    @BSNLCorporate Appropriate your response at least however BSNL local officials n third parties services n response are very poor and I can understand now why BSNL has so bad reputation in the market in terms of customer service n issue resolution...

    @rsprasad BSNL services Becoming WORST in HYDERABAD, Telangana due to BAD performance of staff. No drinking water/ Toilets at customer service centres particularly in MUSHEERABAD BSNL exchange. Customer care Staff NOT ATTENDING DUTIES properly. So Kindly take action.

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP No response from BSNL concerned JTO to whom I am trying to contact since last two weeks. There is disconnection issues and at the same time I was charged additional money in the name of initial charges which was not communicated to me.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt I am trying to port my number from bsnl and since yesterday and the UPC couldn't be generated , we get a reply stating either delayed or couldn't be processed. Plz resolve this issue ASAP

    @BSNLCorporate Instead of getting DATA, getting SMS stating you have exceeded your DATA. I am supposed to get 1.5 GB. UNFORTUNATELY not getting on 9491276899, Someone called from 6203483761,9771642667 stating from BSNL Customer Care, asking bank details!!!!????

    @rsprasad I am a poor person, was Recruited by DOT, Then Respected Government Changed to BSNL I am retired employee. Either I am having CGHS Medical facilities or BSNL MRS Valued. Every hospital rejecting to treat. PRAY YOUR HIGHNESS TO KINDLY SHOW MERCY ON 71 YRS OLD PLEASE

    @gulsher_ramana @its_AP7 We are not running behind government job. Better in Pvt job. Public sector work culture is very different and BSNL service is very poor.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Customer, your escalation with reference number 125220378064 has been Resolved. Please call BSNL Customer Care at 1500 for further queries. Thank you. They have closed issue as resolved..But in actual all issues remain the same... I don't know what to say.. Can anyone Help?

    @BSNLCorporate Tried connecting with local JTO multiple times however till 2:45pm today he was not in office. Not sure if concern official won't be in office then how come the issue will get resolved. Got a call via Mr. Dattu local BSNL office and he confirmed the unavailability of JTO so far

    @BSNLCorporate I took a chance by opting BSNL internet service however now I am regretting my decision as I am very disappointed by the service quality n issue response so for. Realising why private service providers are in profit yoy n not the government owned one.

    A week back I tried to port form BSNL to airtel and it failed due to a UPC issue at @BSNLCorporate Now I request for an update about the situation as no one lifts the call on helpline due to lockdown @airtelindia can u help me regarding the situation

    @bsnl_tt Our Nation has got Independence and celebrating 72nd Republic day.But as a BSNL BB customer I am not celebrating,for the reason you have not made work simple.Since 15 days I am not getting my BB is not working well,inspite of complaints resuled in chavos Ac# 9000474937

    BSNL launched Bharat AirFibre for villages which aims to conncet 2.5 lakh Gram Panchayat. But i dnt think these gram panchyats are for really rural area, these services are only for well developed areas. BSNL is not providing any service to my area. @VivekBanzal @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_TN very very very very worst Fiber service i have ever used, no proper customer response i was raising complaint for low internet speed and they simply closing the issue without resolving it. where can i find the real solution? #WFH #bsnl

    For last 4 month life was so smooth in USA, just landed my ordeal has started with BSNL. My plan validity has expired, just charged for 75 ,on successful debit to my credit card ,get a message that recharge denied and to contact customer care , on contacting , umpteen times ,

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNL_KTK @TRAI My number 9901471647 is Ported Out to new network but still Old BSNL Sim is Active. Your Customer care people tell me that the number is still active in BSNL. Also they are telling they have not sent any UPC since a month and telling me to visit your office.

    @BSNLCorporate is BSNL making slow internet speed by which people will by fiber broadband of other Pvt companies, and i also register to get BSNL fiber but yet not received any call about it. Kindly refund money as i am not getting proper service for which i paid my hard money

    @BSNL_KTK meanwhile there's no response for email/tweet from BSNL and local BSNL office never answers phone call, how to reach BSNL after all? Regret to have subscribed for BSNL also thinking of closing other landline service as well. @BSNLCorporate
