After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

@airtelindia Engineer visited, the are asking for visit charges 150/- INR. Still the problem is not resolve by you engineer. Why should I pay the charges of your have not installed DTH properly. Will able to resolve the issue or not confirm.

@JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

Airtel has such a bad customer service. I had registered for new broadband connection on 4th june and had also paid the full charge but till now no connection has been made and neither the money has been refunded. Extremely disappointed!! @airtelindia

@airtelindia , there is no way to reach your customers support. Just limited chat options with bot which never address problem. I am having issues with broadband and there is no way to complaint. #badservice
