limbo
