    Unless kaamchoor ,excess staff not dismissed BSNL can never improve. 99% lady staff was busy in gossipi g,sweater netting,medical benefit.

    @manojsinhabjp ph. 08413 233096,Narsingi ex.Internet failed Sunday 10.15am. My complaint to SDE concerned was ignored. Fixed only at 12.15 pm Monday,bank also cld not work, suufferd much business. Ppl work in BSNL don't know, whn WE SLEEP, WORLD AWAKE. Just encounter such ppl.

    @FinMinIndia @PMOIndia @rsprasad There is no use of infusing the capital into BSNL without a proper study of the Problems. Subscribers are blaming for poor service & attitudinal problems of the staff. Next lack of latest technology to compete on par

    @Aadhaar_Care @UIDAIHyderabad The center is BSNL, ECIL, Hyderabad. I never said non-functional. They are not acting according to the written instructions in the form. I will be happy if you settle my issue than taking action on the person.

    @rsprasad I am having DTH from BSNL if it works fine but any issues it takkes days to get it set right . No proper technical staff on field . Ravi Shankar Prasad ji Unless the Customer support and technicians are skilled the investment is futile and no use.

    Sir why don't take the issue Regarding BSNL future.The BJP Government is Trying to support Reliance JIO with all Exemptions and Non Cooperation with BSNL which is Government Owned Company. It seems to be darkness to BSNL employees as ORG is not paying even Salaries in time

    @bsnl_tt from past 2 weeks I have been complaining abt slow internet connection. Neither the local exchange no (Malkajgiri, HYD) works nor the concerned authorities respond. Being cust for 10 yrs, now I am vexed with your cust responsiveness. Good bye BSNL. @DoT_India @rsprasad

    @jgopikrishnan70 Another surprise. Went to BSNL counter to pay bill. Asked to come again as systems not working due to power cut. Went again to pay, same answer systems down. Third time lucky, took two minutes to pay. Felt BSNL is dead and waiting for last rites.

    with other private players. Network problems. There is need to revamp the BSNL with techno intelligent staff. The Govt. must order all deptss. to use BSNL mobile phones only. Public out cry is to save this Public sector which is a National pride & ready to purchase atlest one sim

    @BSNLCorporate I'm a bsnl customer from atleast 10 years and from last two year the service became poor when the electricity gets cutt off The bsnl broadband stops working as bsnl office/station doesnt have power backup machine so we are unable to use broadband also

    @BSNLCorporate No one is listening if I raise complaint in that portal.. I made a blender mistake of choosing BSNL fiber… dear BSNL, don’t make false commitment to people if you don’t provide proper service. Local serviceman is not listening our queries/problems.

    Regular SMS from BSNl is coming to pay monthly bill for RS 472/- by 20th May, for the internet service which is not provide to me from more than a month. It is requested to kindly do the needful and solve the issue.

    Hon'ble minister @rsprasad ji. I have a building in shahdol(M.P.) which is rented to BSNL as a exchange office and the company also installed the tower on it. But from 1 years the company hasn't paid the rent. When we try to reach any officials the don't respond. Please help.

    @BSNL_KTK NET and phone totally not working since 5 days and earlier not working from 5.45pm and 7am since 45days .Bsnl told its due to street light issues nd told cud not fix and advised us to take Fibre conection. What kind of Solution . PH: 08372-237131.Raman,Gadag.
