    @idea_cares Sorry but I'm currently using @airtelindia and idea seems to way to lazy in my locality. Your internet speed is very bad here, btw thanks for the reply, hope you guys will improve here.

    I belong to the hilly region of Uttarakhand nd the only way to access the internet is the mobile network. The broadband service(@BSNLCorporate)isn't always available and no other ISPs are present here. This is the scenario of most of the hilly terrains. #help @airtelindia

    hey, stupid @airtelindia, I am trying to call 198 to raise a complaint, but the IVR isn't connecting to the customer representative. I have tried 10-20 times and it is extremely frustrating.

    @airtelindia facing frequent interruptions in 5G mobile(corporate plan) internet connection & call drops since 7 months(prodoucable evidences available) on multiple websites including banking,irctc,live streaming etc.. Complaint also lodged in June but no satisfcty resolution.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I had requested for an airtel broadband connection, executive came took my id and 6 month worth charges. The connection is canceled as no service available at my location but refund is not given.
