    I belong to the hilly region of Uttarakhand nd the only way to access the internet is the mobile network. The broadband service(@BSNLCorporate)isn't always available and no other ISPs are present here. This is the scenario of most of the hilly terrains. #help @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I took the international roaming pack and I have today 3 days left but neither I am able to call nor when the call goes to Indian phone number it shows different number. I have paid for good service not sloppy service

    @airtelindia Tried desperately to contact but no revert. Pathetic customer service quality. I've been charged for Int Roaming without any usage. I am not going to pay, till you reverse the charge. 9052002814. I live in US, so can't talk. Reply to emails.
