@sanketgujrathi3 @airtelindia Actually, at Pincode 416521 there is zero network my home town, and my businesses are in Goa. There are problems in network at so many places. After complaint, Airtel only gives assurance, no execution. No upgrading. Nothing. Jio took a network upgrading in a week after complaint

@JioCare I ported from @airtelindia for better Network in Goa, but its equally bad on top of tht atleast 10 promotional calls frm jio per day & atleast 5 to 6 sms per day has made live even less peaceful, will port back once d prepaid expires for d horrible harassment @TRAI

@airtelindia Engineer visited, the are asking for visit charges 150/- INR. Still the problem is not resolve by you engineer. Why should I pay the charges of your have not installed DTH properly. Will able to resolve the issue or not confirm.

Please don't disappoint the customer by telling the actual charges for the particular process or of that plan bcoz not evrythng is as same as mentioned. Replacement of sim is 25/- but they charged me 100/- don't know why? please explain @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
