    @JioCare Speed in my locality is so so bad, may be some 20kb speed. I realized when access the internet in other colony. The speed was so good otherwise I made up my mind that Jio is like this only everywhere because of users load on tower, must be exceeding the capacity.

    @reliancejio @airtelindia So I received a call from the so called guy Ashu Kumar asking me to provide the happy code to close my complain I informed them that my problem hasn’t been solved so they replied with that if i dont provide the code they will close the complain. Threat?

    It was bad experience with @JioCare port my number in jio, Once this month completed I'll port my number in @Airtel_Presence, Wrost data speed getting in Thanabhawan (Shamli) and Muzaffarnagar.

    Very pathetic service from @reliancejio @JioCare, i don't even have that number for which I am getting message that your number will be port in jio. Never ever have that number. It may be someone else is using my number as an alternate number.

    @JioCare How come you never provide complaint number as mandated by @TRAI it's been over a year, same argument it's a overall network issue and we can't provide complaint number

    @JioCare since last 48 hrs Jio Fiber is not working in our area Indirapuram Ghaziabad 201014. We had approached jio care 1800 896 9999 on Sunday at 14.52 hrs. and being assured team is working on it, issue will be resolved within 2hrs. But sorry to say problem not resolved.

    @JioCare If the service cannot be activated, please process a refund at the earliest. Also, if reactivation wasn’t possible, why was the option to “pay now and activate” shown in the first place? This is misleading and creates a poor customer experience.

    @AmazonHelp @JioCare I have connected with your team umpteen times on this EXACT issue. You have sent me round in circles. I have no understanding left. Unless expedited, I will not only report this to consumer authorities, I will stop at nothing. Don’t underestimate a harrowed customer.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have already change the setting of my device, didn't I mentioned in the above tweet that it's not about my device it's about the area . You can check with your network team that today at 5.18PM whole network was gone.

    @JioCare @JioCare My JioFiber connection (No. 7513163258) was already disconnected and all devices/router were picked up around Feb–Mar, but billing of ₹547.53 is still showing. I was also facing low-speed issues earlier. Please close the account and waive the incorrect charges
