Your service guy was supposed to come to change the wire (it’s faulty he said) but never turned up! He even took Rs 150. His phone was switched off yesterday Ref no 86256767.

Airtel support confirmed disconnection within 7 business days. Today I received an email saying ownership was updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Need urgent resolution and confirmation of permanent disconnection with no future billing.
