I belong to the hilly region of Uttarakhand nd the only way to access the internet is the mobile network. The broadband service(@BSNLCorporate)isn't always available and no other ISPs are present here. This is the scenario of most of the hilly terrains. #help @airtelindia

Experiencing a pathetic service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. My broadband is down since a week and no one responds to the ticket raised ,ticket Id : 10064237254 . The assigned engineer is not reachable and tired of the false promises made by the customer care executives.

@airtelindia I have booked a Airtel black cnnction in Cuttack. While my DTH was connctd in a day my fibre hasnt been installed in 3 days. The executive assigned to me isn't picking up my call. Airtel has a 48 hours service period but no service for fibre yet.
